in this paper, educational video blogging is considered as a pedagogical technology that requires a specialized set of competencies from the teacher. The typology of educational video blogging is revealed. The key competencies of the teacher are identified, effectively transfer knowledge in video format, structure content taking into account cognitive load and achieve planned educational results.
