    Abstract:
    In modern realities, the issues of ensuring the personnel security of the municipality are of particular importance. Personnel security is a necessary component of any organization, including a municipality. In relation to the municipality, this issue is particularly relevant. There is an increase in the regulatory legal acts regulating the issues of ensuring personnel security. The article identifies the main tools for ensuring the personnel security of the municipality: selection and selection of personnel, loyalty and reliability, control, as well as various methods for assessing the personnel security of the municipality. It is concluded that the correct use of assessment methods can significantly improve the objectivity and reliability of the data, and, consequently, the personnel security of the municipality.

The analysis of the material allowed us to study the experience of local authorities, educational institutions, commercial structures and public organizations in this area and formulate proposals to improve their effectiveness.

We also studied the criteria and identified a number of psychological and pedagogical measures aimed at helping in various situations that arise within the framework of pre-school educational institutions for children, teachers, and parents.

    В настоящее время практические вопросы обеспечения экономической безопасности актуализировали проблему выявления угроз и разработки мероприятий по их устранению. В связи с этим выполненное в статье исследование посвящено разработке эффективных путей обеспечения экономической безопасности конкретного хозяйствующего субъекта. В ходе анализа угроз была использована методика проведения анализа обеспечения экономической безопасности предприятия, основанная на делении системы экономической безопасности по уровням и составляющим, и составлена «матрица угроз», наиболее характерных для исследуемого субъекта. По результатам матрицы угроз были разработаны мероприятия, направленные на обеспечение экономической безопасности: расширение рынка продаж, замена поставщика сырья. Основными методами исследования выступили метод анализа и синтеза, монографический метод, графический метод, метод сравнения. Реализация предложенных мероприятий обусловит в перспективе как увеличение прибыли, так и повышение показателей рентабельности деятельности предприятия, что обеспечит укрепление его экономической безопасности.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена изучению основных проблем, возникающих при применении статьи 238 УК РФ, и отражению путей их разрешения. При рассмотрении основной конструкции статьи был выявлен факт несоответствия реальной действительности, который требует устранения путем реконструкции статьи в состав поставления в опасность. Для совершенствования уголовно-правовой нормы предлагается скорректировать статью под существующую реалию ее применения, меняя круг потерпевших на более широкий по значению. Констатируется нелогичное содержание п. «б» ч. 2 ст. 238 УК РФ, из содержания которого вытекает, что под защитой находятся не все дети шестилетнего возраста, а лишь те, кто воспользуется услугами и работами, не отвечающими требованиям безопасности для этого возраста. В связи с этим было вынесено предложение изменить формулировку квалифицирующего признака, выступая в качестве уголовного «щита» для всех несовершеннолетних. На основе судебных решений был сделан вывод о возможности привлечения к уголовной ответственности лиц, которые в договорных отношениях с потерпевшим не состоят.
