  • Relationship Between Reflection of Mental States and Indicators of Psychological Well-being in College Students

    Abstract:
    This study examines the relationship between the reflection of mental states and various aspects of psychological well-being in college students within secondary vocational education. Methods: 398 students (15–24 years) from Cheboksary Medical College participated. Standardized psychodiagnostic methods assessed reflexivity (Karpov, Ponomareva), anxiety (Spielberger), mental states (Eysenck), and psychological well-being (K. Riff). Conclusions: Reflection of mental states showed statistically significant, though ambiguous, relationships with student mental life. Positive correlations emerged between reflection and anxiety, rigidity, meaningfulness of life, and self-perception as an open system. A negative correlation was found with aggressiveness. However, no significant correlations appeared between reflection and most K. Riff psychological well-being indicators, or overall well-being. These results underscore reflection's complex nature, indicating a need to develop its adaptive forms for student psychological health in the educational process.

    Психоорганический синдром, развивающийся после черепно-мозговой травмы, нередко сопровождается выраженными нарушениями в эмоционально-волевой сфере. Одним из наиболее ярких проявлений являются агрессивное поведение и снижение способности к контролю импульсов. В статье рассматриваются нейропсихологические аспекты этих нарушений, уделяется внимание локализации поражений головного мозга, особенно в лобных и лимбических структурах, а также нарушению нейромедиаторного баланса. Особое внимание уделяется характеристике реактивной агрессии и ее отличию от целенаправленного агрессивного поведения. Кратко освещаются современные подходы к диагностике и возможные методы коррекции с учетом нейропсихологического профиля пациента.

  • The relationship between emotional intelligence and negative mental states of students

    Abstract:
    The period of study at a higher education institution is accompanied by significant cognitive and emotional stresses associated with academic requirements, social adaptation and professional self-determination. These factors create prerequisites for the occurrence of stressful situations and the intensification of negative mental states such as anxiety, frustration, aggressiveness and rigidity. Under conditions of chronic stress, these conditions can develop into maladaptive behaviors, reducing academic motivation and worsening students' overall mental health. The article examines the relationship between the level of emotional intelligence, previously differentiated on the basis of the analysis into three groups (high, medium and low levels), and the severity of negative mental states, including situational and personal anxiety, frustration, aggressiveness and rigidity, which made it possible to identify the features of their mutual influence in the student sample. The data allow us to conclude that the level of emotional intelligence has a moderating effect on the intensity of experiencing negative mental states among students, where a high level of emotional intelligence contributes to a decrease in the severity of all negative states studied, while a low level of emotional intelligence is associated with their intensification. It is concluded that it is necessary to include emotional intelligence development programs in the educational process in order to increase the psychological stability of students and their adaptation to learning conditions.

    Проблема толерантности в подростковом возрасте важна и актуальна в современном обществе. Введение понятия толерантности связано с необходимостью адаптации человека к быстро меняющейся социальной среде, а также с проектированием общества, основанного на гуманистических ценностях. Несмотря на эти ожидания, XXI век сопровождается ростом агрессии, насилия и национализма, что особенно актуально для молодежи. Такая важная характеристика личности, как психическая устойчивость, является аспектом толерантности и подлежит детальному изучению, несмотря на наличие значимых работ конкретных авторов, таких как Асмолов А.Г., Трифонова Е.В., Солдатова Г.У. Исследование направлено на выявление особенностей проявлений толерантности у старших подростков. Объектом исследования является сама толерантность подростков, а предметом – особенности ее проявлений. Основными задачами являются изучение философских и психолого-педагогических аспектов толерантности в контексте подросткового возраста, а также анализ результатов исследований в этой области. Проведенное исследование показывает, что развитие толерантности играет ключевую роль для успешной социализации подростков.

    В статье рассмотрены теоретические аспекты изучения игровой компьютерной зависимости и связанные с ней проблемы агрессивного поведения подростков. Термин «конструирование миров» помогает осознать, как игроки интенсивно вовлекаются в виртуальные миры, создавая свои собственные образы и сценарии. Эта способность в игре может проявляться как в позитивном, так и в негативном аспектах, что определяется содержанием игрового процесса и уровнем самоконтроля игроков. Наблюдения указывают на то, что излишнее пристрастие к компьютерными играм может привести к интернет-зависимости, которая, в свою очередь, связана с различными формами девиантного поведения, включая агрессию. Исследование влияния компьютерных игр на агрессивность подростков остается актуальным и многогранным вопросом, требующим всестороннего анализа и целенаправленного подхода к воспитанию и образованию.

    Цель работы состояла в выявлении взаимосвязей качеств личности, характеризующих отношение к людям и к себе, у молодых специалистов сферы образования. На основе эмпирического исследования было установлено: 1) выбор позиций принуждения и манипулирования положительно связан с тревожностью и отрицательно – с уровнем самооценки; 2) выбор позиции невмешательства в дополнении к этому отрицательно связан с уверенностью в себе; 3) выбор позиции ненасилия положительно коррелирует с эмпатией; 4) проявления агрессивности и враждебности также в различной степени связаны положительно с тревожностью и отрицательно с самооценкой и уверенностью в себе; 5) ассертивность положительно коррелирует как с самооценкой, так и с уверенностью в себе. Делается вывод о значимости формирования у молодых специалистов ассертивности как способности достигать своих целей, не причиняя вреда другим.

    В статье представлены данные проведенного исследования особенностей агрессивного поведения младших школьников и возможностей его регулирования целенаправленными коррекционными мероприятиями. Исследование было проведено на базе МБОУ СОШ 34 г. Махачкалы Республики Дагестан. Данные, полученные при проведении эксперимента, и проведенная обработка данных с использованием коэффициента ранговой корреляции Спирмена позволили говорить о том, что проведенный тренинг, направленный на нивелирование агрессивных реакций младших школьников, имеет высокую результативность. При этом, чем младше дети, тем выше результативность целенаправленных мероприятий.

  • Socio-Psychological Features of Preschool Children with Unpopular Sociometric Statuses

    The article presents the results of the study of some socio-psychological characteristics of preschool children with unpopular sociometric statuses. The sociometric structure of a small social group is the result of its development and has a significant impact both on the functioning of the group itself and on the socio-psychological development of its members. On the one hand, personality traits along with other factors of psychical development and socialization contribute to or hinder the acquisition of favorable sociometric statuses. On the other hand, the possession of a certain sociometric status has an impact on the development of socio-psychological characteristics of the individual. Children with unpopular statuses are situated at the zone risk. The aim of the work was to study the socio-psychological characteristics of children with unpopular sociometric statuses. The study was conducted in preschool educational institutions of Petrozavodsk, Prionezhsky and Medvezhyegorsky districts of the Republic of Karelia. We used some methods to test the hypothesis. These are the «Secret» method, «Observation of children's communication», the Rosenzweig test, the «Monitoring aggressive behavior of children» method. The results of the study. The study found that neglected and ignored children have got by aggression and anxiety; demonstration of aggression and anxiety in children with unpopular sociometric statuses are determined by the strength of the need for communication (initiative). These qualities are inherent in children who have a high need for communication. In rejected and isolated children with low need for communication, these qualities are not expressed. Anxiety differs in situations of interaction with peers or adults. The results of the study determine new tasks and the direction of correctional and developmental work with unpopular children.

    Abstract: Being in a boarding school and the specifics of socialization make it difficult for children to form the skills necessary for effective functioning in society and require special socio-pedagogical programs to prepare for independent life in society. Participation in positive leisure and preventive activities changes people's behavior, helps in the formation of new personality - important qualities that contribute to the formation of a mature approach to their lives and increase starting opportunities when graduating from a boarding school, aims children to create a positive image of the family. If teenagers grew up in a dysfunctional family, then where to take an example of a prosperous one? In educational institutions, there is little talk about family relationships and family values. In residential institutions, this issue is on an important place. The diagnosis of aggression in adolescents is performed using psychodiagnostic personality questionnaires, projective tests.

  • The Correlation Between the Types of Family Education and Aggressiveness in Adolescence

    This article analyzes the correlation between the type of family education and the manifestation of aggressive behavior in adolescence. The relevance of this study is determined by the influence of family education on the development of aggressive behavior of a teenager, as a result of which this is one of the most acute problems today. The aim of the study is to identify and study aggression in adolescents, as well as to establish the relationship between family education and aggression in adolescents. It is hypothesized that there is a connection between the aggression of adolescents and the type of family education. Materials and methods of research. The study involved students of 9 «B» in the number of 30 teenagers aged 14–15 years, including 15 boys and 15 girls. The stages and a set of psychological techniques are described. The results of the study showed that 66.7% (20 parents) have violations in family education. This number includes parents who have destructive and mixed types of family interaction, adolescents have a high and average level of aggression, of which 30% (9 adolescents) are boys and 36.7% (11 adolescents) are girls. Moreover, the level of aggressiveness is more pronounced in young men. Based on this, we can say that young men are more affected by the inharmonious style of family education. We found that the assumption that there is a link between the aggressiveness of adolescents and the type of family upbringing was confirmed. It is necessary to understand that what is laid down in the family is the determining reason for the development of a system of values and a culture of human relationships.

Агрессивные проявления дошкольников неосознанны и не нацелены только на причинение боли и вреда. Дети дошкольного возраста имеют недостаточный уровень развития коммуникативной сферы, поэтому решают конфликты путем агрессивных проявлений. Причиной часто служит ситуация в семье ребенка. Ведь то, что он видит дома, находит отражение в условиях детского сада. Поэтому в статье рассматриваются особенности проявления буллинга как социального явления в условиях старшей группы детского сада под влиянием детско-родительских отношений.

    В статье анализируется связь семейного воспитания с агрессией подростков. Агрессия представляет собой не только проблему личности, но и важнейшую социальную проблему, поскольку за последнее время очень сильно возросла преступность, особенно среди подростков. Целью нашего исследования является изучение связи семейного воспитания с агрессией подростков. Агрессивное поведение наиболее ярко проявляется в подростковом возрасте, поскольку этот возрастной период является сенситивным возрастом для проявления агрессивности. Формирование определенного стиля поведения и уникальных особенностей у подростка главным образом зависит от своеобразного микроклимата, сложившегося между членами семьи, расположения родителей к ребенку и стиля воспитания. Ни один из социальных институтов не в силах настолько сильно навредить воспитанию ребенка, насколько способна семья. Не зря социальными психологами установлено, что воздействие семьи на подростка намного действеннее и мощнее, чем влияние иных факторов, таких как учебные учреждения, сверстники и СМИ. Больная психологическая атмосфера в семье – мощнейший стимулятор агрессивности подростков. Проведенный нами анализ позволяет констатировать, что образование, закрепление и проявление агрессии у подростков осуществляются под воздействием негативных условий внутри семьи. Решающей силой здесь выступает стиль семейного воспитания. Типы неблагополучных семей, в которых вырастают дети с нарушениями в поведении, отдельные авторы классифицируют по-разному, но они вовсе не опровергают друг друга, а взаимодополняют, порой сходятся между собой. В целях профилактики развития агрессивного поведения у подростка нужно отслеживать его проявления агрессии, а также с помощью коррекционных мероприятий обучать ребенка выражать свою агрессию общеприемлемым образом. К тому же необходимо вести разъяснительную работу с родителями, учить их справляться с собственными агрессивными проявлениями.

  • The Influence of Hippotherapy on the Psychocorrection of Emotional States of Adolescents

    Introduction. The article shows the relevance of the theoretical and practical study of the influence of hippotherapy on the psychocorrection of emotional states of adolescents. It is hypothesized that the use of hippotherapy classes for the purpose of psychocorrection of emotional states in adolescents will have a regulating effect on the emotional sphere of adolescents and eliminate negative emotional patterns of behavior. Materials and methods of research. The article presents the results of a study on the use of hippotherapy classes for the purpose of psychocorrection of emotional states in adolescents, which have a regulating effect on the emotional sphere of adolescents and eliminate negative emotional patterns of behavior. The stages and a set of psychological techniques are described. The results of the study revealed in most of the adolescents the presence of an increased level of aggressiveness, unwillingness or inability to restrain outbursts of aggression towards others, a moderate level of situational anxiety and a low level of personal anxiety, only half of the subjects are characterized by a pronounced degree of the Index of positive emotions, etc. After completing the course of hippotherapy, the study showed a positive trend in the indicators of emotional states of adolescents: a statistically significant decrease in the level of aggressiveness, a decrease in the level of situational anxiety, a decrease in the level of depressive states, a positive trend in the indicators of emotional states. The results of the study allow us to conclude that hippotherapy can become a justified and effective way to the psychological and emotional health of the individual.

    The article discusses the problem of aggression in younger students, which is manifested against the background of disharmonious style of family education. The General features of the behavior of young schoolchildren who are prone to aggression are reflected. One of the important aspects of the work of a special psychologist is psychological work with families. Conditions for successful work with the family of an aggressive Junior school student are presented.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается понимание смысла жизни современной молодежью и его связь с проявлением агрессии в условиях новой, цифровой эпохи. Позитивное понимание смысла жизни соотносится с низким уровнем проявления агрессивности, а негативное – с высоким. Подчеркивается особая роль работы с духовным миром человека в решении проблем снижения молодежной агрессивности. Обосновывается необходимость смены существовавших подходов к решению проблем, связанных с молодежной агрессивностью.
