    В статье рассматривается значимость этнографического туризма для развития экономики и устойчивости местных сообществ в Белгородской области. Авторами отмечается важность сохранения и продвижения традиций, культурного наследия региона, а также необходимость сотрудничества между государственными и частными структурами для развития этнографического туризма. В заключении работы авторы делают выводы о значимости этнографического туризма для Белгородской области, обращают внимание на перспективы роста туристического спроса, основанные на интересе туристов к аутентичным культурным и этнографическому опыту, а также необходимости создания более полной и доступной информации о предложениях региона для потенциальных посетителей.

However, the definitions of projects and project management often given by domestic researchers are not linked to the key concepts of the theory of organization management, which leads to the fact that the provisions given by domestic researchers often have no practical application. The article systematizes approaches to defining the essence of projects in the activities of organizations, considers the reasons why projects and project activities become relevant for organizations in a competitive environment, as well as problems and their tasks in the activities of commercial organizations.
