    Abstract:
    The article examines the phenomenon of «transferred» students – schoolchildren forced to change their educational institution due to systematic bullying. Based on an analysis of contemporary domestic and foreign research, two scenarios of development are revealed: a destructive one, in which changing schools exacerbates social isolation and identity crisis, and a resourceful one, in which the new context becomes a catalyst for personal growth and successful resocialization. The necessity of differentiated pedagogical support for transferred students, taking into account their victimization history and adaptive potential, is substantiated.

    Abstract:
    The article considers the problem of correcting postural disorders in female students in the frontal and sagittal planes, arising against the background of prolonged static load during the educational process. The aim of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of using functional training means in comparison with the standard university physical education program. During a one-semester pedagogical experiment, the experimental group (n=18) used specially designed sets of functional exercises with an emphasis on core stabilizing muscles. A significant improvement in the strength endurance of the back and abdominal muscles, as well as the shoulder index, in the experimental group confirms the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.

    Abstract:
    The article addresses the issue of developing civic identity among students of pedagogical universities as a key objective of the state youth policy. It substantiates the potential of physical culture and sports activities as a powerful resource for socialization and patriotic education. Based on the systemic and activity-based approaches, four pedagogical conditions are identified and theoretically justified: axiological reorientation of the physical education content; integration of historical, cultural, and local history components; involvement of students in sports volunteering and socially significant projects; and creation of a reflective pedagogical environment that fosters the meta competencies of a future teacher.

    The paper investigates the problem of overcoming the gap between the declared continuity of career guidance work and the actual fragmentation of managerial impacts at the level of educational organizations. The necessity of transitioning to a transfunctional model of supporting youth career choices to provide personnel for the engineering and technological sector of the economy is substantiated. The methodological basis comprises the anthropological principle, the age-normative model of development, and the subjective approach, synthesized within the framework of the situational-positional paradigm. Based on the research results, a reproducible pedagogical support technology is designed, relying on a cycle of managerial tasks: from diagnostics and scenario planning to monitoring and correction. The mechanisms for constructing educational situations in the micro-environment of specialized classes and colleges that contribute to the formation of a student's subjective position are revealed. Tools for building a personal vector of professional development and organizing mentoring that integrate institutional resources and the demands of the real sector of the economy are proposed.

    The chapter addresses a pressing issue in contemporary primary education – the development of reading skills in primary school children in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Primary General Education (FSES PGE). The author presents a theoretical analysis of the problem of periodization of the reading skill acquisition process in young children. An analysis of scholarly and methodological literature shows that some stages of reading skill formation are described insufficiently concretely, particularly the transition from the analytical to the synthetic stage, while contradictory characteristics of the same stage are observed and replicated in methodological publications without proper scholarly scrutiny. Special attention is devoted to describing the problems of the transitional period: low reading fluency that fails to reach the threshold level; a narrow reading field that hinders the establishment of linear connections between words; and a minimal linguistic basis for anticipation (within a single word), leading to numerous errors and significant impairment of reading comprehension. It is during this period, according to the authors, that the actual formation of reading activity should take place, with new objectives, methods, and teaching techniques; however, the technical reading characteristics of students often impede this process. Drawing on theoretical analysis and pedagogical practice, the authors attempt to introduce a new concept – «word-centered reading» – as a distinctive transitional stage in the process of primary school children's reading skill acquisition, illustrating their conclusions with examples from pedagogical practice.

Based on an analysis of the Professional Standard “Teacher of Supplementary Education for Children and Adults”, as well as relevant pedagogical and methodological literature, the labor functions required for the future teacher’s professional activity are identified.   • Psychological and Pedagogical Support and Linguosociocultural Adaptation of Students from Zones of Political Instability (Based on Preparatory Faculties for Students from Mashriq Countries)

    The relevance of this study is driven by the growing number of international students from politically unstable regions in Russian universities and the insufficient development of a comprehensive approach integrating linguistic, social, cultural, and psychological aspects of adaptation. The aim of this work is to provide a theoretical substantiation and empirical verification of a psychological and pedagogical support model aimed at the linguosociocultural adaptation of preparatory faculty students from Mashriq countries. The article examines linguosociocultural adaptation as the inseparability of linguistic, social, and cultural components within the international educational environment. The materials comprise data from theoretical analysis of literature in educational psychology, intercultural communication, and andragogy, as well as empirical findings obtained from a sample of 120 preparatory students from Egypt, Libya, and Syria (2022–2025). Methods included questionnaires (Sociocultural Adaptation Scale, Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, and the authors' Academic Motivation Questionnaire), in-depth interviews, participant observation, and a pedagogical experiment. The ascertaining phase identified the leading factors of maladaptation: language barrier, culture shock, consequences of psychologically traumatic experience, and insufficient secondary school preparation. The developed support program integrated language training, individual psychological counseling, tutoring, and a series of intercultural events. The post-implementation assessment demonstrated a statistically significant increase in sociocultural adaptation indicators by 35%, an improvement in academic performance by 28%, and a significant reduction in anxiety levels. It is concluded that linguosociocultural adaptation requires simultaneous pedagogical and psychological support; the proposed model has proven its effectiveness and can be recommended for scaling to other categories of students from unstable regions.

    The digital transformation of higher education is reshaping the established logic of educational interaction. Alongside the expansion of learning tools, issues of trust, responsibility, autonomy, and students' psychological readiness to use intelligent digital systems are becoming increasingly significant. The aim of this article is to elucidate the scientific problem of student trust in artificial intelligence (AI) by analyzing the factors that determine its manifestations in the modern educational environment. The empirical basis of the study comprises data from a comprehensive online survey involving 171 students from Russian universities, aged 17 to 36 years. A set of psychodiagnostic instruments was employed to collect empirical data, including the authors' digital experience questionnaire, the Digital Competence Index, the User Attitude towards AI Technologies Questionnaire, the Generalized Trust Scale, the Youth Trust in the Virtual Environment Questionnaire, the “Level and Types of Maladaptive Submissiveness in the Virtual Environment” Questionnaire, and the Cybervictimization Scale. It was established that student trust in AI is predominantly conditional in nature: the majority of respondents occupy an intermediate position between trust and distrust. Integrated digital competence does not emerge as a leading factor of trust in AI; more significant factors include the perception of risks and potential limitations of AI, trust in the digital environment, experience with digital tools, and the practice of verifying AI-generated responses. Gender does not play a pronounced differentiating role in students' attitudes toward AI.

  • Formation of creative thinking among master's students in the educational process of higher education

    The chapter presents the results of an empirical study on the influence of interactive teaching methods on the development of creative thinking in master's students in management. Based on a sample of 100 respondents (61 women and 39 men, mean age 28.7 years), using the Remote Associates Test by S. Mednick (adapted by A.N. Voronin), E. Torrance's Test, and an author-developed questionnaire for pedagogical self-assessment of creative potential, statistically significant gender differences were identified: women demonstrated a higher integral creativity index by 3.3 points (t = 2.49; p = 0.015; d = 0.51), with significant differences for the verbal component (t = 2.39; p = 0.019; d = 0.49) and non-significant differences for the figurative component (t = 0.34; p = 0.73; d = 0.07). The chapter includes a theoretical analysis of pedagogical conditions for creativity development in higher education, empirical data, and practical recommendations for designing interactive sessions that account for the identified differences among students.

    The chapter addresses the problem of formation and accumulation of students' social capital in the multiethnic educational environment of a modern Russian university. The authors conduct a theoretical and methodological analysis of key social capital concepts (P. Bourdieu, J. Coleman, R. Putnam) as applied to the specifics of higher education in a multiethnic society. The structural elements of students' social capital – trust, social networks, norms of mutual assistance – are identified and their dynamics in a mixed ethnocultural university environment are traced. It is demonstrated that the multiethnic educational environment simultaneously serves as a condition and a resource for the formation of social capital: it provides for the expansion of interethnic interaction networks, the development of tolerance and intercultural competence, and the accumulation of «bridging» social capital. A conceptual model for the formation of students' social capital in a multiethnic university is proposed, incorporating institutional, communicative, psychological-pedagogical, and value-based components. Practical recommendations for designing an educational environment conducive to the accumulation of social capital and the strengthening of interethnic trust are substantiated.

  • Self-consciousness as a factor in high school students’ readiness for career choice

    The study is devoted to the problem of high school students’ professional self-determination and its dependence on the development of self-consciousness in this age group. The relevance of the study is associated with the fact that, in early adolescence, the self-concept, reflection, life plans, and the ability to make a conscious career choice are being formed; however, many students still experience difficulties related to awareness, planning, and decision-making. Theoretical analysis made it possible to show that self-consciousness acts as a system-forming mechanism of professional maturity, ensuring the alignment of personal abilities, interests, and the demands of the professional sphere. The empirical study was conducted on a sample of 95 tenth-grade students aged 16–17. The diagnostic instruments used included the Self-Consciousness Scale by A. Fenigstein, M. F. Scheier, and A. H.     Abstract:
    This article addresses the pressing issue of fostering patriotism in the younger generation in the context of supplementary education. The authors examine military paraphernalia not simply as a material object, but as a profound cultural and historical resource with significant educational potential. The work presents the authors' concept, which combines the study of the heroic past of the Fatherland with practical activities in an arts and crafts studio. In the course of the research, a structural and functional model of patriotic education was theoretically substantiated and experimentally tested. The primary focus is on integrating theoretical knowledge about the evolution of military equipment with practical craft skills (chainmail weaving, metalworking). The authors put forward the idea that deep immersion in the historical context through “hands-on work” facilitates the transformation of an unconscious love for the Motherland into a conscious civic stance. The result of this work was the development of a model and a comprehensive program, “Kolchuga”, which have proven effective in fostering strong patriotic beliefs, a valuing of ancestral heritage, and the development of students' creative competencies. The authors conclude that a systematic approach is necessary, combining content-methodological, technological, and environmental conditions to achieve significant educational results.

    This article focuses on the organization of professional training for future primary school teachers to foster a sense of patriotism in young students. The authors explore the pedagogical potential of regionally focused educational content. The article also focuses on the specifics of integrating various approaches to the use of historical, cultural-geographical, and folklore-based content into the professional training of future teachers. Based on a theoretical analysis of the scientific works of domestic and foreign researchers, the authors convincingly revealed the relationship between the development of a sense of patriotism in primary school students and the organization of professional training for future primary school teachers, taking into account the introduction of regional content into the educational process. The authors have developed a theoretical model of professional training of future primary school teachers to develop a sense of patriotism in students based on regional characteristics, which presents the features of integrating the regional component into the educational process of future teachers in order to prepare them to develop a sense of patriotism in primary school students. The article is addressed to the faculty training future teachers, primary school teachers, parents of primary school students, students of pedagogical educational institutions, as well as those interested in the problems of primary general education and the professional training of future specialists.

  • Physical Education of Students in the Context of the Lifelong Learning Concept

    The article examines the problem of modernizing the physical education system in higher education from the perspective of the lifelong learning concept. Modern socio-economic conditions, characterized by rapidly changing professional requirements and the deteriorating somatic health of young people, necessitate a revision of the traditional paradigm of physical education as a purely disciplinary course limited to the period of study at university. The aim of the study is to provide a theoretical justification and empirically test the effectiveness of a physical education model for students focused on developing health-preserving competencies and motivation for lifelong regular physical activity. Results: after implementing the model, the experimental group showed a significant increase in motivation by 49.4% (p ≤ 0.05), the level of self-monitoring competencies increased by 76.7%, and the frequency of independent exercise increased 4.2fold. The proportion of students intending to continue physical activity after graduation increased from 13% to 58%, and this effect persisted three months after the experiment (52%). The experimental results showed that implementing the author's model, which includes variable modules, self-monitoring elements, and a digital tracking platform, significantly increases the level of motivation for physical exercise and the formation of lifelong self-education competencies in the field of physical culture. It is argued that physical education for students should serve not as an isolated course but as a launching pad for an individual trajectory of physical self-improvement. The lifelong learning concept transforms the goals of physical education – from meeting standards to a culture of health, from compulsory classes to conscious self-organization. The proposed model can be scaled across the higher education system.

    The chapter examines theoretical and applied aspects of the development of information and educational needs of students in the context of digital transformation of higher education. Based on the analysis of strategic documents and a review of Russian and foreign studies, key areas of digitalization are identified: creation of a digital educational environment, formation of “digital maturity”, distance learning, integration of online platforms (RESH, YaKlass, ReshuEGE). Contradictions are revealed between student interests and platform technical capabilities, between personal data protection and its security level, between innovative and traditional forms of education. External and internal drivers of digital transformation are identified, as well as technical, organizational, staffing and socio-cultural barriers. The development of students' educational needs should be based on systematic integrated projects, digital portfolios and methodological recommendations for mastering digital skills. Information culture is seen as an indicator of professional competence and successful socialization. It is concluded that digital transformation requires the restructuring of all university structures, the reorientation of the teacher to a moderator and mentor, as well as the formation of students' motives for continuous self-education.

    Abstract:
    The chapter notes that the transformation of higher education and the transition to the digital university model highlight the relevance of organizing independent work for students, particularly those in engineering disciplines, when learning a foreign language within the electronic information and educational environment (EIEE). Based on a theoretical analysis of scientific literature, key factors influencing independent work in a digital environment have been identified. It is established that psychological determinants include academic self-regulation, the motivational-volitional sphere, cognitive styles, language anxiety, and digital competence. Pedagogical determinants encompass modular design and microlearning, pedagogical support (scaffolding), critical integration of artificial intelligence tools, formative assessment, and gamification. A theoretical model for organizing independent work has been developed, comprising motivational-goal, content-operational, communicative-collaborative, and evaluative-reflexive components. The study concludes that the technological infrastructure of the EIEE requires specific pedagogical design and consideration of the psychological characteristics of engineering students. The findings of the study can be applied in the design of educational programs, the development of teaching materials, and the creation of support systems for independent work in digital universities.

  • Using the potential of artificial intelligence in physical education and sports training of university students: experience and opportunities

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the prospects for using artificial intelligence (AI) and neural network technologies in physical education and sports activities of university students. The relevance of the study stems from the need to optimize the training process, individualize workloads, and increase student motivation for physical education amid funding constraints and time limitations. Based on theoretical analysis, pedagogical experiment, and sociological survey, it was found that 76.5% of students trust AI, 100% use it in various areas, while 58.8% consider limited AI use in sports acceptable. A comprehensive physical training program using the DeepSeek neural network was developed and tested, including a theoretical block, coordination development, sports training, health-improving activities, and recommendations on nutrition and daily routine. Potential threats posed by the spread of neural network technologies in sports are identified – for athletes, coaches, referees, journalists, and physical education teachers. It is concluded that AI solutions should serve as a complement to established physical training practices rather than a replacement for them.
