    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена рассмотрению инновационной развивающей практики, основанной на языковой феноменологии личности. Опираясь на диалектическую философию Г. Гегеля и культурно-историческую психологию Л. С. Выготского, автор показывает, что внутренние противоречия являются не патологией, а главным двигателем и необходимым условием развития человека. При этом традиционные психологические школы (психоанализ, бихевиоризм, гуманистическая и когнитивная психология) описывают лишь отдельные виды противоречий, из-за чего в практике развивающей работы до сих пор остро ощущается недостаток их единой и полной системы. Чтобы восполнить этот пробел, автор предлагает использовать языковую теорию личности (ЯТЛ), основанную на разработках Московской семантической школы Ю. Д. Апресяна. Анализ человеческого языка позволяет построить модель человека, защищенную от субъективного взгляда исследователя. Научная новизна работы заключается в переходе от плоскостных табличных описаний структуры личности к объемному моделированию. На основе восьми компонентов наивной языковой картины человека создана объемная трехмерная модель – «куб личности». Данная модель позволила выделить и описать полную систему из 28-ми типов внутриличностных противоречий (одномерных, двумерных и трехмерных), различающихся по глубине и сложности их осознания, с примерами их существования в языке и культуре. В статье представлена четырехуровневая модель осознавания противоречий (от отрицания до принятия), а также модель диагностики клиента, на основе которой создается профиль актуальной личностной зрелости. Описан метод коучинга диалектических противоречий (КДП) и система развивающих заданий WISDOM, помогающая коучу и клиенту планомерно повышать уровень осознанности и продвигаться к возможности интегрировать внутренние противоречия, превращая их в источник личностного роста. Методологическую основу работы составили положения Г. Гегеля о диалектическом «снятии» противоречия, концепция языковой картины человека Ю. Д. Апресяна, фундаментальная лексическая гипотеза (Л. Голдберг, Г. Олпорт), положение Л. С. Выготского о культурном развитии высших психических функций, положение Л. М. Веккера о трехкомпонентной структуре психики, положения С. Л. Рубинштейна о зрелости личности.

    Comparing property tax systems for individuals in Russia and developed countries, the author proposes adopting the strengths of foreign models while preserving the advantages of the domestic approach. The research aims to develop recommendations for improving the legal framework governing tax authorities' activities in monitoring property tax assessment and payment, based on theoretical and legal analysis. The study employs methods of analysis, generalization, observation, classification, systematization, induction, deduction, and review of legislation and scholarly literature. Key findings include original definitions of "tax control," "forms of tax control," and "methods of tax control"; as well as proposals for amending the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and enhancing tax authority practices, exemplified by the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Verkh-Isetsky District of Yekaterinburg.

    The study presents a conceptual-terminological analysis of the problem and category of self-realization. It reveals the methodological assumptions and key theoretical approaches to the development of self-realization issues that prevail in Western and Russian traditions of scientific reflection on phenomenology and becoming of personality. Drawing on fundamental research, the author provides a comparative presentation of the key terms that comprise the categorical field of self-realization (self-actualization, self-fulfillment, self-expression, self-affirmation, self-development). The analysis identifies two methodological poles that form a continuum of approaches and theories of self-realization: ego-centric and culture-centric. The first pole consists of theories that reduce self-realization to an immanent property of the self. The second pole consists of concepts that view self-realization as a derivative of the socio-cultural experience of productive life. The study concludes that the bipolar configuration of the conceptual space of the problem of self-realization is relevant, as it encompasses most leading approaches and theories of heuristic understanding of this problem in its holistic ontology and phenomenology.

    This chapter examines the pedagogical potential of Lao Tzu's philosophical concept of Tao through the prism of developing a harmonious personality in modern society. The author conceptualizes Tao, interpreting ancient postulates as a methodological basis for modern humanistic pedagogy. The study is based on the following provisions: 1) the limits of verbalization in education (it is proven that the essence of personality development (Tao) is broader than any formal descriptions and boundaries, which requires the teacher to move to non-linear methods of transmitting experience); 2) sensory comprehension of the world (Tao is viewed not as an abstract substance, but as a living process, comprehended through involvement with the surrounding world, which substantiates the importance of empirical and existential learning); 3) the dialectic of pedagogical discourse: Lao Tzu's use of rational and metaphorical speech is analyzed as a prototype of modern problem-based learning methods.

    This chapter presents the results of a theoretical and empirical study of the psychological characteristics of students integrating academic and athletic activities in a higher education setting. The relevance of the study stems from the contradiction between the high social demand for well-rounded professionals and the insufficient understanding of the psychological mechanisms of student-athlete development in the university educational environment. The aim of the study is to identify and characterize the psychological determinants, structure, and dynamics of students' personal characteristics in the context of physical education and sports activities and to identify areas for optimizing psychological and pedagogical support for this category of students. The methodological framework is based on a subject-activity approach, the concept of personal potential, and the theory of coping behavior. The study was implemented using a combination of psychodiagnostic methods: the Self-Organization of Activity Questionnaire, the Differential Reflection Diagnostic Method, the Personality Self-Determination Scale, the Coping Strategies Questionnaire, the Keirsey Method, and the «Self-Portrait» projective technique. The sample included 140 students (50 highly skilled athletes and 90 students not involved in professional sports). Statistically significant differences in the structure of students' personal potential were identified depending on their involvement in sports activities. It was shown that athletes demonstrate higher levels of self-organization, self-determination, and a preference for constructive coping strategies. Specific personality profiles of athletes practicing aesthetic sports were identified, characterized by extroversion, perfectionism, workaholism, and demonstrativeness. A theoretical structural and functional model, «Personality Determinants of the Effectiveness of Students' Physical Education and Sports Activities," was developed. Directions for personalizing psychological and pedagogical support are substantiated, differentiated based on students' sports specialization and individual psychological characteristics. The materials in this chapter can be used in the activities of university psychological services and in the training of coaches and teachers.

    Abstract This article examines the potential of the Five-Factor Model of personality (Big Five) as a theoretical and methodological foundation for coaching practice. The dispositional approach to understanding client behavior is discussed, along with its significance for facilitating sustainable professional change. The paper presents a procedural model for integrating the Big Five framework into coaching practice, including stages of assessment, hypothesis formulation, intervention design, and evaluation of change dynamics. Based on the analysis of the authors’ practical coaching experience, it is demonstrated that awareness of an individual’s personality profile contributes to the development of metacognitive awareness, reduces the recurrence of maladaptive behavioral patterns, and supports the formation of more sustainable behavioral strategies.     This article examines the issue of improving the physical education system for university students in the context of developing competitive and well-rounded professionals. The objective of the study is to theoretically substantiate and develop an acmeological model of physical education in higher education, aimed at enabling students to achieve excellence (acme) not only in physical performance but also in personal and professional development. The relevance of this work stems from the need to shift from the traditional, norm-oriented paradigm of physical education to a personal-activity-based, integrative model that ensures students' agency in the process of physical self-improvement. The theoretical analysis and pedagogical modeling utilized systemic, acmeological, and competency-based approaches. The study resulted in a structural and functional model, the core of which is the student as an active agent, purposefully moving toward an individual "acme" through the unity of motivational-value, operational-activity, reflexive-regulatory, and social-adaptive components. The model is structured in stages (adaptive, productive, and reflexive-creative stages) and is implemented through specific pedagogical conditions. It is concluded that the implementation of the acmeological model fosters a sustainable need for students to engage in physical education as an integral part of their future professional activities and personal lifestyle, which ultimately improves their quality of life and professional fulfillment.

    Over the past three years, neural networks and other artificial intelligence (AI) technologies have become one of the most discussed topics in education, from school to university. This article examines the main uses of neural networks in the educational process, analyzing their key benefits (personalization, automation of everyday tasks, expanding access to knowledge) and risks (ethical issues, substitution of independent work, digital divide, unreliable information). Based on an analysis of modern scientific and educational literature, it shows how neural networks are changing education and what conditions are necessary for their safe and effective implementation.     Abstract:
    The article examines the fundamental role of the apparatus of discrete mathematics, in particular set theory and mathematical logic, in the design and development of intelligent educational environments (IEDs). The key tasks of IEDs are analyzed, such as knowledge formalization, adaptive planning of learning trajectories, gap diagnosis and generation of personalized tasks, the solution of which is based on operations on sets, Boolean algebra, logical rules and predicate calculus. It is proved that the use of these formal methods makes it possible to move from intuitive design of educational content to a precise, algorithmically controlled process, which is a critical factor in improving the quality and accessibility of education. The work highlights promising areas of integration of these disciplines into modern EdTech solutions.

    The work is devoted to the study of the relationship between self-efficacy and self-management of students of a pedagogical university. Personal self-efficacy as the ability to quickly and effectively solve problems in various areas of life is typical for some students of a pedagogical university. So, self-effectiveness in the field of communication is quite well developed, the level of self-effectiveness in subject activities is somewhat lower. Understanding self-management is essential for uncovering the mechanisms of personal growth, professional success, and social adaptation. The students' real ability to manage their academic and extracurricular processes leaves much to be desired, especially in key areas such as forecasting, self-monitoring, and correction. Students' confidence in their professional (subject) abilities is closely intertwined with the ability to manage their activities. There is a paradox: students are confident in their abilities, but they do not have the developed skills to implement this confidence in well-planned actions. Correlation analysis revealed a stable and growing link between self-efficacy and self-management among students. As we learn, this connection strengthens and affects more and more components of self-government, which confirms their mutual development.

    The article examines the influence of the enneatype of the teacher on the pedagogical process and the quality of interaction with students, taking into account the level of his self-awareness. The methodological basis is a comprehensive analysis of theoretical and empirical data in the field of educational psychology and personality psychology. It is revealed that each of the 9 enneatypes of teachers has a unique style of teaching, which has both strengths and weaknesses in the educational process. Level self-awareness of the teacher plays a key role in optimizing pedagogical interaction, allowing you to effectively use strengths and compensate for weaknesses.
