Проводится анализ методов управления проектами в области разработки программного обеспечения, дается обзор моделей проектирования программного обеспечения, выделяются значимые критерии для анализа существующих аналогов web-порталов управления проектами, проводится их обзор с выделением значимых характеристик, систематизируются функциональные и нефункциональные требования проектирования, кратко описывается разработанный web-портал управления проектами образовательной среды.
