Annotation

This article presents the results of an empirical analysis of the relationships between psychological well-being (the PERMA model) and professionally significant personal resources among linguistics students at a pedagogical university. A cross-sectional study was conducted on a sample of 100 fourth-year students. This article presents the results of a formative experiment evaluating the effectiveness of the "PERMA Profile for Language Teachers" program, aimed at the comprehensive development of psychological well-being in future foreign language educators. The study involved 100 fourth-year students majoring in pedagogical linguistics (Experimental Group = 50, Control Group = 50).
