Development of the Russian socio-economic system: challenges and prospects- Authors:

- Abstract:
- The main purpose of this study is to describe the concept of an automated assessment of the optimal energy intensity of a raw material region using automated software and analytical tools. A meaningful formulation of the problem of determining the energy intensity of the gross regional product and the application of a set of programs for numerical analysis of an optimization mathematical model are considered. The article describes the features and interprets the object of research – the energy intensity of the gross regional product for the region of the raw material type, as well as the principles of dynamism, optimizability and multi-criteria used in modeling and supporting managerial decision-making. An algorithm is proposed for assessing the impact of energy-intensive economic activities in the region on the growth of energy intensity through the influence of their characteristics on the gross regional product. To illustrate the application of the software and analytical complex, computational experiments were conducted related to the calculation of the gross regional product based on official statistics of the Kemerovo region-Kuzbass by type of economic activity for 2021. The influence on the energy intensity of the gross regional product of some scenarios of regional development, considering different configurations (sets) of energy-intensive economic activities in the region, is considered, and the proportions of the influence of these configurations are obtained.

It is the study of this process that forms the basis of the proposed material. Based on the selection of criteria for the management algorithms of the Kaluga Astral group of companies working in the field of information technology, new innovative ways of development are being sought, and non-standard solutions are being proposed to improve the existing management system.

- Abstract:
- The introduction of the «Chestny znak» unified digital platform for mandatory product labeling in the Russian Federation is a key element of the strategy for developing the digital economy and, as a result, the information society. However, despite the significant advantages of the mechanism developed by the legislator, its implementation also presents significant challenges for small and medium-sized businesses. The main difficulties are largely related to the specific features of regional legislation, which creates numerous gaps and barriers for business representatives to exercise their rights to freely and unhindered conduct of their activities. As a result, the imperfections in the legislation contradict the government's policy of supporting businesses, and the current problematic situation requires attention and a speedy solution. Sustainable development strategies: economic, legal and social aspects- Authors:
- Artem I. Shamkov, Evgenii E. Shvakov
- Work direction:
- Глава 3
- Abstract:
- The rationale for the practical implementation of the principles of the sustainable development concept at the level of economic entities is due to the fact that they are not yet mandatory for enterprises and organizations in the Russian Federation. Unlike at the national level, the application of the sustainable development concept at the level of economic entities remains a desirable but not mandatory component of their activities. Based on the use of general scientific theoretical methods of cognition (analysis, synthesis, generalization, induction, deduction, etc.), the study has formed a holistic understanding of the implementation of the principles of sustainable development in the activities of economic entities, and has also attempted to provide a theoretical justification for certain aspects of the organization of economic entities' activities in accordance with the concept of sustainable development. Unlike existing approaches to analyzing the activities of economic entities in implementing the principles of sustainable development, the authors propose considering social and environmental activities in an inseparable connection with production activities. Since it is the scale of production activities and their effectiveness that determine the content of social and environmental activities, as well as the capabilities of economic entities to carry them out. In accordance with this, an attempt has been made to determine the minimum boundaries of social and environmental activities from the perspective of ensuring sustainable development of economic entities, as well as the possibilities for expanding them.

- Abstract:
- At present, the domestic theory of organizational management is going through a difficult period of adaptation to the new conditions of the market economy, to the scientific rethinking and justification of the inclusion of foreign concepts and terms in its conceptual apparatus, giving relevance to modern scientific provisions of the domestic theory of organizational management in their practical activities. It should be noted that today it is important to remove from use a number of foreign terms that have no scientific feasibility for their inclusion in the conceptual apparatus of the domestic theory of management and at the same time to determine the scientific essence and place in the conceptual apparatus of those foreign concepts that are actively used by both researchers and practitioners in their professional activities. And an important condition for the effectiveness of the development of the domestic theory of organizational management in modern conditions is, firstly, the exclusion of «blurring» and «rewriting» by researchers the content of the basic concept of «management» for each specific situation, and secondly, the need for scientific justification of the essence and content of the concept of «management» introduced into the conceptual apparatus of the domestic theory of organizational management, as well as its place in the conceptual apparatus in relation to the concept of «management».
