    Mankind is one of the organs of an organism distributed in space – the Earth's Biosystem; therefore, it can exist, evolving, only with continuous interaction and competition according to the laws of the living world with all its parts. To participate in its transformations of the living and mineral worlds into a single living organism, uniting for this the mind of people into the mind of humanity. As the author notes, having distinguished itself from Nature, mankind began to parasitize on the living world, being content only with the mind of separate individuals to achieve their selfish goals. To this end, relations are changing both among people and their associations, up to and including states. The egoism of people led to capitalism – a disastrous path for humanity. In the presence of the mind of mankind, another society would be chosen based on the laws of nature.

    The tasks of increasing the motivation and cognitive activity of students in the process of studying the natural sciences are considered in the article. Improving traditional and introducing non-standard pedagogical technologies, improving the efficiency and quality of education in preparing students are analyzed by the author. It is shown that with the help of interdisciplinary connections, the tasks of developing natural science and practice, developing the ability of future specialists to adapt to rapidly changing production conditions are solved. The main direction of collective creativity in conducting lectures and practical exercises is interpersonal integration. It is shown that the laboratory practicum is a stimulus for the development of an integrative style of thinking.

    The article shows the problems of improving the quality of Russian education related to the understanding of the essence of competencies. In spite of the constant «updates» of the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education (FES of HE), there is no obvious qualitative change in the solution of this problem. And first of all, it refers to what is not clear: what and how students should be taught, although the standards define that students should have the necessary competencies to perform a professional activity. However, despite numerous discussions, a clear understanding of the scientific essence of the concept of «competence», as a rule, is not given anywhere. And this today, in our opinion, is the main problem and obstacle in the qualitative improvement of the educational process in domestic universities.

    The article is devoted to the study of the process of adaptation of students in the framework of multicultural educational environment. Objective: to consider the types of conflicts that arise in the intercultural interaction of foreign students and representatives of the indigenous ethnic group, as well as the diasporas of the country, to explore ways of acculturation to the host society. During the study, the method of questioning and discourse analysis were applied. As a result of the work, the intercultural situations of the realization of the ethnic prejudice of the communicants were studied, the difficulties were described, and the ways to overcome them were indicated. Conclusions are drawn on the need to study the process of acculturation of educational migrants both within the framework of an educational institution and to the receiving society.

    The monograph deals with issues relating to research on the socio-psychological characteristics and life prospects of the educator’s personality - concepts, history of development, methods and techniques. In order to fulfill functions and achieve good results in professional activities, an educator, possessing a set of socio-psychological features and important qualities in terms of professional, should plan his activities. The educator needs to build a future perspective and fruitfully realize his life path. According to the results of the research conducted within the framework of social psychology, the conclusion was made: the life perspective of educators is subjective and determined by the characteristics of their socio-psychological characteristics, their psychological well-being, level of resilience, specific content characteristics of the awareness of their inner world «I», of their past, present, and future. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the fact that the study presents a theoretical justification for the definition of the concepts of socio-psychological characteristics, life and time perspectives of the educator’s personality. Some features of these concepts are revealed. Practical significance is to be identified within the framework of those aspects of the problem being studied, which the authors will solve in perspective.     The article deals with the state of both the general and the special methods of the Russian (native) language. From the standpoint of current requirements, the state of the methodology of teaching Russian language in typhoid pedagogy is analyzed, in particular, the work of such typhoid pedagogues as M.I. Zemtsovoy, V.A. Mylnikova, N.S. Kostyuchek, I.L. Morgaylik, as well as I.P. Chigrinova. The work identifies the range of problems to be solved. As an answer to one of such questions, a route for linguistic competence formation in blind adolescents in the process of learning Russian is proposed, aimed at the development of functional literacy and the implementation of correctional and developmental activities.

    The work covers theoretical and practical aspects of comparative studies in education systems.
