    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the role of the level of income of young people, which affects the choice of vacation format and accommodation facilities. The study revealed a number of features in youth recreation: the most popular accommodation options were hotels (33.1%) and hotels (34.3%). At the same time, 21.1% of respondents demonstrated a neutral attitude towards the choice of accommodation. A correlation was found between the absence of a regular income and the choice of hotels: 10.5% of such respondents prefer this type of accommodation. It is assumed that this trend is due to the practice of family vacations in hotels with parents.

    В статье показано, что для цели нейтрализации действия неофициального сектора экономики экономическую безопасность следует трактовать как способность обеспечить устойчивое развитие в широком и узком смысле: на уровне национальной экономики и субъекта предпринимательской деятельности. Доказана необходимость выявления субъектов предпринимательской деятельности, формирующих и стимулирующих неформальные экономические отношения для выработки комплекса ослабляющих мер государственного воздействия.

Параллельно раскрываются вызовы, связанные с усилением цифрового неравенства, зависимостью от алгоритмов и асимметрией информации. На основе аналитических данных делается вывод о необходимости целенаправленных мер поддержки для нивелирования рисков и реализации потенциала платформ для малого бизнеса.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена анализу пилотного проекта реформирования высшего образования в России, направленного на внедрение трехуровневой системы подготовки (базовое высшее образование – специализированное образование – аспирантура). Рассматриваются нормативные основания реформы (Указ Президента РФ от 12.05.2023), ключевые принципы трансформации (гибкость, интеграция науки и практики) и механизмы реализации проекта на базе шести ведущих университетов. Особое внимание уделено содержательному наполнению 113 образовательных программ в приоритетных областях (естественные науки, инженерное дело, педагогика), а также обозначены основные вызовы реализации проекта: структурные проблемы кадрового обеспечения, устаревание содержания стандартов. Доказывается, что апробация новой модели позволит создать масштабируемую систему, сочетающую международные тенденции с национальными образовательными традициями, включая использование необходимых инструментов.

Целью статьи является изучение деятельности органов государственной власти по организации электронного документооборота в Оренбургской области. Для достижения поставленной цели в статье рассмотрена деятельность ГКУ «Центр информационных технологий Оренбургской области» по информатизации органов власти Оренбургской области.

Цели стратегии включают обеспечение безопасного информационного взаимодействия между властями, гражданами и бизнесом, переход на электронное хранение документов, использование единой платформы ГосТех, а также автоматизацию бюджетного процесса. Целью статьи является анализ развития цифрового государственного управления в Оренбургской области. Эмпирической основой исследования выступили отчетные материалы, управленческие и финансовые документы Государственного казенного учреждения «Центр информационных технологий Оренбургской области».

    The relevance of the study is due to the total trend towards digitalization in the Russian Federation, which covers a wide range of sectors of the national economy. The purpose of the study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems in the context of the total implementation of digital technologies and the need to ensure technological sovereignty. The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is empirical (expert assessments, study of production experience) and theoretical (system analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision-making) methods. The chapter discusses the main reasons for the transition to a new stage in the development of industry and the economy of the Russian Federation. The main advantages of digital industrial ecosystems are formulated. The tools that ensure the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems are described and examples of their successful implementation are given. Based on the analysis of publications of domestic scientists, strategies for the further development of digital industrial ecosystems are proposed.

    This paper examines the problem of digital inequality among the elderly and the potential of distance learning technologies to address it. Digital inequality is viewed as a multi-layered phenomenon manifested in differences in access, skills, and benefits from digital technologies. Specific barriers to the adoption of information and communication technologies (ICT) by older adults are analyzed. The study substantiates the effectiveness of distance learning for the older generation. It examines methodological features of teaching based on the principles of andragogy and gerogogy: reliance on life experience, practice-oriented approach, and the use of simple interfaces and step-by-step instructions. Practical recommendations are formulated for the implementation of distance learning technologies at the federal, regional, and local levels with the participation of educational organizations, technology companies, and civil society.

    The paper discusses the necessary changes in teacher training that are in demand due to the active implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in universities of the Russian Federation. These changes are considered on the basis of pedagogical futurology. The comparative significance of AI implementation factors in education is traced, identified for entities responsible for the effective implementation of AI systems and with different levels of readiness for the designated innovations, including: people making decisions on modernizing interactions based on AI, people implementing methodological support and implementation of AI, as well as students that are undergoing training to develop programs and technologies in the field of AI in the near and distant future. The main problems of education development in this article are considered on the basis of the analysis of the obtained experimental data on the predicted expectations and achievable results associated with the use of AI and the transition from traditional algorithms and established scenarios of binary interaction in the educational process to the possible transfer of a significant number of analytical operations and educational functions from humans to digital agents. The article proposes systemic measures for the implementation of predictive activities of subjects of the educational process based on pedagogical futurology, taking into account the expectations of the use of artificial intelligence in education.

    In today's digitalized world, staffing is becoming the fundamental basis for effective transformation. Global digital transformation processes permeate all aspects of socio-economic development. A new type of specialist in demand in the labor market must meet the criteria that are formed in the context of national projects being implemented in the country – he is a creative professional who makes responsible decisions and creates a positive image not only of his profession, but also of the organization and the state as a whole. In the context of the transformation of the modern labor market, digital technologies are becoming the most important tool for training competitive university graduates. The chapter is devoted to the interpretation of the concept of «digital technologies in education», the disclosure of their essence and structural components. Digital technologies have advantages over traditional educational technologies: access to a variety of resources and tools, adaptability and personalized learning, as well as the development of digital skills needed in today's labor market. However, the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process is associated with a number of challenges, such as the need to ensure digital literacy among teachers and students, infrastructure development, and data protection. The influence of digital technologies on the formation of graduates' competitive abilities is manifested in their ability to effectively adapt to changing labor market conditions, meet employers' requirements and develop personal qualities, including critical thinking, creativity and readiness for continuous learning. The integration of digital technologies into the educational environment of a university requires a strategic approach focused on the development of a specialist's personality, the needs of the modern labor market and the requirements of potential employers.

    This chapter is devoted to interactive methods of teaching a foreign language using the Miro online platform. Combining traditional methodological approaches with the capabilities of modern online platforms such as Miro opens up promising areas in teaching foreign languages. The authors consider how this online platform can be effectively used to organize students' group work, increase their motivation and, as a result, improve the quality of learning. The potential of the platform is being explored, combining the theoretical foundations of interactive learning with practical experience using the platform. Special attention is paid to the role of active involvement of students in the educational process, the development of communication skills and the formation of intercultural competence.     The article examines modern legislative approaches aimed at maximizing the protection of the rights of authors, patent holders, and other intellectual property owners. The authors note that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires international cooperation and further modernization of the legal framework to adequately respond to rapidly evolving technologies and digital threats. The authors conclude that the civil law regulation of intellectual property objects on the Internet is a complex process that requires taking into account the specific features of the digital environment. The Internet, as a global networked information space, poses its own challenges to the legal protection of intellectual property due to the widespread distribution of content and the difficulties of global control and identification of infringers.

На основе теоретического анализа и эмпирических данных, полученных в ходе анкетирования и интервью экспертов в исследуемой области, выявлены преимущества и барьеры внедрения цифровых инструментов в образовательную практику. Особое внимание уделяется анализу цифровой зрелости образовательных организаций, готовности педагогов и обучающихся к использованию цифровых решений, а также перспективам интеграции формального и неформального образования.     Цель работы – апробировать психодиагностический комплекс для оценки показателей духовно-нравственного развития личности обучающихся вуза и оценить эффективность программы духовно-нравственного развития «Школа христианского духа «Грифоны» на базе Музейно-храмового комплекса «Новый Херсонес» в г. Севастополь с использованием цифровых интерактивных платформ. Результаты диагностики показали эффективность обучающей программы и возможность применения подобранного психодиагностического инструментария для отслеживания динамики духовно-нравственного развития личности обучающихся.
