    Abstract:
    This article explores the pressing issue of developing preschool-age children's reading competence through the creation of a comprehensive reading infrastructure within preschool educational institutions. Drawing on the "Concept of the National Program for Supporting Children's and Youth Reading in the Russian Federation," the authors explore the structural components of this infrastructure: motivational, environmental, spatial-temporal, and communicative. Particular attention is paid to the practical implementation of the proposed model within the framework of a municipal innovation platform, demonstrating the path from theoretical concept to the creation of an environment in kindergarten where children not only learn to read but also truly fall in love with books.

  • A practice-oriented model for preparing future computer science teachers to implement elements of the digital educational environment

    Abstract:
    This chapter addresses the pressing issue of modernizing the training of future computer science teachers at pedagogical universities. The research is motivated by a contradiction between the new requirements for a computer science teacher as an architect of the school's digital educational environment and the insufficient practice-oriented focus of existing curricula. Based on an analysis of graduates' professional deficits and regulatory challenges, the author develops and scientifically substantiates an original practice-oriented training model. Its core consists of specialized practical modules integrated into academic disciplines, aimed at building skills in deploying and administering key elements of the digital educational environment (Apache/Nginx web servers, DBMS, LMS Moodle). The methodological foundation is formed by competency-based and practice-oriented approaches; methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical modeling, and approbation were used. The model's implementation is supported by a unique environment of educational server platforms («server sandbox," KVM platform). Approbation in the educational process of VGSPU confirmed the model's effectiveness, demonstrated by the development of students' readiness to assume the role of developer and administrator of an educational organization's digital infrastructure. The results are valuable for teacher training university lecturers and educational program developers.

  • Venture financing: the Exit Strategies of Investors in the U.S. Market

    Abstract:
    Analysis of statistical data showed that mergers and acquisitions remain the most common exit strategy for venture capital investors in the United States in 2020-2025. Due to the 2023 venture capital crisis and the US market's 2025 volatility, investors were cautious about IPOs. Reports from consulting companies show that a similar practice has developed in the European market, but it is different in the Asian market: the ratio of mergers and acquisitions and IPOs in Asian countries is almost equal. The author concludes that the founders and management of companies should consider IPOs as a key goal of venture business development, and at the same time be prepared that the venture investor will not wait for the IPO, but will want to exit the business earlier, using a merger and acquisition deal.

    Abstract:
    The comprehensive development of the territory of the Russian Federation and its corresponding infrastructure has been a priority for not just many years, but centuries of the historical existence of our country. As a legacy from the USSR, and earlier from the Russian Empire, modern Russia simultaneously received a developed transport and related infrastructure at a basic level, corresponding to the realities of the 19th and 20th centuries, but on the other hand, already quite worn out, and often not changed since the 50s of the last century. The transformation of the country into a modern digital economy is happening at an accelerated pace, budget financing is growing, national projects and goals are regularly formed, infrastructure in Russia has been built haphazardly for several decades: there is no clear plan for the comprehensive development of territories, unified statistics and assessment of the state of infrastructure facilities. Infrastructure development is one of the key factors in economic growth and improving the quality of life of the population. However, the implementation of infrastructure projects requires significant financial costs, which cannot always be covered by budget funds. In this regard, the issue of finding effective ways to finance infrastructure projects becomes relevant. The purpose of this work is to study the possibilities of financing infrastructure projects and to develop practical recommendations for choosing the most effective financing methods based on the effective use of rational land management methods and management of available land resources.

    The development of domestic tourism increases interest in small, peripheral cities, which are becoming increasingly popular among tourists. Small cities play a crucial role in the economy of regions, supporting and developing tourism, agriculture, and industry, and providing employment opportunities. Their development contributes to creating a comfortable living environment, attracting tourists, and preserving cultural heritage. However, small cities face a number of challenges, including a lack of tourism infrastructure, a shortage of personnel interested in preserving and promoting their unique culture, and a lack of awareness among potential tourists. Solving the problems typical of tourism development in small cities will not only contribute to the influx of tourists to the destination, but also to the formation of a city brand that is known beyond its borders. Supporting cultural initiatives at the state level allows for the most effective interaction with city administrations and their involvement in the tourism sector. A comprehensive approach to urban development aims to create new strategies for cultural, tourism, and historical heritage preservation, as well as for creating a comfortable urban environment. The cultural code and cultural identity of cities serve as the foundation for the spatial development strategy of the Russian Federation.

The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that irreversible processes of global, global and regional scientific, technological and socio-cultural transformation are currently underway, which should be considered among themselves as a systemic interaction. Digital technologies in their content represent a methodology for applying interrelated methods and means of cybercommunication, which involves increasing the effectiveness of interaction, which implies requirements for professional mobility of university students in non-core areas of training using these technologies. The interest in improving the professional mobility of students in non-core areas of training by means of information technology is due to the qualitative and quantitative processes of informatization. The paper analyzes the process of formation of the essence of professional mobility among university students in non-core areas of training by means of information technology. The study of the features of the formation of this essence among university students of non-core areas of training by means of digital technologies in the scientific and pedagogical aspect is due to the problematic features of the formation of professional mobility in this category of trainees.

    The article considers the current state of the water supply system of the Krasnodar Territory from the point of view of municipal infrastructure management, special attention is paid to the problem of network wear. Statistical data on the provision of the population with water, the scale and age of the network infrastructure, as well as the dynamics of reducing network wear over the last decade are presented. The main problems associated with high physical wear of water supply networks and its consequences for management were analysed: an increase in accidents, significant water losses, financial difficulties of enterprises and the need for large-scale modernisation. The measures taken by regional authorities to update networks (modernisation programs, investments, concession agreements and national projects) and management approaches to solving the identified problems are described.     The article examines the key threats to the economic security of the Far Eastern Federal District (Far Eastern Federal District) of Russia.   • Verb constructions with the verb “venire” in Italian: analyzing multiverbal structures

    The article proposes an analysis of verb structures in Italian using the verb venire "come" with the aim of classifying them into one of the following categories: verb periphrases, pseudo-coordination or verb serial constructions. The material of the study is empirical material taken from Italian corpora. The work is based on the method of distributional and distributional-statistical analysis. The study actively uses the glossing rules laid down by the Leipzig system. This approach allows not only to reveal semantic and syntactic relationships, but also to systematize the obtained data with unique accuracy, providing a deep understanding of the structural features of the language. The working hypothesis of the study is that constructions with the verb venire can be classified according to different features, such as structure, semantic nuances, context of use and linguistic features, in order to better understand the distribution and use of the above-mentioned verb structures in the Italian linguistic panorama. Having explained the principles by which the different constructions were investigated and analyzed, it can be concluded that Italian verb constructions using the verb venire can be identified as verb periphrases or special cases of paratactic constructions.

    The results of the application of ecosystem connectivity in research on the management of infrastructure projects in the transport sector are presented based on management theories and energy management theories. Given the understanding of the project ecosystem, its tasks are defined within the framework of different approaches to understanding the project life cycle. The purpose of the study is to determine the list of economic subjects of the project (stakeholders) and factors influencing the economic efficiency of infrastructure projects in the transport industry.     Abstract:
    The article presents the life-building competence of high school students as a guideline for building an age-oriented educational environment at a school. The category of life-building competence is introduced within the framework of the existential approach in psychology, designating a high school student as the subject of his own life path, the author of a life strategy, which in a specific life situation is presented as the development and implementation of a life plan. Life-building competence is understood as an integral property of an individual, characterizing the desire and ability to realize one’s potential (knowledge, skills, experience, personal qualities, etc.) for the responsible creation and implementation of life plans. Based on the analysis of the components of competence of various authors, the components of competence and their diagnostics are considered: motivational, cognitive, value-semantic, emotional-volitional, operational, reflexive, proactive. The article provides characteristics of high, medium and low levels of development of life-building competence of high school students and the percentage of subjects with the corresponding level. For each component of competence, the personal qualities that ensure its development are noted, and specific tools used in the educational environment of the school are given.

    The author proposed the use of project management tools in order to improve the spatial development of non-agglomeration territories of the Samara region. The results of the development and evaluation of the effectiveness of measures are briefly presented: 1) to create municipal road funds for rural settlements in need of construction/reconstruction of rural roads; 2) to organize co-financing of the construction of new roads of intermunicipal importance to ensure rapid communication with cities and regions within the Samara-Tolyatti agglomeration. To optimize management processes within the framework of the proposed activities, the “AS-IS” and “TO-BE” models were used.
