    Abstract:
    The article addresses the quality of student training amid a shortage of personnel in the information technology sector. It highlights issues related to the preparation of specialized professionals and proposes creating a center for collaboration between universities and industry. This center aims to integrate the educational process with real projects, enabling students to gain practical skills and knowledge essential for successful careers in IT. A phased training process is outlined, where foundational education occurs at the university level, while updated training takes place within companies and project activities. The effectiveness of this integration is analyzed through financial indicators and assessments of educational quality. The findings indicate that implementing this solution improves companies' financial performance by enhancing employee qualifications and reducing training costs for new specialists. Additionally, there is a noted positive trend in the evaluation of educational quality, reflecting an increase in graduates' preparedness. Future development prospects include expanding partnerships with other companies and universities, introducing new educational programs and technologies, and conducting regular research to analyze integration effectiveness.

  • Formation of digital competencies among graduates of legal specialties

    Abstract:
    The article considers the topical issue of using information technologies in the process of professional training of legal personnel in order to form the level of digital competencies necessary in modern conditions of digitalization of the economy. The approaches of various universities preparing legal personnel to the selection of disciplines that form digital competencies are analyzed. It is especially emphasized that the minimum volume of disciplines that form this type of competence in many universities does not allow training lawyers who have the necessary skills to solve professional problems using modern information technologies. The authors, using the example of the discipline "Criminalistics," proposed an approach to the formation of the required level of digital competencies through the use of information technologies in the process of studying the disciplines of direction and profile. The article substantiates the feasibility of using video materials in lecture classes; holding lectures and conferences accompanied by presentations; mandatory practical training with the help of educational software (computer business and educational games, simulator programs, virtual reality technologies) in the process of studying discipline disciplines and profile, as this contributes not only to more effective assimilation of educational material by students of legal specialties, but also to the formation of the level of digital competencies necessary in modern society.

Ключевыми методами исследования являются герменевтико-интерпретационный, семантический, дискурсивно-модусный анализ репрезентаций лозунга. На основе интенсификации интимизационных и конвенциональных компонентов ретро- и прототипического характера создается область перформатизации вербально представленного лозунга как свершившегося «опредмечивания» волюнтативного пространства.

Указывается на наличие пробелов в законодательстве об ответственности правообладателей интернет-платформ. В целях ликвидации неоднозначного толкования судами норм предлагается сформулировать в ГК РФ более четкие основания ответственности агрегаторов перед потребителями.

    The chapter examines the issues of supply-side economics development based on an ecosystem approach and in the context of sectoral development. The reasons for the initiation of the national supply economy model as the best model of economic development in the new economic reality are revealed. The issues of supply theory are touched upon, the essence and experience of applying the supply-side economics model are considered. The differences between the classical model of the supply economy and the emerging model of the national supply economy are determined. The conditions of the contour of the new supply-side economy model corresponding to technological and economic transformations in the country are systematized. Attention is focused on the sectoral construct of the supply-side economics model in industry. Proven and proven mechanisms of digital platforms and ecosystems are proposed. The characteristics of the industry platform ecosystem with the selection of digital services corresponding to the tasks of production development as the basis of the supply economy are given.

    The chapter examines the theoretical aspects of the problem of the information literacy formation, as well as significant media qualities of studying youth’s personalities, and their socialization in the context of global informatization of education. Personality is understood as a complex, versatile, and voluminous concept of the inner and social essence of an individual. It is defined as a person who constantly develops his inner qualities in a social environment, manifested in the process of communication. The possibilities of the influence of media environment and media education on the formation of student’s personality and media literacy in architectural, artistic, and technological directions and design are investigated. The process, methodological features, and results of professional and artistic education in the media environment and the real environment were also explored in this article. The author concludes the importance of acquiring media information literacy, critical thinking in the formation of a student's artistic and professional personality, and his successful socialization in the media environment. Socialization in the media environment is viewed as a self-developing professional entry into a new information system with the assimilation of rules and acquisition of knowledge and skills, excluding social risks. The research methodology is based on the interdisciplinary paradigm, the principles of consistency and scientific nature, psychological and pedagogical concepts of personality-oriented education as well as the didactic concept of teaching via digital technologies. The educational technologies described by the author can be applied in teaching art students, architects, art-technologists, and designers.

    The study reveals the specifics of teaching basic art disciplines in the junior courses of the undergraduate direction of the Design 54.03.01. Modern conditions are presented that form the sphere of professional activity of future designers. It reflects the importance of introducing students to moral, ethical and aesthetic values. Attention is focused on creating an artistic image as the fundamental principles of compositional tasks. The fundamental significance of the Propaedeutics discipline is revealed. Didactic teaching principles in the context of design education are outlined. The author's set of propaedeutics exercises is disclosed, which have increasing complexity, coordination of interdisciplinary ties and the development of the emotional sphere of students. The logic of interaction and continuity of disciplines can be traced. Features of training using computer tools and the use of neural networks in training are disclosed. The conditions for the further development of the designer in the professional field on the basis of fundamental knowledge are formulated.

    В статье рассматривается закупка товарно-материальных ценностей (ТМЦ), которая является основой любой организации. Основная цель закупки заключается в обеспечении организации товарно-материальными ценностями необходимого количества и качества в требуемые сроки с наименьшими затратами и оптимальными запасами. Как правило, под ТМЦ понимают сырье и материалы, покупные полуфабрикаты, комплектующие, оборудование и запасные части к нему, хозяйственные и канцелярские товары, топливо и энергию, упаковку и многое другое. Актуальность темы: на сегодняшний день в результате роста масштабности и сложности ИТ-систем, роста их стоимости и рисков в проектах их создания и внедрения, а также перехода к процессному подходу, интегрирующему деятельность, рост требований к эффективности инвестиций в ИТ, использование архитектурного подхода на предприятии является средством снижения рисков и увеличения отдачи от инвестиций в ИТ. Данный подход четко определяет структуру как существующих, так и будущих ИТ-систем, что приводит к снижению их сложности. Наличие ясной стратегии будущих закупок, выбора поставщиков технологий и планируемых изменений позволяет упростить и ускорить все процессы, связанные с закупками, при одновременном обеспечении совместимости и взаимодействия компонентов ИТ-систем организации. Цель исследования: исследовать и разработать проектные решения по совершенствованию бизнес-процесса «Закупка ТМЦ» на примере предприятия ПАО «Ашинский металлургический завод». Объект исследования: Бизнес-процесс «Закупка ТМЦ». Предмет исследования: методы и инструменты исследования и разработки проектных решений по совершенствованию бизнес-процесса «Закупка ТМЦ».
