в статье представлены результаты исследований в области конкурентоспособности отрасли общественного питания как элемента потребительского рынка региона. На основе статистических данных проведен анализ индустрии питания различных групп населения в зависимости от возраста, пола, дохода, социальной принадлежности на примере предприятий Ивановской области. В работе представлены авторские рекомендации по повышению конкурентоспособности общественного питания в регионе.
