And a large role in its development is played and will be played by highly qualified personnel who must be competitive in the labor market. The market of educational resources should be prepared and reformatted in the direction of Informatization of education, which brings not only great opportunities, but also problems that can be solved in the interaction of two markets: the labor market and the market of educational resources. The article considers their interaction.
