Development of professional abilities depending on age stages
Book Chapter
Theoretical and practical aspects of pedagogy and psychology- Author:
- Tatiana N. Soboleva
- Work direction:
- Глава 15
- Abstract:
- The problem of the development of the abilities of the subject of activity is of actual importance, which is determined by the following paradox: despite the widespread use of the concept of abilities, the question of their essence and mechanisms of development remains open. A proven methodological approach is the systemogenesis of activity and abilities, developed by V.D. Shadrikov. Taking this theory as a basis, we assumed that Age stages can act as determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals. Psychological analysis of the professional activity of a railway driver made it possible to identify a specific structure of professional abilities: general ability to coordinate body movements, the ability of sensorimotor reaction of the hand and eyes, the ability of stability and switching attention, the ability of technical thinking. Instrumental methods for diagnosing these abilities were used, but the examination procedure was carried out after the subjects' trip to a specialized, a simulator complex that simulates various modes of train control. Experimental studies have shown that the development of professional abilities of qualified specialists is consistent with the pattern of uneven development of mental functions. It has been established that the earlier the age stages of a professional, the faster the speed of reaction, processing of information at the level of abilities is implemented more successfully. It is proved that, depending on the age stages of the subject, various structures of professional abilities are formed under the influence of regulatory requirements of activity. The later the age stage of the professional, the more holistic, with a higher degree of integration the structure is formed professional abilities. The dynamics of the development of the structure of professional abilities is characterized by the fact that abilities acquire operational features, narrow technical specialization, an optimal and sufficient measure, which contributes to an increase in the integration of abilities depending on the age of the subject of activity. A high degree of integration of abilities, inherent in the late age stages of professional development, is manifested in the successful result of activity, the development of skill and creativity. It is proved that age stages are determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals.

Modern Challenges of Education and Psychology of Personality Formation- Author:
- Aleksandr I. Kugai
- Work direction:
- Глава 13
- Abstract:
- The chapter methodologically explores the phenomenon of narcissism as presented in Erich Fromm's psychoanalytic theory. Fromm's critical social theory of narcissism serves as the basis for understanding the anatomy of malignant social processes (ethno-nationalism, fascism, post-fascism) that underlie far-right politics in contemporary society. In "narcissistic society," the driving force behind narcissism in its most malignant manifestations is immense vanity, embodied in the figures of the leader, the Führer, and the radical national political elite, who endow the nation with the role of the "chosen people" superior to all others and thus justify an attack on those who did not recognize their superiority, which is typical of contemporary US politics.

- Abstract:
- In the chapter, based on the works of Z. Freud and J. Lacan, reveals the impact of psychoanalytic theory on the formation of the concepts of «symbolic capital» and «habitus» by Pierre Bourdieu. Sociology does not pretend to replace psychoanalysis with its mode of explanation; it is only a question of constructing certain data differently, which psychoanalysis also takes as its object. Sociology and psychoanalysis act as different, complementary approaches to the same thing, the latter as internal to the former. Psychoanalysis offers a richer set of concepts for analyzing the idiosyncratic meaning that different people attach to general social conditions. Sociology and psychology must join forces, but this will require them to overcome their mutual suspicion, to analyze the genesis of investment in the field of social relations, constituted as an object of investment and concern, as a principle of investment in the social game. Bourdieu's ideas, including the concepts of habitus and symbolic capital, in the course of their further interpenetration with psychoanalytic theories, will open new horizons for understanding social reality.

- Abstract:
- The purpose of this chapter is to shed light on the interweaving of nationalism and populism, to identify the structural and socio-psychological factors from which the two discourses emerge. Nationalism is to come - as not so much a rational, but rather an emotional phenomenon, consisting of higher gnostic feelings of the belonging of mental processes to our "I". There are "banal" and "hot" forms of nationalism "banal" nationalism can be defined as the psychological presence of the nation against the background of everyday socio-political practices. Nationalism in the "hot" sense is to be as a psychological force that creates nation-states or threatens the stability of existing states. Also, Populist slogans are based on the psychology of winning one or another political force the trust and support of the masses. At the same time, the real goals of populist politicians (struggle for power, business project and enrichment), as a rule, are covered with socially attractive ideas. Standard populist statement: "We, the common people, will take to the streets and take back the country."

- Chapter of the monograph reflects the problems of training specialists of a new creative type, who are distinguished by a high level of professionalism, who are ready for professional and creative self-realization, who have a need for constant professional and personal development and growth. Professional and creative self-realization was not previously considered as a value-target reference point for the professional training of specialists in the field of culture, which makes our study relevant, given the current priorities of higher education. The model of the process of training specialists in the sphere of culture for professional and creative self-realization developed by the author is built in accordance with the logic of a holistic approach in the unity of its internal structure (goal – content – means – result). In the process of implementing the model, a gradual increase in the quality of formation of the studied readiness was carried out. In the system of pedagogical means to form the readiness of specialists for professional and creative self-realization, innovative technologies (playing, projective, creative) are leading. The implementation of these technologies contributed to the acquisition of experience in personal, professional and professional-creative self-realization by future specialists in the field of culture. About Modern Factors of Yakut Identity at the Turn of the XX–XXI Centuries
Review Article
Ethnic Culture Volume 4 No 3- Author:
- Daria G. Bragina
- Work direction:
- Ethnography, Ethnology and Anthropology
- Abstract:
- In the conditions of the historically established ethnic diversity in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the complex development of market relations and the strengthening of the role of the ethnic factor, the problems of ethno-social adaptation of the indigenous population arises. The purpose of the article is to study the structure of a person's self-identification and to research various forms of identity such as ethno-cultural, linguistic and ethnic. One of the main sources for studying the problems of ethnicity was both various statistical materials, data from an ethno-sociological survey, and field ethnographic materials obtained by the author of the article in the course of expeditionary and stationary work in the uluses of the republic over the last quarter of the XX century – the beginning of the XXI century. When writing the work, the author applied both methods of field research in order to collect initial material, as well as theoretical and methodological ones. The article concludes that if there is a problem with the functioning of the Yakut language and its loss by a part of the urban Yakut population, it does not lead to the loss of Yakut identity. On the contrary, partly the loss of their native language by people of Yakut nationality, as it turned out, leads to the strengthening of their ethno-cultural identity. The dynamic of the number of Yakuts shows that the ethnic factor plays an important role in the identification of a person. The results of the work confirm the thesis that ethnicity, compensating for the weakening of civic identity, becomes a defining stratifying category, acquiring the ethnopolitical rank. In general, despite the influence of various factors, the materials of ethno-sociological studies in Yakutia showed a high degree of manifestation of both ethnic and ethno-cultural identity, and partly linguistic.
