- The authors of the article note the fact that the topic of this study is due to the rapid development of digital technologies and the deepening integration of the Internet into all spheres of public relations. They pay close attention to the fact that modern conditions of economic transformation require a revision of traditional approaches to the legal regulation of intellectual property turnover, taking into account the peculiarities of their digital reproduction, distribution and use. Identity Crisis in the Digital Environment: From Algorithmic Diffusion to Authentic Orientation through the Practice of Mindfulness
Book Chapter
Issues of education and psychology- Author:

- Abstract:
- A comprehensive analysis of the modern environment for the course of the normative identity crisis. On the basis of the classical theories of E. Erikson and J. Marcia explored the characteristic mechanisms by which social networks, the attention economy, and algorithmic systems exacerbate the phenomena of diffusion, predetermination, and prolonged identity moratorium. It is substantiated that the digital environment transforms the identity of crises from temporary stages of development to a guaranteed permanent state. As a methodological key for solving the problems, the philosophical and psychological distinction between the concepts of "self-consciousness" (as pure awareness) and "identity" (as meaningful constructions) is investigated. On this basis, a multi-level model for limiting the blocks of the identity crisis is developed, including the development of metacognitive skills ("digital surveillance"), the practice of conscious consumption of content, methods of narrative implemen

A practice-oriented model for preparing future computer science teachers to implement elements of the digital educational environment
Book ChapterPedagogy and psychology of modern education- Authors:
- Iurii V. Ryzhkov, Veronica A. Korsunova
- Work direction:
- Глава 5
- Abstract:
- This chapter addresses the pressing issue of modernizing the training of future computer science teachers at pedagogical universities. The research is motivated by a contradiction between the new requirements for a computer science teacher as an architect of the school's digital educational environment and the insufficient practice-oriented focus of existing curricula. Based on an analysis of graduates' professional deficits and regulatory challenges, the author develops and scientifically substantiates an original practice-oriented training model. Its core consists of specialized practical modules integrated into academic disciplines, aimed at building skills in deploying and administering key elements of the digital educational environment (Apache/Nginx web servers, DBMS, LMS Moodle). The methodological foundation is formed by competency-based and practice-oriented approaches; methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical modeling, and approbation were used. The model's implementation is supported by a unique environment of educational server platforms («server sandbox," KVM platform). Approbation in the educational process of VGSPU confirmed the model's effectiveness, demonstrated by the development of students' readiness to assume the role of developer and administrator of an educational organization's digital infrastructure. The results are valuable for teacher training university lecturers and educational program developers.

GAME PSYCHOTECHNOLOGIES IN THE CORRECTION OF MALADAPTIVE PATTERNS OF RESENTMENT: NEUROCOGNITIVE AND CLINICAL ANALYSIS
Book Chapter
Issues of education and psychology- Author:
- Svetlana A. Pavlenko
- Work direction:
- Глава 12
- Abstract:
- The chapter examines the phenomenon of resentment as a maladaptive communicative pattern underlying passive-aggressive manipulative strategies. Game psychotechnologies, in particular the method of transformational games, are considered as an effective tool for correction. On the basis of interdisciplinary synthesis (neurophysiology, integrative psychology), the mechanisms of the method's impact are revealed, including the activation of neuroplasticity, cognitive restructuring and development of mentalization skills. Theoretical provisions and empirical data on the effectiveness of the method are illustrated by a detailed analysis of a clinical case of correction of the «subservience-resentment» pattern in a 43-year-old woman. It is proved that game practice contributes to the formation of mature communicative strategies based on empathy and adequate perception of the needs of others, which is confirmed by catamnestic data

- Work direction:
- Pedagogy and Modern Education
- Abstract:
- The purpose of the study is to analyze the experience of using immersive technologies in higher and secondary vocational education and to develop proposals for their further implementation in priority areas. The study is based on empirical methods and theoretical methods. The analysis of publications shows that immersion is a synonym for the concept of immersive technologies. Today, the concept of "immersion" is viewed not so much as a teaching method, but rather as an educational space that is made possible by digital technologies. The results of the conducted research have shown that the main types of immersive educational technologies include technologies: virtual reality, augmented reality and mixed reality. The analysis of the experience of implementing educational programs in the leading universities of the country has allowed to offer the following classification of immersive technologies: by type of implementation, by depth of immersion, by degree of dynamism. Based on the author's analysis, the main advantages and disadvantages of immersive technologies are highlighted, and examples of their use in the learning process are illustrated. In conclusion, the author concludes that the further integration of immersive technologies into the educational process is inevitable, and highlights the priority areas for their implementation.

- Abstract:
- The purpose of the study is to develop a structural and functional model for training young highly qualified specialists with the necessary knowledge, competencies and practical experience in the area of activity of the enterprise (organization). The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is made up of empirical (expert assessments, study of teaching experience, experiment) and theoretical (system analysis, historical analogy, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision making) methods. Also, when summarizing the research results, the method of statistical indicators was used, as well as methods of visual presentation of information. As a result of the study, analyzed literary sources and reviews of domestic and foreign authors on the formation and functioning of basic departments at enterprises. Based on the analysis, as well as in the interests of implementing the strategic goals of the basic department, the author proposed a three-level structural and functional model for training highly qualified specialists in the «school-university-enterprise» system.

- Abstract:
- The modern system of journalistic education assumes a focus on rapid adaptation in the professional activities of future journalists with the formation of a number of competencies that allow a specialist in the field of media activity to respond to major challenges. This provision actualizes the need for new approaches to the formation of professional qualities of a future journalist. They should determine the trajectories of development and self-development of creative and professional potential, professional mobility and competitiveness of future journalists. Based on the monitoring of the main bachelor's, master's and postgraduate educational programs for 2004–2024, implemented at Kazan Federal University, the author identifies the main patterns of the educational process and the degree of application of socially significant activities in the concept of education of future journalists. Within the framework of a systematic approach and taking into account the fact that journalistic activity as socially oriented includes varieties of socially significant activities, is an organizational property of a personality reflecting its unity, the grounds for its application as the main subject of educational activity of future journalists in the format of projective activity were determined. This technology is provided by a system-targeted approach to the projective activity of students and their prosocial activity / media activity, which makes it possible to identify in this technology a variety of composition; hierarchical structure; versatility and identify the principles of its organization: diversity; hierarchy; integrity; communication; dynamic development. The future journalist's projective activity in solving socially significant problems is based on integrativity, normativity, value orientation, and creativity in the implementation of two main pedagogical conditions: the development of the axiological potential of the future journalist's personality and the actualization of the student's subjective position.

- Abstract:
- Summer teaching practice is an opportunity for students to test their professional expectations and ambitions, to understand their strengths and weaknesses as a future teacher. Teaching practice of students in modern society is incredibly relevant and important for several reasons: Many countries around the world are facing an acute shortage of qualified teachers and educators. Teaching practice provides an opportunity for future specialists to gain practical experience working with children and adolescents, which increases their competitiveness in the labor market and helps to fill the personnel shortage. Theoretical knowledge obtained at the university is not sufficient for successful work in the educational sphere. Practice allows students to apply the acquired knowledge in practice, to practice the skills of communicating with children, managing a team, developing and conducting lessons or educational events. This forms the professional competencies necessary for effective work wit
