    Abstract:
    The article considers the current state of the water supply system of the Krasnodar Territory from the point of view of municipal infrastructure management, special attention is paid to the problem of network wear. Statistical data on the provision of the population with water, the scale and age of the network infrastructure, as well as the dynamics of reducing network wear over the last decade are presented. The main problems associated with high physical wear of water supply networks and its consequences for management were analysed: an increase in accidents, significant water losses, financial difficulties of enterprises and the need for large-scale modernisation. The measures taken by regional authorities to update networks (modernisation programs, investments, concession agreements and national projects) and management approaches to solving the identified problems are described.     Abstract:
    The article examines the key threats to the economic security of the Far Eastern Federal District (Far Eastern Federal District) of Russia. Based on the analysis of statistical data and regulatory documents, the main challenges have been identified: the demographic crisis, commodity dependence, infrastructural constraints and geopolitical risks. Measures are proposed to strengthen the economic security of the region through economic diversification, the development of human capital and the strengthening of transport connectivity. The results of the study can be used by government agencies in the development of regional development strategies in the field of economic security.

    The article is devoted to the history of street names in Astana, and a classification based on the lexical and semantic characteristics of toponyms has been established. A large group consists of anthroponyms given in honor of famous people, among whom heroes of the Great Patriotic War occupy a special place, such streets as Aliya Moldagulova, Manshuk Mametova, Talgata Bigeldinov. Symbolic and natural landscape names of streets are also revealed.

    The article examines the impact of institutional quality on the effectiveness of investments in sports infrastructure in industrial regions of Russia. The key institutional factors determining the success of investment projects in the field of sports are analyzed, including the level of corruption, transparency of public procurement, efficiency of regional management and business participation in infrastructure development. The study is based on a comparative analysis of data on sports facilities and investment programs in the country's largest industrial regions. In conclusion, recommendations are formulated to improve the institutional environment in order to increase the efficiency of investments and maximize the socio-economic effects of the development of sports infrastructure.

  • Verb constructions with the verb “venire” in Italian: analyzing multiverbal structures

    Abstract:
    The article proposes an analysis of verb structures in Italian using the verb venire "come" with the aim of classifying them into one of the following categories: verb periphrases, pseudo-coordination or verb serial constructions. The material of the study is empirical material taken from Italian corpora. The work is based on the method of distributional and distributional-statistical analysis. The study actively uses the glossing rules laid down by the Leipzig system. This approach allows not only to reveal semantic and syntactic relationships, but also to systematize the obtained data with unique accuracy, providing a deep understanding of the structural features of the language. The working hypothesis of the study is that constructions with the verb venire can be classified according to different features, such as structure, semantic nuances, context of use and linguistic features, in order to better understand the distribution and use of the above-mentioned verb structures in the Italian linguistic panorama. Having explained the principles by which the different constructions were investigated and analyzed, it can be concluded that Italian verb constructions using the verb venire can be identified as verb periphrases or special cases of paratactic constructions.

    The article presents the life-building competence of high school students as a guideline for building an age-oriented educational environment at a school. The category of life-building competence is introduced within the framework of the existential approach in psychology, designating a high school student as the subject of his own life path, the author of a life strategy, which in a specific life situation is presented as the development and implementation of a life plan. Life-building competence is understood as an integral property of an individual, characterizing the desire and ability to realize one’s potential (knowledge, skills, experience, personal qualities, etc.) for the responsible creation and implementation of life plans. Based on the analysis of the components of competence of various authors, the components of competence and their diagnostics are considered: motivational, cognitive, value-semantic, emotional-volitional, operational, reflexive, proactive. The article provides characteristics of high, medium and low levels of development of life-building competence of high school students and the percentage of subjects with the corresponding level. For each component of competence, the personal qualities that ensure its development are noted, and specific tools used in the educational environment of the school are given.

  • The question of the syntactic status of substantives in Russian identity sentences

    Abstract:
    A multi aspect study of bisubstantive sentences of characterizing semantics is necessary to solve complex problems of syntactic analysis. The grammatical specificity of bisubstantial sentences lies in the morphological identity of the predicative minimum. The study has theoretical and practical tasks: identify the structural, semantic and communicative organization of sentences, propose methodological recommendations for syntactic analysis of sentences. The material of the study is modern literature. Analytical and descriptive methods are used to analyze the linguistic material. The problems of teaching syntactic analysis of sentences are identified through experimental methods. The main conclusions of the study: syntactic analysis of bisubstantial sentences should consist of traditional structural and semantic parameters, roles and functions in the semantic structure and communicative organization of a sentence, take into account context, stylistic and pragmatic factors. Syntactic phenomena should be studied from the functional position at all stages and levels of teaching syntax of the modern Russian language.

    This study examines the complex world of cadastral considerations in the planning of tourist infrastructure with an emphasis on tourist and ecological trails (TET). On the basis of an integrated approach, the key indicators of the TPP are identified and the technical aspects of engineering structures at the TPP are considered. Based on Federal Law No. 221-FZ, the study examines in detail cadastral activities on extensive TET, with special attention paid to problems related to the diversity of land plots.     Organizations constantly conduct settlements with suppliers and buyers. With suppliers for fixed assets, raw materials and other inventory items purchased from them, work performed and services rendered; with buyers for work performed, services rendered. The debt on these calculations in the process of financial and economic activity must be within the permissible values. Market relations increase the responsibility and independence of organizations in the development and adoption of management decisions to ensure the effectiveness of settlements with debtors and creditors. Rational organization of control over the state of settlements, contributes to strengthening contractual and settlement discipline, fulfilling obligations for the supply of products in a given assortment and quality, increasing responsibility for compliance with payment discipline, reducing receivables and payables, accelerating the turnover of working capital and, consequently, improving the financial condition of organizations.
