Annotation

this article examines the digitalization of preschool education in Russia and the United Kingdom. The study analyzes the regulatory frameworks governing the use of digital technologies in early childhood education, requirements for teachers' digital competence, and mechanisms for ensuring children's safety in the digital environment in both jurisdictions. Particular attention is paid to differences in regulatory models, strategies for technology integration, and the role of the state.
