Pedagogical Conditions Aimed to Involve the Blind and Visually Impaired Students into School Extracurricular Activities

- The basic problem of the visually impaired students’ integration into different spheres of public life through educational practices is considered in this scientific article. The purpose of the work is designing of specially organized pedagogical conditions for disabled students’ involvement into extracurricular activities. Key issues of the maintain of the school extracurricular activities are identified, basic examples of school activities in the frame of Federal State Educational Standards are presented. Special pedagogical conditions are usually identified after having studied the students’ readiness for creative activity, their participation in the school events, after having penetrated into the students’ problems and preferences. The article involves results of the research held on a bias of Grot boarding school. 215 students of the 5th–12th grades participated. These special conditions should help to the involvement of the disabled students into educational process, the main goal of which is upbringing of a harmoniously developed and socially responsible person. A set of the best pedagogical conditions is proposed in the article. The development of mixed aged communities at school and providing pedagogical assistance in their productive work is analyzed. The content of the school community activities is often connected with the solution of the participants’ personally important problems. There’s sense in the students’ being involved into working out and discussing a plan of extracurricular activities, it’s vitally important to support and initiate their ideas. It’s necessary to make a spectrum of different methods of education work wider and to involve students to design them. Development of the teachers’ professional competence and building relationships with the students on a bias of human values are urgent for the successful solution of educators’ tasks. The article concludes that the proposed set of pedagogical conditions will contribute to the successful socialization of schoolchildren and the development of their life competencies.

- The chapter discusses the competence-based approach to the implementation of training during the practice period. The author presents in the form of a table the main types of tasks aimed at developing the professional competencies of future teachers. The conditions of pedagogical practice for students and their impact on the development of professional competencies were also studied. The author is of the opinion that practice-oriented training and individualization are the main conditions for the organization and development of the internship program by heads of educational institutions and methodologists of higher education. The author also considers the basic requirements for the organizers of the practice and analyses the current state of the problem of organizing the practice of students based on documents in the field of education and regulatory documents of a particular educational institution.

- The paper examines the conclusions on the use of variable methods and methodological techniques for the formation of professional adaptation of future chemistry teachers studying at one of the leading universities in the country, in the modern scientific and pedagogical worldview and in conjunction with the psychological, pedagogical and methodological aspects of the prospects for competence education. An attempt is proposed to outline the features of solving the problem of gradual immersion of students in professional activities, starting from the first days of study at a university, in the context of the conditions for the implementation of federal state educational standards of a new generation. The value of the use of various aspects of pedagogical technologies for students of higher education in the paradigm of the formation of professional competencies of the personality of a young specialist has been substantiated and determined. An assumption is formulated according to which the formation of professional adaptation of students, future teachers of chemistry, has characteristic features, taking into account the duality of their activities, since the educational situation at the level of didactic technologies is characterized by the presence of interactivity and integrability.

The main theories that develop ways of solving the problem under study from the standpoint of modern psychology have been determined. The aspects of increasing the competence of managers to resolve conflicts in educational activities are considered, taking into account its fundamentally important components. - The section of the monograph describes the author's methodology for implementing a practice-oriented educational process in physics through teaching schoolchildren in methods of solving applied problems and implementing projects. The content of the activity on the development of an educational project is highlighted, the final product of which is a model of a technical device designed to solve vital problems for a person. The requirements for the formulations of applied problems reflecting the purpose and specific properties of a technical device are identified. The applied problems are given, the solution of which in physics lessons makes it possible to form a generalized method of creating a material object of a certain purpose. Methods of creation are described and photographs of some operating models of technical devices, such as «gateway», «granary», «lights», «transformer» are given.

Traditions of the Saratov Region in Ethnocultural Practices

- Abstract:
- The article deals with the preservation of the cultural traditions of some peoples living in the territory of the Saratov Region. The aim of the study is to show that the preservation of traditions is a source of further development and the existence of ethnic groups. Methods. During the study the following methods are used: typological, system analysis, functional approach. There is a search for new forms of recreation of national traditions, and they are very productive. The characteristic of the historical reconstructions, national festivals successfully held in the Saratov Region is described. Results. It was found that such forms demonstrate effective partnership between representatives of different generations. They contribute to the popularization of cultural and historical heritage, spiritual and moral education. The author outlines that youth, children, elderly people demonstrate their creative achievements. It is emphasized that festivals perform cultural and educational functions, involve in the process of a detailed study of history, rites, art of the ethnic groups represented. Creative groups, historical reenactors, and participants in school ethnographic circles are active in creating an atmosphere of a traditional way of life. A heuristic principle is developing among the participants of events. When they are organized, social partnerships between administrative structures, universities, and private business representatives are demonstrated. Conclusions. Based on the analysis of the results of ethnocultural events, we believe that it is necessary to improve such forms that help to develop traditions in the culture of ethnic groups. There is a growing interest in the topic of restoring the traditional ways of life of the Volga peoples. There is promise in the development of this direction and the need for further theoretical justification of the significance of ethnocultural practices.

- The article is devoted to the preparation of young teachers to work with gifted children in the system of continuing education. The author outlines that activity of a young teacher with gifted children is a very responsible job that constantly requires the teacher to master professional skills, develop personal qualities, flexibility, emotional stability, and the ability to create individual and personalized programs designed for all types of pupils, including gifted children. The author comes to the conclusion that preparation of young teachers to work with smart and gifted children should be focused on improve their theoretical knowledge on the specifics of a gifted child’s psychology , as well as on the formation of professionally important qualities necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the educational process, which contributes to the improvement of skills, increase the general and psychological and pedagogical culture of a young teacher for the development of professional competence and ownership of the professional component in the system of continuing education.

Experience of the International Cultural Relations Formation in Students and Pupils

- The author of the article pays special attention to the fact that in modern world with its mass migration of the peoples as well as the formation of the international information sphere, the threat of the interethnic conflicts in the frame of rejecting another culture has become aggravated. The author outlines that motive for appearance of the negative phenomena in society is underlined in shortcomings of education of interethnic culture in family, in primary and secondary education in school. The problem of ethnic conflicts prevention by the formation of the sphere of positive international relationship on the base of tolerance, understanding each other, reception of the values of the human approach to the ethnic problems in school and university surroundings introducing the students of different nations to the music culture of the Khakass people, upbringing interest in it, love and affection to little motherland is reviewed in the article. It is suggested to solve the problem by the means of the musical art in process of preparing future teacher – musician for the work in multicultural sphere. The purpose of the article is to consider the formation of international cultural relations among students and schoolchildren. Methods. The practical implementation of the educational potential of the Khakass music at the music lessons in general school is demonstrated. The description of the preparation to the music lesson on the base of material of the Khakass Region, which was presented by the student-teacher is pointed out. The video clip about Khakass nature accompanied by the sounds of the original national Khakass Instruments was shown. After listening the piece “Solar sign” from the cycle of children pieces “Sunny chathan” by composer T. Shalginova, the discussion about original music language of the piece took place, and then the lyrics of the song “Land of mother” by the first local professional composer G. Chelborakov were learnt by heart. Results. At the end of the cycle of the lessons dedicated to Khakassia, the student held the survey in school classes. The results of the survey confirmed the validity of the general methodological approach to the formation of interethnic cultural relations in the student and school environment

- The article is devoted to the relevance of socio-cultural practices. The purpose of the study is to consider socio-cultural practices as a means of forming the social success of adolescents. Methods were used: theoretical analysis of scientific literature, generalization, synthesis, interpretation, and summary. As a result, the concept of socio-cultural practices as a type of independent activity is clarified in the unique intersection of perspective and current interests of a growing individual who acquires his life experience for successful socialization. The value of a variety of socio-cultural practices is revealed from the point of view of understanding the semantic, transformative, and integration capabilities of the children's international center as the optimal base for the formation of social success of adolescents. - The metaparadigmal approach to the analysis of conditions for the formation of social and cultural activity serves as a methodological basis for the study of modern transformations in the field of women's recreational leisure.
