    Abstract:
    This article examines the essence and existence of traditional historical roots of culture, which have their expression in various forms, for example, in holidays. As a result of humanity's understanding of itself in the framework of real life, a holiday creates a portrait of the society of each era. It reflects the whole system of aesthetic, moral, ethical, religious criteria of society accumulated in the historical run of time. It is important to note that the article attempts to study not the history of the holiday tradition when we are dealing with the past, but with the way people relate to the past. The unique cultural image of each era is reflected in the festive sphere, representing a set of values, norms, cultural patterns of the state.

    Abstract:
    The aspects of the main segments activity of the Kazakhstan financial security system, its criteria and indicators, the problems of the financial system stability of the country, real and potential threats to its security are considered in the article of the monograph. Special attention is paid to key priority orientations of the policy that ensure the financial security of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Based on the analysis of the security criteria of the budget system, the monetary system, the banking sector, foreign economic activity, positive and negative factors and their impact on the financial system security of the country were identified.

    Abstract:
    Innovation and investment attractiveness of the agricultural region is considered in the article. The author defines the concept of investment attractiveness as well as its evaluation techniques. Using qualitative technique and method of scoring the author analyses innovation and investment attractiveness of the agricultural region drawing on the example of Kostanay region, the Republic of Kazakhstan. Based on the data obtained, the author concludes that the Kostanay region does not occupy the leading positions in the Republic of Kazakhstan in attracting investments, having an average rating according to the Kazakhstan Rating Agency «Expert RA» (2B – low potential / moderate risk). The directions for improving effectiveness of investment activities in the region are determined.

    Abstract:
    The work covers theoretical and practical aspects of comparative studies in education systems. Aiming at acquainting the readers of the journal with the fundamentals of comparative studies in higher education systems, the author describes basic levels, principles, methods, aims and tasks, as well as the streamlines of comparative studies in the sphere. The author analyzes comparative studies of different levels conducted by foreign researchers for the last 15 years identifying research streamlines (including comparative researches of higher school administrations, distant education, ECTS and other credit systems), their key characteristics, their advantages and prospects.     In article criteria for assessment of corporate culture at school as the organizations of special type are offered. The main approaches to assessment of corporate culture of the organizations on the basis of which the system of criteria for it assessment in the educational organizations is developed are considered. Within article rather independent system of criteria and indicators for assessment of corporate culture, in relation to specifics of the educational organization is offered. Offered systems assumes assessment of corporate culture in points. It allows to conduct monitoring and to compare the level of this culture at different schools and in dynamics.
