    Abstract:
    The relevance of this research topic is related to the importance and significance of managing the development of the road network for achieving the national development goals of “A Comfortable and Safe Living Environment”, “Decent, Efficient Employment, and Successful Entrepreneurship”, and for ensuring Russia's economic security. The aim of the study is to identify the relationship between the development of the road network and the economic security of the Russian Federation. The study revealed that the implementation of the national project “Safe, High-Quality Roads”, completed in 2024, did not fully address the challenges and risks to economic security associated with the high proportion of regional and local roads that do not meet regulatory requirements, underfunding of the road infrastructure, the slow pace of innovative development and implementation of digital solutions, and regional differentiation in the quality of the road network. Particular attention is paid to the mutual influence of road development and economic security, which allowed us to identify three types of effects: direct, indirect, and induced. Ensuring economic security is necessary for the continuous formation of resource support for road management, innovative renewal, and the successful digital transformation of the road infrastructure.

    Abstract:
    This chapter examines the anthropological and institutional risks arising from the total algorithmization of state and municipal governance. The author substantiates the concept of “faceless government,” in which the use of artificial intelligence (AI) becomes a tool for the depersonalization of responsibility and the loss of official agency. The paper analyzes the genesis of algorithmic bureaucracy, from the ideas of M.M. Speransky to the modern doctrine of “Code is Law.” Particular attention is paid to the problem of “algorithmic bias” and the risks of “digital blindness” of the state in matters of demography and social support. A solution is proposed: the adoption of the principle of “right to direct view” and the restoration of administrative discretion as the foundation of ethical digital governance.

    The chapter examines the legal aspects of using content generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence technologies in commercial activities. Particular attention is paid to issues of authorship and ownership of exclusive rights to intellectual property objects created with the participation of AI systems, as well as to the legal challenges of commercial exploitation of AI-generated content. The study analyzes risks associated with copyright infringement, trademark violations, protection of confidential information, and trade secret regimes. Special emphasis is placed on the role of human creative contribution as the key criterion for copyright protection of AI-assisted works. The paper also explores contractual mechanisms for risk allocation among business participants and addresses the use of artificial intelligence tools by employees and contractors. The authors conclude that effective and legally secure use of AI-generated content requires not only compliance with intellectual property legislation but also the implementation of internal corporate policies aimed at risk management and protection of business interests.

    The chapter examines the legal protection of trademarks in the context of the rapid development of e-commerce and digital business transformation. The study analyzes the legal nature of trademarks as objects of intellectual property and their role in building business reputation and competitive advantages. Particular attention is paid to common forms of trademark infringement in the digital environment, including the sale of counterfeit goods, unauthorized use of trademarks in product listings, online advertising, domain names, and marketplace platforms. The paper explores civil, administrative, and antimonopoly mechanisms for protecting exclusive rights, as well as challenges related to collecting and preserving digital evidence. The legal status and liability of sellers and online marketplaces are examined, along with issues concerning the exhaustion of rights doctrine and parallel imports. The authors conclude that effective trademark protection in e-commerce requires a comprehensive approach combining trademark registration, continuous monitoring of digital platforms, proper evidence collection, and the use of both judicial and extrajudicial enforcement mechanisms.

    Abstract:
    The chapter considers the transformation of the institute of mentoring in the modern system of higher education in Russia. In the context of the rapid transformation of the labor market, the classical model of knowledge transfer is giving way to the concept of joint construction of meanings, where mentoring becomes a key mechanism for ensuring the quality of education and socialization of graduates. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the role, functions and models of mentoring, as well as identifying the prospects for its development, taking into account the integration of digital technologies. A comparative analysis of various models has been carried out, their strengths and weaknesses have been identified. A transition to a comprehensive, systematic mentoring model is proposed, including regulatory support, digital infrastructure, and a motivation system. It is emphasized that the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies is able to personalize the process, automate routine tasks and increase the effectiveness of mentor-mentored interaction.

    Abstract:
    The chapter notes that the transformation of higher education and the transition to the digital university model highlight the relevance of organizing independent work for students, particularly those in engineering disciplines, when learning a foreign language within the electronic information and educational environment (EIEE). Based on a theoretical analysis of scientific literature, key factors influencing independent work in a digital environment have been identified. It is established that psychological determinants include academic self-regulation, the motivational-volitional sphere, cognitive styles, language anxiety, and digital competence. Pedagogical determinants encompass modular design and microlearning, pedagogical support (scaffolding), critical integration of artificial intelligence tools, formative assessment, and gamification. A theoretical model for organizing independent work has been developed, comprising motivational-goal, content-operational, communicative-collaborative, and evaluative-reflexive components. The study concludes that the technological infrastructure of the EIEE requires specific pedagogical design and consideration of the psychological characteristics of engineering students. The findings of the study can be applied in the design of educational programs, the development of teaching materials, and the creation of support systems for independent work in digital universities.

    The chapter substantiates the need to reorient modern education from knowledge transfer to the development of self-consciousness as a key competence of the 21st century. Based on an interdisciplinary synthesis of data from developmental psychology, neuroscience and pedagogical anthropology, the challenges facing the educational system in the era of anthropological transition are analyzed. A pedagogical model for the development of self-consciousness is proposed, including four interconnected levels: bodily, emotional-personal, intellectual-reflexive and value-semantic. Specific pedagogical strategies, methods and exercises for each level are described, taking into account the age characteristics of students. Education is considered as an anthropological practice aimed at the formation of an integral, responsible and creative personality – the subject of own development.

  • Using the potential of artificial intelligence in physical education and sports training of university students: experience and opportunities

    The chapter examines the prospects for using artificial intelligence (AI) and neural network technologies in physical education and sports activities of university students. The relevance of the study stems from the need to optimize the training process, individualize workloads, and increase student motivation for physical education amid funding constraints and time limitations. Based on theoretical analysis, pedagogical experiment, and sociological survey, it was found that 76.5% of students trust AI, 100% use it in various areas, while 58.8% consider limited AI use in sports acceptable. A comprehensive physical training program using the DeepSeek neural network was developed and tested, including a theoretical block, coordination development, sports training, health-improving activities, and recommendations on nutrition and daily routine. Potential threats posed by the spread of neural network technologies in sports are identified – for athletes, coaches, referees, journalists, and physical education teachers. It is concluded that AI solutions should serve as a complement to established physical training practices rather than a replacement for them.

    Статья посвящена проблеме формированию чувства прекрасного в дошкольном возрасте у детей с интеллектуальной недостаточностью на музыкальных занятиях. Рассматриваются проблема формирования чувства прекрасного в онтогенезе; особенности развития детей дошкольного возраста с интеллектуальной недостаточностью; приемы и средства развития чувства прекрасного на музыкальных занятиях для дошкольников с интеллектуальными нарушениями. Подчеркивается необходимость приобщения детей с ограниченными возможностями (ОВЗ) к прекрасному, нахождению красоты в окружающем дошкольника мире, осмыслению его эстетических переживаний. Отмечается благоприятное влияние музыки на формирование личности ребенка, развитие двигательных, когнитивных, социальных функций, а также на формирование и развитие эмоциональной сферы в процессе коррекционно-развивающей работы. Целью исследования является изучение педагогических подходов по приобщению дошкольников с интеллектуальной недосформированностью к прослушиванию, музицированию и к рефлексии переданных чувств и эмоций автором музыкального произведения. В перспективе авторами рассматривается осуществление эмпирического исследования, позволяющего подтвердить гипотезу о благоприятном влиянии систематических музыкальных занятий на психику дошкольников с интеллектуальной недостаточностью, на примере воспитанников 5–6 лет с задержкой психического развития (ЗПР), через формирование собственной музыкальности путем личного самовыражения и перехода к осмыслению эстетических переживаний как компонентов субъективного мира прекрасного.

Анализируются возможности применения искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) для диагностики эмоционального состояния детей, персонализации образовательного процесса, оптимизации работы педагогов и взаимодействия с родителями. Представлены конкретные кейсы внедрения нейросетевых решений в практику ДОО с опорой на актуальные исследования (2019–2024 гг.). Обоснована актуальность применения нейросетей в контексте цифровизации образования и повышения требований к качеству психологопедагогического сопровождения. Выявлены ключевые риски и ограничения, сформулированы рекомендации по этичному и эффективному внедрению нейросетевых технологий.

Показано, что формирование целостной информационно-образовательной среды требует интеграции технологических, дидактических и этических компонентов, причём последний приобретает особое значение в подготовке будущих врачей.

    В статье рассматривается этическая проблема дифференциации доступа студентов к генеративным нейросетевым технологиям в контексте принципа равных образовательных возможностей. На основе анализа современных исследований и эмпирических наблюдений автором обосновывается тезис о трансформации классического «цифрового разрыва» в новую форму – нейросетевого неравенства. В работе выявляются ключевые факторы дифференциации (экономический, институциональный, компетентностный, технологический) и анализируются этические последствия их влияния на академическую справедливость, валидность оценки и социальную мобильность студентов. Предлагаются направления педагогической и институциональной рефлексии, направленные на минимизацию этических рисков.

    В статье рассматривается параметрический подход в дидактике, в рамках которого интеллектуальные ресурсы разума (полнота знаний POL, целостность знаний CHL, способности UMN) и сложность проблемной ситуации S рассматриваются как два антагонистических фактора, определяющих вероятность успешного решения проблемы P(X) = F(IP, S). Представлены контекстная SADT-модель разума и SADT-модель параметрического концепта развития интеллектуально-деятельностных ресурсов студента в дидактической среде. Процесс обучения организован итеративно: на вход поступают задачи из зоны ближайшего развития, студент с использованием пассивной и активной помощи наращивает показатели IP, приближаясь к уровню профессионала. Приведена концептуальная SADT-модель параметрической дидактической системы с интеллект-картой развития IP = (POL, CHL, UMN). Параметрический концепт интегрирует когнитивный, деятельностный и метакогнитивный подходы в численном выражении.

    Abstract:
    Автор статьи подчеркивает, что развитие интеллектуального потенциала обучающегося целесообразно рассматривать как управляемый динамический процесс приращения интеллектуальных ресурсных потенциалов разума. С позиций системного анализа интеллектуальный потенциал представлен комплексом параметров A, B, C, POL, CHL, где A характеризует формализационные способности, B – конструктивные, C – исполнительские, POL – полноту знаний, CHL – целостность знаний. Обосновано, что принятие решений по эффективности развития не может быть сведено к итоговому баллу: оно должно выполняться после каждого диагностического цикла на основе интеллект-карты, сложности учебных проблем и прогнозируемой вероятности успешного решения. Определена роль искусственного интеллекта как кибер-ассистента преподавателя, обеспечивающего мониторинг, визуализацию, прогноз и синтез индивидуализированных педагогических рекомендаций.

    This paper examines the current landscape of AI and digital tool integration in educational environments, analysing key application domains and their pedagogical implications. Drawing on empirical research, OECD statistical data, and UNESCO policy guidance, the study identifies the principal areas in which AI is transforming teaching and learning: adaptive learning systems, intelligent tutoring, automated assessment, and administrative automation. Barriers to effective implementation – including infrastructure gaps, teacher readiness, data privacy concerns, and algorithmic bias – are systematically analysed. Strategic recommendations are proposed for educators and policymakers seeking to harness AI capabilities while mitigating associated risks. The findings emphasise that sustainable integration requires a systemic approach that prioritises pedagogical intent over technological novelty.

На основе культурно-исторической теории Л.С. Выготского и возрастной периодизации Д.Б. Эльконина показано, что нейросети расширяют зону ближайшего развития, тренируют рефлексию и поддерживают мотивацию в кризисный период 10–11 лет. На примере темы «Литосфера» по учебнику Алексеева, Николиной, Липкиной (2025) предложена система уроков с промптами и заданиями на критический анализ.

    В статье представлена авторская педагогическая модель «трёхслойного эссе», разработанная для управляемой интеграции генеративных нейросетей в учебный процесс высшей школы. Модель включает три последовательных этапа: машинную генерацию, критическую разметку текста студентом и письменную рефлексию процесса. Обосновано, что данная структура переводит использование искусственного интеллекта из зоны скрытого списывания в пространство осознанного освоения навыков верификации, промпт-инжиниринга и академической ответственности. Приведены результаты апробации метода в преподавании дисциплин социально-гуманитарного цикла, описаны типичные реакции студентов и выявленные педагогические эффекты.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается потенциал использования технологий искусственного интеллекта (ИИ) для обучения финансовой грамотности студентов системы среднего профессионального образования (СПО). Анализируются преимущества адаптивных нейротренажеров, позволяющих моделировать предпринимательские риски и формировать практические навыки принятия решений в условиях неопределенности. Обосновывается роль ИИ в персонализации образовательных траекторий и создании безопасной среды для совершения финансовых ошибок, что ведет к повышению экономической компетентности будущих специалистов.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается дидактический потенциал аутентичных англоязычных песен для формирования грамматических навыков у школьников 5–9 классов. Автор опирается на психолого-педагогические основы использования музыки в обучении: теорию множественного интеллекта Г. Гарднера, гипотезу аффективного фильтра С. Крашена и особенности ритмико-мелодического структурирования речи. Особое внимание уделяется критериям отбора песенного материала, методике работы с ним и конкретным примерам песен для отработки различных грамматических тем – от видовременных форм глагола до условных предложений и пассивного залога. В заключение анализируются сильные и слабые стороны такого подхода и даются практические рекомендации для учителей.
