    Abstract:
    In the field of teaching preschool children speech and logical thinking, the problem of transition from spontaneous to purposeful teaching of natural language logic as a conscious method of cognition, especially scientific, is being solved. The logic of a natural language is defined as a system of all its logical means and rules for understanding and using these means. The main research methods are pedagogical experiment, sociolinguistic research and this logic. The author has developed forms of tasks and exercises for targeted teaching from early preschool age to the correct understanding and conscious use of conjunctions, quantifiers, question words and the rules of natural language logic. The forms are shown with the help of which adult parents or educators can themselves understand what is included in this logic and purposefully teach it to children.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of studying the organization of public preschool education of children of non-Russian nationalities in the RSFSR. The purpose of the study was to study the development of public preschool education of children of non-Russian nationalities in the RSFSR. Methods – analysis, comparison, generalization of archival and published sources, regulatory documents. The result of the study was the periodization of the development of public preschool education of children of non-Russian nationalities in the RSFSR. The chronological boundaries of the study define the stages of development of public preschool education of children of non-Russian nationalities: the indicative stage (1917–1923), the stage of formation (1923–1927), the stage of sustainable development (1928 – early 1930s.). Within each stage, the directions of development of public preschool education of children of non-Russian nationalities are highlighted and characterized: formation of management bodies for public preschool education of children of non-Russian nationalities, agitation and propaganda, creation of a network of preschool institutions, determination of the purpose and content of educational work, professional training of personnel for national preschool institutions. The results of the study deepen scientific knowledge on the history of the development of the Soviet system of public preschool education, expand the representation of the history of the development of the system of professional and additional education for the training of educators.

    The article considers the problem of using regional-oriented materials as an important resource for the formation of communicative and speech competence in senior preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment (ONR) in the aspect of their life competence. The results of an empirical study on the study of the specifics of the communicative and speech competence of older preschoolers with ONR are presented and promising directions for its formation in speech therapy classes are determined. The author's model of speech therapy work on the development of communicative and speech competence in preschoolers with ONR using materials of regional orientation is presented.

    Preschool education is the first stage of continuing education, which is the foundation in the field of education and upbringing. In the approximate adapted basic general education program of preschool education, targets are prescribed, which are the possible achievements of the child. It depends on the age and degree of mental retardation, the health group of the preschooler. These indicators should be as close as possible to the end of preschool education. The higher the indicators, the better the child will study at school. The education and upbringing of a child in a preschool educational institution provides for the creation of pedagogical conditions for high-quality pastime and socialization of the child, the implementation of psychological and pedagogical support. The analysis of the teachers' works showed that they adhere to the classical way of presenting the material, which is not effective enough.

    Abstract:
    A study aimed at improving pedagogical methods for the development of logical thinking in preschoolers through paper construction revealed that: origami paper design is not part of the main educational program of preschool education, but is used either fragmentarily or in additional classes. At the same time, the pedagogical purposeful management of the development of thinking of preschoolers is based on methods and techniques, most often limited to the methods of imitation and repetition. The study reveals a contradiction between the objective need to introduce significant substantive adjustments to the basic educational programs of preschool education and the insufficient readiness of teachers to implement it. The development and implementation of the technology of pedagogical purposeful management of the development of thinking in preschoolers through the construction of paper using the origami technique made it possible to resolve the identified contradiction and increase the effectiveness of the development of thinking among students.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the modern capabilities of using digital technologies in the preschool education system. The use of these digital technologies under present-day conditions is simply necessary due to the fact that preschoolers today represent a new generation, for which the use of various gadgets and applications is an everyday routine. It is outlined that the use of digital technologies in the education system and the provision of diversity in teaching methods, changing activities and the development of children’s desire to master virtual tools and teaching methods contributes to increasing children’s interest in the learning process and develops their motivation in educational activities. The article focuses on the relevance of the use of digital storytelling technology in the study of English by preschoolers. The author of the article comes to the conclusion about the effectiveness of this technology, talks about the stages of preparation for the successful implementation and use of storytelling technology in English lessons, and also offers resources that will help teachers to implement the technology in the educational process. The author shows the advantages of using digital storytelling technology, makes recommendations on its combination with other educational technologies in order to ensure the diversity in pedagogical approaches being used as well as to improve the learning of material and maintain the constant cognitive interest of preschoolers in the English language.

    The article considers productive game technology as a pedagogical means focused on a product independently created by a pupil. The modern teacher is faced with the task of comprehensive skills development of children of a certain age group and ensuring the ability to socialize in modern society. It is productive game technology that acts as a reference point for the strategy and tactics of pedagogical activity in the formation of social competence in children of early and preschool age. The purpose of the article is to consider principles which play important role in the formation of preschoolers’ social competence. Material and methods. The methodological base of the study is the work of domestic and foreign scientists and methodologists on the problem of the social competence formation of children of early and preschool age. The system of education and teaching in preschool educational institutions was applied as the material for the study. The object of the study is the process of pupils’ social competence formation by means of productive game technology. During the study the following methods were applied: the method of pedagogical observation, modeling. It is concluded that applying productive game technology, positive changes in children’s social development and their social competence formation can be noticed.

    The monograph deals with issues relating to research on the socio-psychological characteristics and life prospects of the educator’s personality - concepts, history of development, methods and techniques. In order to fulfill functions and achieve good results in professional activities, an educator, possessing a set of socio-psychological features and important qualities in terms of professional, should plan his activities. The educator needs to build a future perspective and fruitfully realize his life path. According to the results of the research conducted within the framework of social psychology, the conclusion was made: the life perspective of educators is subjective and determined by the characteristics of their socio-psychological characteristics, their psychological well-being, level of resilience, specific content characteristics of the awareness of their inner world «I», of their past, present, and future. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the fact that the study presents a theoretical justification for the definition of the concepts of socio-psychological characteristics, life and time perspectives of the educator’s personality.
