  • Teaching the Russian Language as a Native at Elementary School: Problems and Ways of Their Solution

    Abstract:
    The relevance of studying the Russian language as a mother tongue for the formation of national identity, spiritual and moral values, and communication and speech skills in younger schoolchildren is reviewed in the article. The purpose of the article is to identify ways to overcome the problems of a substantive and methodical nature in teaching of the new subject “Native Russian Language” by primary school teachers. Methods. Methods of analyzing the content of the basic course of the Russian language, a generalization of pedagogical practice and research activities of the Primary Education Department of SBEI of SVE “Nizhny Novgorod Institute of the Education Development” on the problem of the formation of communication and speech skills in primary schoolchildren and the development of communicative competence of a teacher, allowed identifying priority tasks, substantive blocks, practice-oriented and regional orientation of the program of the subject. Results. As a result of the study, the feasibility of the national and cultural and regional nature of the content and effective technological methods are highlighted. It is concluded that taking into account the specifics of the program, correctly selected by teachers relevant and appropriate content of educational material that meet the needs of younger schoolchildren, as well as effective teaching methods and tasks, contributes to solving problems, awareness of the national identity of the Russian language, cultural traditions and spiritual values of their people by students, and preserving the linguistic diversity of our country.

  • A System of Ethnojournalism Assignments for Students of “Folk Art Culture” Curriculum

    Abstract:
    The “Journalism in the Ethnocultural Sphere” discipline belongs in the basic part of “Folk Art Culture” higher educational field of study curriculum, which is in the process of theoretical development and search for methodological approaches to its teaching. The article represents a development of practical assignments in this discipline. Methods. Based on the author’s own pedagogical experience in the field of teaching ethno-journalism to students of this curriculum in FSBEI of HE “Saint Petersburg State University of Film and Television”, a system of practical exercises aimed at development of general cultural and professional competencies has been developed. The assignments are divided into five topics; the students are expected to work in the field of both ethnocultural studies and journalism. For each practical lesson there are two types of assignments: analytical, which are based on a theoretical understanding of ethnocultural material (discussion questions), as well as work with mass media data, and creative tasks, which include creating journalistic texts of different genres on ethnocultural topics. It can be concluded, that the results of preparatory and classroom work with the proposed tasks suggest a successful completion of the discipline by future specialists in the field of folk art culture, as well as demonstrate their interest in ethnocultural knowledge and ethnojournalistic activity.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the relevance of socio-cultural practices. The purpose of the study is to consider socio-cultural practices as a means of forming the social success of adolescents. Methods were used: theoretical analysis of scientific literature, generalization, synthesis, interpretation, and summary. As a result, the concept of socio-cultural practices as a type of independent activity is clarified in the unique intersection of perspective and current interests of a growing individual who acquires his life experience for successful socialization. The value of a variety of socio-cultural practices is revealed from the point of view of understanding the semantic, transformative, and integration capabilities of the children's international center as the optimal base for the formation of social success of adolescents. The role of competent tutoring in the support of socio-cultural practices in the framework of the "Good school" project is revealed.

Он оказывает сильное влияние на становление и продвижение сотрудничества между государствами, инвестиционную обстановку и состояние государственных финансов.

    В последние годы значительно расширилась практика использования беспилотников в вооруженных конфликтах, что вызывает обеспокоенность специалистов в гуманитарной, правовой и других сферах. Действующее право в области прав человека и международное гуманитарное право обеспечивают единый набор правовых принципов, регулирующих применение государствами БПЛА как в военных действиях, так и вне вооруженных конфликтов. Особое внимание в статье уделяется вопросам законности применения беспилотников как в вооруженных конфликтах, так и вне их. Исходя из того, что эти нормативные рамки разработаны применительно к обычным видам вооружений, их применение и толкование в отношении вооруженных беспилотников и других видов роботизированного вооружения вызывает ряд противоречий. Автор рассматривает вред, наносимый БПЛА, не только прямой (человеческие жертвы и разрушения), а также попытки государств уклониться от международной ответственности за «непредвиденные» последствия, сославшись на форс-мажорные обстоятельства. В статье анализируется Совместная декларация об экспорте и последующем использовании вооруженных БПЛА или БПЛА с поражающей силой, подписанная в 2016 г. США и 44 другими странами. Автором сделаны соответствующие выводы и предложены рекомендации для международной политики.

    The article deals with the technology of development of student’s creative thinking using the means of folk pedagogy in English lessons. It reveals the concept of creativity, which is a manifestation and creation of fundamentally new ideas, differing from traditional or accepted patterns of thinking and entering the structure of cleverness as an independent factor. The authors note that the use of centuries-old wisdom of the people, expressed in proverbs and folk sayings, riddles, folk games, fairy tales and other means of folk pedagogy in the educational process, contributes greatly to the development of creative thinking in students. The article identifies the didactic conditions, principles and criteria for the selection of material based on the folk pedagogy experience in the process of learning English. The suggested technology describes the process of comparing the English and Kazakh cultures. The technology provides for the quick memorization of new words, English speech comprehension, analysis and systematization of information.

    The article analyzes the strategic objectives of Russian printing companies engaged in foreign economic activity. The analysis was carried out on the example of the printing house LLC "SHAR". The paper reveals the prerequisites for the analysis of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis) as an indispensable tool for a comprehensive analysis of a company planning to carry out foreign economic activity, and already carrying out it. A SWOT analysis of Shar LLC was carried out with a focus on the foreign economic activity of the enterprise. Recommendations are given. The conclusions are formulated.

    Abstract:
    В статье кратко рассматривается проблема охраны нематериального культурного наследия Китая, в частности, народных песен этнических меньшинств. Подчёркиваются в этом контексте важные организующие функции региональных колледжей и университетов. Автор подчеркивает, что музыкальный фольклор выступает ценным творческим ресурсом системы педагогического образования, в которой объединяются фундаментальные теоретические исследования, практическое применение и реконструкция этого жанра. Автор также отмечает, что необходимо взаимодействие всего университетского сообщества по сохранению культуро-этнической среды регионов Китая в сочетании с междисциплинарными методами исследования, многоуровневой методологией, а также исполнительским творчеством. Автор приходит к выводу, что для создания оптимальных условий сохранения и популяризации жанра народной песни в системе музыкально-педагогического образования в Китае необходимо укрепить кадровый преподавательский состав университетов, а также кардинальным образом скорректировать систему учебных программ, которая сочетала бы в себе этническую и академическую музыку, что позволит объединить общие концепции музыкального образования с междисциплинарной этномузыкологией и интегрировать их в учебный процесс средней школы.

    The main fact that Ushinsky comes to is the fact that all great nations have their own national education system. At the heart of each of these systems is a kind of principle that determines the education system as a whole and gives it a specific character. For Fichte, freedom, integrity, uniqueness in relation to external culture seem to be the basic properties of the nation as such. A nation that has lost these properties ceases to be a nation in the true sense of the word. That is why the Romans do not represent a nation in the sense in which Fichte understands the German people.

    Abstract:
    The article draws attention to the current socio-cultural problems of the Caucasus, it emphasizes the relevance of research in this region. The purpose of the article is to identify important methodological problems in the study of the history, culture and language of the Turks, taking into account the spiritual and intellectual revival of the Turkic world based on various approaches and methods. The application of the comparative historical method and the method of interpreting cultural and historical phenomena allowed us to reveal that the concept of Caucasian civilization is more static compared to a dynamic European civilization. The result of the study showed that ethnicity in the Caucasus is still relevant. In Caucasian culture, the main direction of studying the behavior of the subject is ethno-identification. It is concluded that this feature is a serious problem for the peoples of the region, including the Turks. In general, the ethnic factor is one of the mechanisms governing the life of a person belonging to Caucasian civilization. Along with this, it is emphasized that the Turkic peoples living in the Caucasian region are the peoples that enrich the Caucasian civilization.

  • Representation of the Concept Jumo "God" in Mari Folk Songs

    The article is devoted to the analysis of the religious views of Mari, which are reflected in such genres of folklore as guest and wedding songs. The purpose of the article is to identify ways and means of representing the concept of humo «god» in Mari folk songs. Research methods: continuous sampling, comparative method, component analysis. Results, discussion. The following characters of the Mari pantheon are represented in the songs: the Bright God, the predecessor, the mother of God, the mother of the earth, the mother of wealth, the angel, the daughter of God, the prophet, the daughter of the prophet, the son of the prophet, and the bridegroom prophet. Conclusion. The content of folk songs also presents some stories from mythology, fragments of religious rites and the foundations of the creed of the Mari traditional religion.
