- Abstract:
- The long-term strategic program of development of the country until 2030, the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan «stability and security of the country in the new century» defines the scientific support of agricultural production. With the creation of a hardware and software complex designed for photo recognition and classification of artificially grown plants, it is possible to determine the type and physiological state of plants, external and internal factors. It is the most necessary hardware and software complex for solving problems of phenotypic plants and other biological systems. Artificial plants are considered in Northern Kazakhstan. The research is effective and relevant for the development of this programming language. We cannot achieve great results without developing the agricultural sector with the help of digital technologies. For example, developed countries increase economic growth by 80–85% using digital systems. The introduction of IT technologies in production will reduce costs by 20%. Kazakhstan farmers should make extensive use of digital technologies such as GPS systems, mobile applications, high-tech sensors, algorithms, and satellite monitoring.

The Role of the On-Line Multi-Media Library "Eco-School" in Extracurricular Activities of Students

- The experience of the urban secondary school on the development and implementation of its own model of the on-line multi-media library of environmental orientation as one of the clusters of multifunctional school information and library center is presented in the article. The purpose of the article is to consider the purpose, objectives, principles, expected outcomes of implementing this model, its structure, components, material and technical parameters and conditions of forming of networking cooperation between educational institutions, ready-to-use possibilities of multi-media library «ECO-school». The authors outline that in general, the multi-media library «ECO-school» is defined as a sphere of media education with special means and methods to ensure the educational process aimed at creating conditions for the implementation of students’ individual trajectories and expanding the digital space of extracurricular activities on the basis of networking cooperation. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis, observation, and comparison. The model developed by the MAEI "Secondary school №26" in Ulan-Ude of the Republic of Buryatia is considered in the article. It is based on the principles of introducing electronic resources based on the school library as a factor that directly affects the quality of education. It is concluded that on the one hand, the multi-media library provides remote access to information resources belonging to other subjects of the information space represented on the Internet. On the other hand, the multi-media library «ECO-school» forms information resources created directly at the school or by members of the network community. In addition, the article provides brief guidelines for the application of the on-line multi-media library resources in students’ extracurricular environment-related activity.

Analysis of Applied Problems in Modern Textbooks of Algebra and Geometry from Positions of the FSES BGE Requirements

- The article discusses the concept of «mathematical literacy», which is important from positions of the PISA international studies requirements. There are three types of activity (formulation of the situation mathematically, application of mathematics, interpretation of the result), the possession of which is checked in the PISA study. The article presents the subject results formulated in the FSES of BGE, on the study of which the subject area «Mathematics» is aimed, reflecting the need for the formation of selected components of mathematical literacy in students. The article presents the results of the analysis of tasks presented in the most common textbooks on algebra and geometry of the main school. The purpose of the analysis was to identify the presence of practice-oriented tasks in textbooks that meet the requirements of the FSES of BGE and the requirements of diagnostic tools used in international PISA studies. During the study the following methods were used: comparison, analysis, theoretical. The study was based on the most frequently used in school practice textbooks of the following authors: L.S. Atanasyan, V.F. Butuzov, S.B. Kadomtsev, E.G. Poznyak, I.I. Yudina, L.S. Atanasyan, V.F. Butuzov, etc. Result: the article presents the results of the analysis of the problem material presented in the most common textbooks on algebra and geometry of the general school. On the basis of the analysis of three author's lines on the study of geometry in the general school, common problems are identified. An example of a practical problem, confirming the conclusions, formulated during the analysis is given. The authorcomes to the conclusion that there is still lack of practice-oriented tasks in modern textbooks on algebra, helping to motivate students to conscious assimilation of mathematical facts and statements, providing the formation of the ability to model on the basis of a real, life situation.

- Comprehending and understanding a language is necessary when students are learning a new language due to the fact that people always need to communicate and interact with others in different spheres, in scientific one as well. Young scientists should be able not only to translate scientific texts, but also to be able to communicate with international colleagues, as in the XXI century science has become global, and English is the language that unites it. The article reviews some options for practicing oral scientific speaking skills in the modern world using information technologies, for example using the application for a Smartphone, «Wakie’. Proved is that the app mentioned increases students’ oral scientific speech skills along with other forms of work on a language.
