    В статье рассматривается важность появления конного спорта в жизни студента, так как конный спорт является одним из видов лечебного спорта, который оказывает прямое влияние на поддержание физического здоровья студента, а также является одним из наиболее эффективных способов снять стресс, который присутствует в любом образовательном процессе. Цель данного исследования заключается в изучении влияния конного спорта на физическое состояние студента, а также предложены различные виды методик, которые могут положительно повлиять на состояние здоровья.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается возможность психокоррекции агрессивного поведения подростков методом иппотерапии. Материалы и методы исследования. Для выявления уровня агрессии подростков на констатирующем и контрольном этапах исследования была использована методика Басса – Дарки, на формирующем этапе разработана и апробирована психокоррекционная программа с целью снижения показателей агрессивного поведения подростков на основе иппотерапии. Результаты исследования продемонстрировали влияние психокоррекционной программы на снижение практически всех форм агрессивного реагирования (р ≤ 0,05), улучшение поведения и реагирования на различные учебные, жизненные и личные ситуации. Результаты исследования позволили сделать вывод о том, что метод иппотерапии является не только эффективным методом оздоровления и развития, но и эффективным методом психокоррекции агрессивного поведения подростков.

  • The Influence of Hippotherapy on the Psychocorrection of Emotional States of Adolescents

    Abstract:
    Introduction. The article shows the relevance of the theoretical and practical study of the influence of hippotherapy on the psychocorrection of emotional states of adolescents. It is hypothesized that the use of hippotherapy classes for the purpose of psychocorrection of emotional states in adolescents will have a regulating effect on the emotional sphere of adolescents and eliminate negative emotional patterns of behavior. Materials and methods of research. The article presents the results of a study on the use of hippotherapy classes for the purpose of psychocorrection of emotional states in adolescents, which have a regulating effect on the emotional sphere of adolescents and eliminate negative emotional patterns of behavior. The stages and a set of psychological techniques are described. The results of the study revealed in most of the adolescents the presence of an increased level of aggressiveness, unwillingness or inability to restrain outbursts of aggression towards others, a moderate level of situational anxiety and a low level of personal anxiety, only half of the subjects are characterized by a pronounced degree of the Index of positive emotions, etc. After completing the course of hippotherapy, the study showed a positive trend in the indicators of emotional states of adolescents: a statistically significant decrease in the level of aggressiveness, a decrease in the level of situational anxiety, a decrease in the level of depressive states, a positive trend in the indicators of emotional states. The results of the study allow us to conclude that hippotherapy can become a justified and effective way to the psychological and emotional health of the individual.

    В статье основная цель исследования состояла в выявлении степени влияния иппотерапии и лечебной физической культуры на детей с синдромом дефицита внимания и гиперактивности. Автором отмечено, что данные, полученные после внедрения иппотерапии и ЛФК в контрольную и экспериментальную группы, дали положительные результаты без применения лекарственных средств.
