    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the special endurance of girls aged 14-15 years, in the conditions of a fitness club. 10 girls aged 14-15 participated in the study, the experiment took place on the basis of one of the sports clubs of Veliky Novgorod. In the course of the pedagogical experiment, effective means of developing strength endurance in girls aged 14-15 were identified, they are: circular training, consisting of 7 exercises for different muscle groups, 3 sets, sequentially after each other, each exercise is performed over a certain period of time – 30 seconds
