Авторы обосновывают значимость проектной деятельности и цифрового сотворчества как механизмов трансляции традиционных духовно-нравственных ценностей и укрепления гражданской идентичности обучающихся.

    Abstract:
    Пристальное внимание сообщества педагогов-практиков к тенденции применения генеративных цифровых инструментов во всех отраслях экономики является закономерным ответом на поставленную президентом страны стратегическую задачу – цифровая экономика требует цифровизации всей системы образования. В научной литературе можно найти следы компьютеризации, информатизации, а теперь и цифровизации. Интерес автора статьи заключается в поиске ответа на вопрос «Как эффективно использовать генеративный искусственный интеллект в профессиональной деятельности педагога-дефектолога, чтобы не навредить ученику с особыми потребностями?» Учитывая стратегический курс на инклюзию, значимость поднимаемой проблемы многократно возрастает. Методами исследования выступили анализ компонентов профессиональной деятельности учителя-дефектолога в условиях фрагментарного применения цифровых инструментов. Результаты представляемого исследования заключаются в обобщении отечественных и зарубежных научно-педагогических подходов в определении приоритетных направлений исследований в контуре специального (дефектологического) образования.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the role and significance of the career guidance system for students as a process of personnel provision for the regional economy and a factor in shaping its human resources potential. The experience of the Chuvash Republic is analyzed, current methods of organizing career guidance work with students are presented, and key components of a regional program in this area are proposed. The author puts forward a model of cooperation among various stakeholders in the career guidance process at the regional level, and systematizes the most effective methods of working with students. The results of interim monitoring of the implementation of the Unified Career Guidance Model in the 2025–2026 academic year are presented. It is concluded that it is necessary to build a career guidance system for students that covers the entire educational trajectory – from preschool to the workplace – with an emphasis on lifelong learning and vocational training. An important condition for the success of such a system is the active involvement of regional employer enterprises in the career choice process. This study emphasizes that the effectiveness of the career guidance system directly correlates with the region's supply of qualified personnel, which, in turn, serves as the foundation for sustainable economic development aimed at building a competitive and highly skilled talent pool.

    Abstract:
    In the context of a dynamically developing national economy in critical need of engineering personnel with flexible and systemic thinking and a holistic worldview, the competency-based model for training students in technical specialties presented in this article acquires particular significance. This study is aimed at developing a competency-based model for training students in technical specialties, grounded in the resolution of professionally oriented tasks, thereby fostering the requisite key competencies. The research comprises two stages: theoretical and practical. The theoretical stage employed a set of methods aimed at a comprehensive analysis of the problem of professionally oriented training of students in technical universities. In the practical stage, the effectiveness of the developed model was experimentally tested within the educational process of first- and second-year students at the Faculty of Instrumentation Engineering of Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University (2024–2026). The research drew upon competency-based and system-activity approaches. The developed model characterizes the competencies acquired by students (universal, general professional, and professional) in the specialty 11.05.01 Radio-Electronic Systems and Complexes. The results confirmed that laboratory classes in physics contribute to the formation of a wider range of competencies compared to traditional teaching methods.

  • Legal Clinics in the Russian Federation: Operational Challenges and Their Contribution to the Training of Future Lawyers

    Abstract:
    The aim of this review is to analyze current trends in the development of legal clinics in the Russian Federation (2023–2026), identify key operational challenges, and assess their contribution to the training of future lawyers. The material comprises scholarly publications from 2023–2026, regulatory acts, and analytical reviews on practice-oriented legal education and the system of free legal assistance. The methodological framework is based on systemic and content analysis of scholarly literature, comparison of empirical data, and comparative analysis of pedagogical models. The results indicate the steady institutionalization of clinics, active digitalization, and expansion of specialized areas, while also revealing a lack of uniformity, unstable funding, and a shortage of qualified supervisors. The contribution of clinics to legal training is manifested in the development of practical professional competencies, communicative and legal literacy, ethical responsibility, and the civic stance of students. Based on the analysis, the following recommendations are proposed: integration of legal clinics into the Federal State Educational Standards, development of a unified digital platform, introduction of AI assistants and LegalTech, standardization of supervisors' workloads, an interdisciplinary approach, specialization of clinics, institutional partnerships, and others. The practical significance of the study lies in synthesizing scholarly perspectives and formulating recommendations for universities and educational authorities. The theoretical significance consists in developing the author's comprehensive model for evaluating the performance of legal clinics.

Гоулмана (самосознание, саморегуляция, мотивация, эмпатия, социальные навыки), Д.В. Люсина. Младший школьный возраст определён как критический период для развития ЭИ. Представлены практические приёмы: вербализация эмоций, различение эмоций других, дыхательные упражнения, рефлексия. Отмечена связь ЭИ с успеваемостью.

    This article analyzes integrated early childhood education practices that move beyond binary debates about academic acceleration and unstructured free play. Drawing on developmental science, the paper identifies five interconnected habits of effective educational practice: intentionality without rigidity, play as serious inquiry, the environment as a silent curriculum, observation as a teaching tool, and relationships as the foundation of all learning. The article concludes that the most effective educators cultivate a thoughtful, responsive, and emotionally safe classroom ecosystem.

    В статье анализируется участие студентов Приморского института железнодорожного транспорта в чемпионате «Профессионалы» по компетенции «Контроль состояния железнодорожного пути». Внутренний отбор выявил 5 сильнейших из 15 участников. Средний балл вырос с 39,4 (2025) до 51,5 (2026). Региональный этап проходил на базе Дальневосточного учебного центра профессиональных квалификаций (г. Уссурийск). Конкурсное задание включало пять модулей позволил участвовать в Межрегиональном этапе (Новосибирск). В 2026 году победительница (73,3 балла) не смогла участвовать из-за сложностей финансирования. Чемпионат даёт студентам обратную связь от профессионалов и практические навыки, работодателям – готовые кадры.

    Abstract:
    The chapter substantiates the need to reorient modern education from knowledge transfer to the development of self-consciousness as a key competence of the 21st century. Based on an interdisciplinary synthesis of data from developmental psychology, neuroscience and pedagogical anthropology, the challenges facing the educational system in the era of anthropological transition are analyzed. A pedagogical model for the development of self-consciousness is proposed, including four interconnected levels: bodily, emotional-personal, intellectual-reflexive and value-semantic. Specific pedagogical strategies, methods and exercises for each level are described, taking into account the age characteristics of students. Education is considered as an anthropological practice aimed at the formation of an integral, responsible and creative personality – the subject of own development.

    The chapter presents the results of the analysis of scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists, methodologists, and teachers on the development of scientific research competencies in students when studying natural science disciplines. The problem and solutions for mastering and developing research skills and abilities in higher education institutions are identified. The structure of scientific research competencies, levels of their formation and indicators of achievement are described. An interdisciplinary route map and a model of a technological map for organizing and conducting laboratory and practical classes in chemistry, physics, and mathematics have been developed. An example of experimental work in physics is demonstrated, with a detailed step-by-step description of its implementation. The active implementation of electronic digital resources into the educational process is shown. The article presents the types of electronic educational didactic materials developed and used in the educational process. The components of online courses in the electronic information and educational environment of the Amur State Medical Academy are listed in detail. Examples of scientific components of lecture materials and video experiments are clearly presented. The paper provides information on the diversity and functionality of chat-bots used in practical classes within the natural sciences. The chapter presents a questionnaire developed by teachers, intended for questioning, criteria for assessing diagnostics, results and a comparative analysis of the initial and final diagnostics of the level of development of scientific research competencies in medical university students.

    В статье представлен комплексный теоретико-методологический анализ проблемы развития коммуникативной деятельности детей в период среднего дошкольного возраста (4–5 лет). На основе концепции онтогенеза общения М.И. Лисиной детально исследуется феномен перехода от эмоционально-практической к ситуативно-деловой форме взаимодействия со сверстниками. Автором систематизированы специфические характеристики межличностных контактов дошкольников, проанализированы психологические механизмы преодоления детского эгоцентризма посредством сюжетно-ролевой игры. Особое внимание в обзоре уделяется современным вызовам: рассматриваются реальные эмпирические исследования (А.Н. Веракса, Е.О. Смирнова, О.В. Рубцова), доказывающие взаимосвязь уровня развития регуляторных функций мозга и успешности делового сотрудничества в условиях трансформации современной цифровой среды детства.

На основе данных психолого-педагогических исследований выявляются позитивные и негативные эффекты каждого типа игровых материалов. Представлены методы и основные правила изучения воспитателем психического развития ребенка в детском саду. Анализируется значимость психологии в подготовке и повышении квалификации воспитателей для адекватной и эффективной организации ими обучения и воспитания детей дошкольного возраста.

    В статье приводится анализ подходов к исследованию понятия взаимопомощь в работах отечественных и зарубежных психологов и педагогов, описана специфика развития взаимопомощи у старших дошкольников. Приведены полученные экспериментальные данные, предложены методы развития когнитивного-оценочного, эмоционально-эмпатийного и деятельностно-практического компонентов взаимопомощи.
