  • Development of professional abilities depending on age stages

    Abstract:
    The problem of the development of the abilities of the subject of activity is of actual importance, which is determined by the following paradox: despite the widespread use of the concept of abilities, the question of their essence and mechanisms of development remains open. A proven methodological approach is the systemogenesis of activity and abilities, developed by V.D. Shadrikov. Taking this theory as a basis, we assumed that Age stages can act as determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals. Psychological analysis of the professional activity of a railway driver made it possible to identify a specific structure of professional abilities: general ability to coordinate body movements, the ability of sensorimotor reaction of the hand and eyes, the ability of stability and switching attention, the ability of technical thinking. Instrumental methods for diagnosing these abilities were used, but the examination procedure was carried out after the subjects' trip to a specialized, a simulator complex that simulates various modes of train control. Experimental studies have shown that the development of professional abilities of qualified specialists is consistent with the pattern of uneven development of mental functions. It has been established that the earlier the age stages of a professional, the faster the speed of reaction, processing of information at the level of abilities is implemented more successfully. It is proved that, depending on the age stages of the subject, various structures of professional abilities are formed under the influence of regulatory requirements of activity. The later the age stage of the professional, the more holistic, with a higher degree of integration the structure is formed professional abilities. The dynamics of the development of the structure of professional abilities is characterized by the fact that abilities acquire operational features, narrow technical specialization, an optimal and sufficient measure, which contributes to an increase in the integration of abilities depending on the age of the subject of activity. A high degree of integration of abilities, inherent in the late age stages of professional development, is manifested in the successful result of activity, the development of skill and creativity. It is proved that age stages are determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals.

It is possible to assess the potential inherent in innovation using the indicator of the total market quasi- rent, which allows you to identify the company's opportunities to profit from the commercialization of innovation and methods to increase it. The chapter clarifies the concept of «quasi-rent», develops its composition and formation mechanism, gives recommendations for improving the company's innovative strategy based on the redistribution of the total market quasi-rent, and also proposes a system of indicators for evaluating the effectiveness of the company's innovative strategy based on quasi-rent.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the economic activities of peasants of the Krasnoslobodsky district of the Penza province in the second half of the XIX – early XX centuries. The basis of the economy of the population of Krasnoslobodsky district was agriculture and animal husbandry. Gardening and horticulture played a large role in their economy. It was revealed that the formation of the economic activity of the population of the county was influenced by the following factors: natural and geographical (availability of a resource base), socio-economic (opportunities to supply food and products to other regions in connection with the expansion of the railway network in the Volga region; combining labor and commercial activities); ethnic (ethno-economic traditions, interethnic contacts).

    Abstract:
    The biological features of Goniolimon speciosum (L.) Boiss growing in the conditions of the Akmola region (Kazakhstan) were studied. Due to their morphological and anatomical features, G. speciosum plants are able to grow under conditions of water deficit and increased soil salinity. G. speciosum has a powerful root system, a rosette of basal bare leaves, branched peduncles with corymbose-paniculate inflorescences. The type of leaf structure is dorsoventral, the stomatal apparatus is of the anomocytic type. On both sides of the leaf blade there are salt glands that secrete salt solutions, and the release of salts by such glands is observed in 7–9-day-old seedlings. The seed size is 0,3–0,5 mm. Seeds (both unstratified and laboratory stratified) showed high germination. Plants of this species are vulnerable in places of growth due to the increasing anthropogenic pressure on the steppe vegetation. Therefore, the problem of preserving the habitats of G. speciosum in this region, as well as further study of the biology, biochemistry, and plant resources of this species, is topical.

    В статье рассматривается изобразительная деятельность детей разного возраста. В ней рассматривается место и роль детских рисунков в диагностике отклонений в психосоматическом развитии детей. В последние годы возрос интерес к графическим методам диагностики психологического и физического состояния. Появился ряд исследований, направленных на анализ графической деятельности детей. Рисуночные тесты – это метод психологической проекции, который может дать дополнительную информацию о познавательной деятельности ребенка, его психическом развитии и индивидуально-психологических особенностях. Данные тесты применялись с целью изучения индивидуальных особенностей личности. Это лишь один из методов комплексной психолого-педагогической диагностики.

    The article presents the results of an experimental study of the development of narrative speech in older preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment (III level of speech development). The views of scientists on the specifics of the process under study in preschool children with ONR are considered. Criteria and indicators are presented, the characteristic of the levels of development of narrative speech is given. The conditions for the development of narrative speech in older preschool children with the third level of general speech underdevelopment are described. Conclusions are formulated based on the results of the control stage of the experiment, indicating the effectiveness of the use of elements of the TRIZ method in the development of narrative speech in older preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment (III level of speech development).

    У слепых детей дошкольного возраста обнаруживается низкий уровень развития осязательной чувствительности и моторики пальцев и кистей рук, дети не овладевают в полной мере приемами осязательных действий. Это приводит к возникновению стойких затруднений в овладении навыками письма и чтения, а также речевой и мыслительной деятельности. Изменения, происходящие в системе специального образования, обусловили необходимость обновления методической базы, обеспечивающей организацию и реализацию деятельности, направленной на формирование компенсаторных способов действий слепых воспитанников. В статье проанализированы работы и исследования современных педагогов по вопросу актуальности и эффективности применения многофункционального пособия «Бизидом» в процессе воспитания и обучения. Представлены примерные адаптированные задания в контексте развития мелкой моторики, которые применимы при работе с Бизидомом и могут быть реализованы в рамках коррекционно-развивающих направлений по развитию осязания и мелкой моторики, социально-бытовой и пространственной ориентировки. В результате обосновано, что многофункциональное пособие «Бизидом» является продуктивным средством для развития мелкой моторики слепых дошкольников.

    Abstract:
    Dysphonic voice disorders (hoarseness, deafness, lack of voice flight) in preschool children can be caused by various etiopathogenetic reasons and resulting mechanisms of voice disorders. Dysphonia as one the symptoms of voice impairment, is often present in hard palate pathology, including submucous clefts, where speech intelligibility deteriorates against the background of voice nasalization. In a submucous cleft there is an underdevelopment of palatine plates and inferiority of the muscular system of the soft palate, change in the position of the vocal folds there is functional pathological mechanism of closure and impaired speech breathing. Dysphonia component in the syndromic pattern with nodules of voice folds. This is due to the absence of a closure phase during phonation: a slit appears in the form of an «hourglass». The muscles of the cervical and shoulder girdle begin to actively participate in phone respiration and voice formation. The so-called «nodular mechanism of voice formation» is formed and fixed. The chapter presents the observation of a 4-year-old child with severe speech disorders: open rhinophony and rhinolalia, nodules of voice folds, dysphony, dysarthria, general speech underdevelopment. The issues of complex neurological, neuro-physiological, phoniatric and speech therapy diagnostics and considered. The tactics of targeted, differentiated route of corrective phono-speech therapy support depending on the features of the structure of the articulation apparatus, the specifics of voting, sound pronunciation, strength and duration of pathological phono-speech skills, the state of all speech subsystems, psychological and neurophysiological processes have been developed.
