    Abstract:
    The methods of using techniques for determining the intellectual giftedness of a child in secondary school are examined, the analysis of existing methods for identifying signs of giftedness is carried out. The authors proposed psychological and pedagogical models for identifying giftedness for a subject teacher. Particular attention is paid to the importance of diagnosing gifted children for improving the educational process system, solving urgent issues, since the personality of a gifted pupil should not be adjusted to the general standard of education and a school should create all conditions for the development of giftedness.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the identification of conceptually identical perceptions of musical time in the cultures of India and Indonesia. The paper considers tala, the Indian category of time, in the context of structuring the parameters of musical compositions in Indian art. Gamelans (Indonesian ensembles of musical instruments) are described in detail as well as the basic principles of organizing musical material in the compositions they perform. The aim of the work is to compare the patterns of perception of the category of time in the cultures of India and Indonesia. The research methodology is based on the principles of an integrated approach that considers the musical traditions of these countries from theoretical and historical-cultural positions. In the process of working on this article, the key role was played by the experience of studying Indian and Indonesian cultures obtained by the authors during scientific internships in India and Indonesia (T.V. Kartashova – institute Shriram Bharatiya Kala Kendra in 2004–2006 and in 2009 (New-Delhi, India); V.U. Antipova studied at the Indonesian Institute of Arts in Yogyakarta under the Darmasiswa Indonesian Scholarship program in the 2017–2018 academic year). The result of the study is the identification of the cyclical nature of musical time in the art of India and Indonesia. It is concluded that in the coordinate systems of different civilizations there are certain intersection points, and often they appear at a conceptual level. The identification of common interpretations of various categories makes it possible to comprehend deep intercivilizational ties, which makes it possible to identify the relatedness of the basics of world understanding in the cultures of South and Southeast Asia.

Получен вывод о возрастании риска не только когда эффект финансового левериджа отрицателен, но и в случаях значительного отклонения от средней величины и высокой степени вариации.

    Abstract:
    Статья представляет собой результат исследования школьного корреспондента и посвящена явлению билингвизма. Авторы рассматривают билингвизм через призму своего поколения, проведя опрос в социальных сетях респондентов о родном языке, взяв интервью, выявляют, что среди учеников школы есть дети, владеющие двумя родными языками, среди которых есть и иностранные (британский, непальский). По результатам проведенного эксперимента предположили, что каждый 16-й ученик школы является билингвом. Авторы предполагают, что явление двуязычия имеет как положительные стороны, так и негативные, например – возможно формирование общего недоразвития речи у детей-билингвов. В статье можно ознакомиться с существующими мифами о билингвизме. Авторами ставится под сомнение тезис о том, что билингвы отличаются большей креативностью, нежели монолингвы. Тем не менее, соглашаются с фактом, что явление двуязычия и даже многоязычия населения становится всё более привычным в нашем мире.

Продемонстрировано применение показателя в качестве критерия минимальной доходности.

    The article deals with the features of underdevelopment of speech of 1–4 level of preschool and primary school children in terms of the formation of sound-syllabic structure. The quantitative and qualitative description of characteristic errors and shortcomings in speech of children with General underdevelopment of speech (motor alalia, dysarthria, rhinolalia), the influence of insufficiency of mastering the sound-syllabic structure on the formation of writing is given. The authors rely on the results of modern research of scientists in the field of speech therapy: Titova T.A., Levina R. E., Filicheva T.B., Markova A.K., Usanova O.N.  Materials of the article can be used by speech therapists and teachers in the analysis and classification of identified speech disorders of children with underdevelopment of speech in the field of sound-syllabic structure.

    The article deals with the development of psychological knowledge in higher pedagogical education in Russia at the turn of the XIX–XX centuries. An explanation of the change in psychological knowledge is given, in connection with the historical fact of the definition of psychology as an independent science and its separation from the boundaries of philosophy during this period of time. Teaching institutions of Russia of the end of the XIX century are described, the content of education in them is explained, as well as the essence of higher pedagogical education of that time. The article also describes the higher pedagogical education of the beginning of the 20th century, in particular, the post-revolutionary period. The forms, essence and content of this formation are shown, as well as the level of contradictions that have arisen in the formation of that time.

    The article discusses the main features of the kindergarten educational environment for the development of preschool children’s self-consciousness. The authors provide a general description of the children's self-consciousness with a general speech underdevelopment, describe the main areas of work on the development of self-awareness with this category of children. As the authors note, the development of the ability to analyze and to evaluate what is happening, as well as familiarity with various social roles, contributes to leveling existing difficulties in interacting with society in children with general speech underdevelopment, allows preschoolers to become more self-confident, to embed a positive self-concept and increase the level of claims.

    The analysis of Kyrgyz folklore was done by various researchers. Present work is dedicated to the somatism lexis, transmitting a whole range of images, concepts and associations that reflect the peculiarities of the world view and the world perception of the ancient people. The names of body parts – somatism – belong to the oldest parts of the vocabulary, which evolved over the millennia and reflected the ancient knowledge of man about himself and his body. In a large number somatisms were used by storytellers in the performance of their national epics. The article considers the concept of «somatisms», examples of somatisms in the physical description of heroes of the Kyrgyz epic «Manas», «Kurmanbek», «The Legend of Sarinzhi Buky» are represented.

Attention is paid to causality and factors affecting the quality and condition of the legal consciousness and legal culture of the period under study looked through in the historical and legal context. The researcher concluded that the reforms of Peter I significantly changed the content of the legal culture of Russian society, primarily due to the increasing role of legislation and politics.

    Abstract:
    The concepts of "individual" and "individuality" are revealed in this article. Depending on the determination, two types of individuality are distinguished, which complement each other. The work reveals the structure and origins of children's individuality, examines the reasons for the emergence of individuality of a person. The author comes to the conclusion that individual differences are peculiar features of each person's development, distinguishing it from others, implying: the characteristics of the individual (physical, age, sexual, nervous) and personal development (cognitive, emotional, social, emotional-volitional, motivational, etc.), which are formed and displayed in activities of any kind (game, educational, communicative, labor).
