    Abstract:
    Продовольственное обеспечение железнодорожников в годы Великой Отечественной войны являлось одной из важнейших задач. Имевшиеся в этой сфере недостатки и затруднения постоянно находились в сфере внимания военного и гражданского руководства страны, в результате чего они успешно преодолевались. В работе выделены характерные черты и особенности методов и направления обеспечения продовольствием, снабжения железнодорожников продуктами питания. На основе анализа конкретных фактов и характерных примеров сделаны обобщения и выводы, свидетельствующие о многообразии форм и методов решения органами власти продовольственного вопроса в годы войны. Проанализированы и выявлены наиболее характерные достижения, а также негативные стороны показанной работы.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the problems of management theory development in educational publications. The author emphasizes that today one of the problems of various educational publications is a formal approach to their preparation and provision of educational material. I.V. Ponkin's tutorial «Theory of public administration» was used as the basis of the analysis. The author comes to the conclusion that at the present time there is a need to prepare and give such a tutorial on management, which would be based on the scientific positions of the management theory and create a basis for graduates in the formation of their managerial competencies in accordance with the Federal state educational standards of higher education and professional standards.

Как результат предлагается универсальный инструмент, который позволяет спрогнозировать объемы, очередность развития тех или иных объектов инфраструктуры в рамках создания инвестиционного проекта.

    Abstract:
    The article analyzes the main aspects of economic efficiency of annuity assurance policy in Russia. The general trends in the development of pension systems in the countries of the West, the difference between Russia and the West in this aspect are revealed. The author offers to make the pension system of Russia more socially just and close to the ideas of the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The linkage of pension payments to the interest rate is seen as an ineffective and dangerous approach in modern Russian conditions to the organization of pension provision for the population, for which there is a negative Western experience. The purpose of this article is to designate the most suitable way for Russia to develop the pension reform within the framework of the review of the study of problems of increasing the efficiency of the pension system in Russia.

    Present work describes the original technology of anti-virus products provision to the user’s team of the scientific unit on the example of the Federal state budgetary institution of science of the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the well-known domestic antivirus agent Doctor Web. The technology is based on a separate Antivirus server and a number of software tools developed by the author. Among the users there are PCs of the global Internet, internal network, including their separate segments, as well as users of the DialUp segment. This technology was implemented in CEMI RAS since 2003 and has been successfully operated for more than 15 years. The maximum number of users exceeded 200 PCs and servers. The monograph was approved for publication by the Academic board of the Federal state budgetary institution of science of the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
