    Abstract:
    The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in the international year of secondary health-care workers and maieutologists, influential public organizations of the world have drawn attention to the most numerous team of medical personnel – nurses and maieutologists, because these professions are in the increasing demand. The purpose of the study is to examine the dynamics of human resources based on medical statistics. In order to achieve the goal of the study it was necessary to find a solution for the following tasks: 1) studying the opinion of WHO and international organizations on the place and role of nurses in the health care system; 2) analyzing health-care workers’ potential in the Republic of Belarus and determining the causes and factors of nursing shortage; 3) suggesting ways to transform nursing education based on existing trends. In the course of the research, the following methods were applied: analytical, mathematical statistics, system analysis methodology, social and hygienic. The author comes to the conclusion that the population's attention to the activities of the health system is directly related to the availability of human resources of the state that provide medical care. It is also noted that international organizations play a significant role in raising the prestige of the activities of secondary medical workers in the world.

Нефтяные ресурсы стали важным фактором, влияющим на экономическое развитие, политическую стабильность и международные позиции стран. Как крупнейшее нефтяное и нефтехимическое предприятие в Китае, развитие Китайской национальной нефтегазовой корпорации в значительной степени определяет объем добычи и использования нефтяных ресурсов Китая. Исходя из этого, SWOT-анализ проводится путем поиска сильных и слабых сторон, возможностей и угроз, который делает выводы по объективному анализу комплексных ситуаций с целью выявления различных факторов и активно ищет решения.

    Автор подчёркивает, что в настоящее время имеются существенные различия в понимании сущности, классификации и условиях принятия к учету объектов нематериальных активов в российских стандартах учета и международных стандартах финансовой отчетности. Отмечается, что в отчетности российских компаний остается непризнанным целый класс нематериальных активов (стоимость лицензий, франшиз, импортных и иных квот), способных приносить очевидные экономические выгоды. Автор приходит к выводу о том, что необходимо сделать менее жестким требование наличия исключительных прав на нематериальный актив и документальных прав на него. Кроме того, требуется пересмотреть механизм капитализации затрат на НИОКР в российском финансовом учете.

    Abstract:
    The author outlines that nowadays, the question of the influence of gender stereotypes on the role and participation of Kyrgyz women in politics, from a linguistic point of view, has been little studied in Kyrgyzstan. The article is devoted to the ethnocultural traditions and gender stereotypes of the Kyrgyz society that affect the activity and involvement of women in the political life of the state. The author pays attention to the role of Kyrgyz women in the history of the country, examines Kyrgyz proverbs and folk clichés, which are the folk heritage of the people. The purpose of the article is to identify ethnocultural factors that determine the gender roles of men and women, as well as their impact on society. Research methods. During the study a descriptive method was applied. The following folklore materials were taken as a basis: Kyrgyz proverbs from "Kyrgyz makal, lakap, uchkul sozdoru" by M. Ibragimov, traditional rules of relationships between people of different ages and genders, principles of youth upbringing. As a result of the analysis, the author concludes that the traditions and stereotypes of Kyrgyz society endow men and women with gender traditional roles: a man plays a major role in the family, in society and is engaged in “male affairs”, while a woman is assigned a secondary role, she only deals with home and family. It is emphasized that such attitudes largely limit the political activity of women.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the importance of incorporating of a foreign culture learning, acquiring cross-cultural communication and cultural awareness skills in a foreign language teaching. The authors point out that teaching culture in foreign language teaching context should include cultural knowledge, cultural values, cultural skills and behavior. The author also emphasize that attitudes to teaching culture in the process of foreign language teaching involve, on the one side, considering teaching culture as teaching the fifth language skill along with speaking, listening, reading and writing, implying teaching cultural sensitivity and cultural awareness or the behavior in certain cultural situations, and on the other side, regarding language as social practice being defined by culture in which culture becomes the core of language teaching with cultural awareness viewed as enabling language proficiency. Cultural awareness is the foundation of communication; it helps to understand cultural values, beliefs, and perceptions of the other culture. Training of both bilingual and bicultural students at higher educational institutions is of primary significance. Intercultural awareness presumes a number of skills, improving students’ native culture and other cultures’ awareness and understanding. The authors come to the conclusion that intercultural awareness skills imply overcoming misinterpretations and accepting differences.

    Abstract:
    The author outlines that the study of food design and film art as part of the country's ethnic culture examines the preservation and development of traditions and interethnic ties. Given that folk traditions have a peculiarity to develop, being in constant search of new solutions, taking into account the emergence of new materials, technologies and information tools, an idea to combine the potential of film art and food design in research has started up. It is noted that the search for analogues of the issue studied has no positive effect. The purpose of the study is a theoretical justification for the possibility of using different art forms as tools to unlock the possibilities and diversity of the art of food and filmmaking. Based on the study of various sources, it has been found that the topic of preserving the ethnic cultures of Russia is relevant and new, due to the unusual combination of the art of food and filmmaking. Hypothesis. It is suggested that the preservation and development of the country's ethnic cultures and intercultural ties is possible if best practices and achievements of food design as an essential part of people's culture will be applied while modelling different forms and spaces in film art. Results. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the hypothesis put forward has historical evidence in the works of such scientists as: Kostomarov N.I., Orlovskaya A.V. and Pokhlebkin V.V. Based on their experience and knowledge the following is possible: formation of new approaches, serch for new solutions and development of new forms and spaces, using advances in food design, film art and people's culture.

  • Teaching the Russian Language as a Native at Elementary School: Problems and Ways of Their Solution

    Abstract:
    The relevance of studying the Russian language as a mother tongue for the formation of national identity, spiritual and moral values, and communication and speech skills in younger schoolchildren is reviewed in the article. The purpose of the article is to identify ways to overcome the problems of a substantive and methodical nature in teaching of the new subject “Native Russian Language” by primary school teachers. Methods. Methods of analyzing the content of the basic course of the Russian language, a generalization of pedagogical practice and research activities of the Primary Education Department of SBEI of SVE “Nizhny Novgorod Institute of the Education Development” on the problem of the formation of communication and speech skills in primary schoolchildren and the development of communicative competence of a teacher, allowed identifying priority tasks, substantive blocks, practice-oriented and regional orientation of the program of the subject. Results. As a result of the study, the feasibility of the national and cultural and regional nature of the content and effective technological methods are highlighted. It is concluded that taking into account the specifics of the program, correctly selected by teachers relevant and appropriate content of educational material that meet the needs of younger schoolchildren, as well as effective teaching methods and tasks, contributes to solving problems, awareness of the national identity of the Russian language, cultural traditions and spiritual values of their people by students, and preserving the linguistic diversity of our country.

  • A System of Ethnojournalism Assignments for Students of “Folk Art Culture” Curriculum

    Abstract:
    The “Journalism in the Ethnocultural Sphere” discipline belongs in the basic part of “Folk Art Culture” higher educational field of study curriculum, which is in the process of theoretical development and search for methodological approaches to its teaching. The article represents a development of practical assignments in this discipline. Methods. Based on the author’s own pedagogical experience in the field of teaching ethno-journalism to students of this curriculum in FSBEI of HE “Saint Petersburg State University of Film and Television”, a system of practical exercises aimed at development of general cultural and professional competencies has been developed. The assignments are divided into five topics; the students are expected to work in the field of both ethnocultural studies and journalism. For each practical lesson there are two types of assignments: analytical, which are based on a theoretical understanding of ethnocultural material (discussion questions), as well as work with mass media data, and creative tasks, which include creating journalistic texts of different genres on ethnocultural topics. It can be concluded, that the results of preparatory and classroom work with the proposed tasks suggest a successful completion of the discipline by future specialists in the field of folk art culture, as well as demonstrate their interest in ethnocultural knowledge and ethnojournalistic activity.
