В статье выявлены основные проблемы обеспечения экономической безопасности кредитных организаций, на основе чего делается вывод о необходимости разработки адекватных методов и механизмов обеспечения экономической безопасности кредитных организаций, решения вопроса обеспечения национального хозяйства соответствующей инфраструктурой, экономического сотрудничества, укрепления национальной валюты, своевременного реагирования на внутренние и внешние вызовы и угрозы.

Делается вывод о необходимости дальнейшей разработки теоретических основ и практических рекомендаций по формированию эффективной системы управления финансовыми рисками при обеспечении экономической безопасности предприятий для минимизации их негативного воздействия.

    Abstract:
    В статье обосновывается необходимость трансформации системы государственного управления, стратегического и индикативного планирования в сфере экономической безопасности в условиях цифровизации социально-экономических отношений с учетом возрастания рисков и последствий возникновения глобальных пандемий и эпидемий в аспекте повышения адаптационных возможностей экономической системы страны. Рассмотренная проблема носит междисциплинарный характер и находится на коэволюционном пересечении таких социально-экономических направлений экономической науки, как индикативное планирование, экономическая безопасность и цифровизация социально-экономических отношений. Целью индикативного планирования должно выступать создание условий для производства богатства как отдельными индивидами, так и их коллективами (объединениями), территориальными (региональными) общностями, государствами и всей человеческой цивилизацией в целом. С помощью инструментария индикативного планирования возможна эффективная минимизация отрицательных последствий пандемии и кризиса глобальной экономики на национальном уровне в условиях цифровизации. Индикативное планирование выступает источником и проявлением действия закона перехода количества в качество, в результате чего повышается эффективность функционирования не только отдельного экономического субъекта, но и всей социально-экономической системы в целом.

    In modern realities, the issues of ensuring the personnel security of the municipality are of particular importance. Personnel security is a necessary component of any organization, including a municipality. In relation to the municipality, this issue is particularly relevant. There is an increase in the regulatory legal acts regulating the issues of ensuring personnel security. The article identifies the main tools for ensuring the personnel security of the municipality: selection and selection of personnel, loyalty and reliability, control, as well as various methods for assessing the personnel security of the municipality. It is concluded that the correct use of assessment methods can significantly improve the objectivity and reliability of the data, and, consequently, the personnel security of the municipality.
