    This article examines the development of motivation and readiness to interact in preschoolers with autism spectrum disorder. It examines the fundamental concepts of social interaction in psychological science and its specific features for children with autism spectrum disorder, and characterizes key deficits in social interaction. The article also identifies the results of an analysis of Russian studies focusing on overcoming social deficits in preschoolers with autism spectrum disorder and highlights key aspects of using robotics and interactive devices in developing communication skills in this group of children. The article presents the potential for developing motivation to interact in preschoolers with autism spectrum disorder using robotics. The article also highlights the potential for using interactive devices in preschool educational institutions.

    Abstract:
    The article theoretically substantiates and describes a model of pedagogical consulting for parents aimed at forming patriotic values and a sense of statehood in children aged 5–7 years through the integration of resources from municipal cultural institutions. The model is constructed as a continuous educational line from the reflection of a child’s cultural experience (the «Cultural Diary of a Preschooler») to family value-based search (parental workbook and modular consulting program). The methodological basis includes cultural-historical, activity-based and systematic approaches. The empirical base consists of the results of the regional innovative project implemented in 2021–2023 at MBDOU №. 8 in Leningradskaya stanitsa, and 2023 monitoring (parent questionnaires, analysis of performance results, observation).     Abstract:
    This article examines the age-related dynamics of academic motivation in students aged 10–17 in a modern school setting. The relevance of the study stems from the persistent decline in academic motivation during basic general education, despite the recognition of academic motivation as a key factor in success and personal development. The aim of the study was to identify characteristics and statistically significant differences in the structure of academic motivation among students at three levels of general education: primary (10–11 years old), middle (12–15 years old), and high school (16–17 years old). Ninety-nine students participated in the study. For diagnostics, the method of studying educational motivation by A.K. Makarova and N.V. Kontseva was used, which allows for the assessment of external motivation, cognitive motives, communicative motives and motivation for self-development, as well as the general level of motivation.     The article examines approaches to organizing support for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at the municipal level and analyzes the practical implementation of support measures using the city of Salekhard (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug) as a case study, updated for 2025–2026. The methodological basis of the research includes an analysis of municipal regulatory legal acts and program documents, as well as an examination of mechanisms for providing financial and property support and the operation of the “My Business” support infrastructure. The study shows that municipal support in Salekhard in 2025–2026 is built on a combination of program-based management (municipal programs for 2022–2026), administrative regulations for granting subsidies (including to social enterprises), property support mechanisms (lists of municipal property for preferential access), and the use of regional support infrastructure with digital application channels.     Abstract:
    Automated scheduling is an applied task of discrete optimization, where graph models and combinatorial algorithms directly affect the quality of educational solutions. The article considers the schedule as a combinatorial optimization problem: from constructing a conflict graph and reducing it to coloring to hybrid schemes combining mathematical programming (MIP), SAT/SMT approaches and evolutionary methods. Special attention is paid to modern open data and tools: ITC 2019 instances (UniTime) and libraries for real implementations. The results of Russian research demonstrating the effectiveness of SMT solvers for generating the initial schedule and modifications of genetic algorithms for optimizing multi-level programs are presented. Based on the review, a practical "pipeline" of scheduling is proposed: decomposition by components of the conflict graph, obtaining a correct basic solution, and subsequent optimization based on soft constraints.     Abstract:
    The chapter examines the mechanisms by which external rating management influences the development of regional energy supply systems in Russia. The author explores the theoretical foundations of rating management as a complex of organizational, information-analytical, and communicative measures aimed at interaction with independent rating institutions. A structural characterization of regional energy systems is provided, along with an analysis of the mechanisms governing their interaction with the external rating management framework through a closed-loop feedback cycle. Five principal mechanisms of rating management are identified and examined: informational, regulatory-legal, economic, organizational-managerial, and socio-psychological. Specific cases illustrating the impact of regional investment ratings, sectoral performance ratings of energy companies, credit ratings, international certification, and public monitoring on the development of regional energy systems are considered. The findings confirm that the combined effect of diverse rating management mechanisms creates a conducive environment for the advancement of regional energy systems and the enhancement of their operational efficiency.

    Abstract:
    In the theoretical part of the chapter, the basic concepts of program-targeted management of socio-economic processes of territorial development are given and developed. The epistemological roots of the emergence and modification of this tool are identified, and modern typologies of project management structures and algorithms are presented, taking into account situational conditions. In the empirical part, specific conditions are considered that accompany the dynamics of the development of project management by the Kaluga Region State Unitary Enterprise Kalugadorkazachik in planning and ensuring the implementation of the Safe and High-Quality Roads national project in the region. It is the quality of infrastructure that largely determines the standard of living of the population, the investment attractiveness and the volume of financial (as well as other) assets, and the diversification of the real sectors of the regional (municipal) economy. Therefore, the interest in innovative updates to the program and target support, the use of unused reserves, and intensification is quite natural. In this regard, the experience of the Kaluga Region can serve as a standard for the further development of many other regions of the Russian Federation.

Рассматривается проблема влияния материального благосостояния семьи на ключевые этапы становления личности подростка. Автор анализирует связь между уровнем доходов родителей и качеством доступного образования, подчеркивая роль дополнительных ресурсов в обеспечении будущего карьерного роста. Особое внимание уделяется формированию «социального капитала», который определяет культурный уровень и адаптивные способности молодежи. Социальное неравенство интерпретируется не только как экономический разрыв, но и как дефицит возможностей и надежды. Автор подчеркивает, что отсутствие системной поддержки социальной мобильности трансформирует статус в наследственную характеристику, усиливая поляризацию между «полюсом возможностей» и «полюсом безнадежности».

    В статье рассматривается одна из ключевых задач современной начальной школы в свете требований Федерального государственного образовательного стандарта (ФГОС) – развитие познавательной самостоятельности у учащихся. Автор анализирует психологические особенности детей младшего школьного возраста, которые создают фундамент для становления данного качества, включая стремление к автономии и развитие произвольности познавательных процессов. В работе представлена структура познавательной самостоятельности как интегративного свойства личности, охватывающего мотивационную, операционную и волевую сферы. Особое внимание уделяется трансформации ролей педагога и ученика в образовательном процессе, где учитель выступает фасилитатором и организатором исследовательской деятельности. Обосновывается комплекс педагогических условий и практических методов, таких как проблемное и проектное обучение, способствующих эффективному формированию самостоятельности. Статья также предлагает критерии для оценки уровня сформированности этого качества у младших школьников.
