    Abstract:
    The study was carried out at the expense of the 2024 state assignment №073-03-2024-051/8 dated 09.12.2024 of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation to carry out research work on the topic «Designing an integrative model of personalized trajectories and evaluating the effectiveness of educational activities of the adviser to the Director for education and interaction with children's public associations in mentoring conditions». The materials present an analysis of theoretical, methodological and practice-oriented research on the problem field, which actualizes, within the framework of the modern socio-cultural situation, the design and implementation of personalized professional development trajectories for the adviser to the director of education and interaction with children's public associations as a mentor. The authors consider the process of designing a personalized professional development trajectory for the Director of education, including a number of stages and mechanisms of his activity, identify the range of role positions of the adviser, the conditions for implementing personalized professional development trajectories for the Director of education, the mechanisms for designing and implementing a personalized professional development trajectory, and provide technological maps reflecting the sequence of self-movement of a specialist in professional development. Based on the research analysis, the authors determined the essence of the educational practice of the adviser to the Director of education, outlined its characteristics, proposed a classification of educational practices, and provided examples of educational practices implemented in the Russian Federation.

    Abstract:
    The chapter analyzes the concept of self-regulation, which is often found in various literature and has a large number of interpretations. In particular, psychological self-regulation of consciousness and the corresponding behavior of an individual in conditions of uncertainty is of particular interest. The existence of a person, his material well-being, health and even the life of a person depend on how he can cope with uncertainty and instability. The methodological principle for considering this problem is the principle of dialectical determinism. The result of considering the topic is the identification of its own approach to the study of self-regulation of personality behavior, which allows normalizing its mental state in conditions of uncertainty. The problems of studying self-regulation of personality behavior in the authors are closely related to social problems, and this connection can be designated as «normative determination». Depending on the type of personality, it will react differently to a situation of uncertainty in the absence of clear socio-cultural norms. Moreover, a person can nihilistically reject norms. A scheme of a categorical model for studying the behavior of an individual in a situation of normative uncertainty is proposed.

    Abstract:
    The study is designed to identify the relationship between self-presentation strategies and personality orientation in communication in adolescence. Self-presentation is understood as the totality of all human actions aimed at creating a certain image in the eyes of the audience, which can be either an individual or a group of people. Сommunication styles that are equally common in various situations of interpersonal interaction determine the personality orientation in communication. It has been established that self-presentation of adolescents is aimed at demonstrating personal achievements and the desire to make a favorable impression on a friend, class teacher (teacher), and classmates. When presenting themselves, adolescents with an authoritarian communication style use the «Desire to please» strategy; students with a manipulative communication style do not use the «Exemplary behavior» strategy; boys and girls with a dialogical orientation in communication have the «Tracking the impression made» strategy; schoolchildren who prefer the «Intimidation» strategy are focused primarily on the manipulative style of communication. The images of self-presentation identified in the work can serve as a basis for compiling training courses and educational programs on effective self-presentation in significant situations of interaction in the age group under study.

    In the context of the rapid transition to digital learning formats, cybersecurity is becoming one of the key tasks for educational institutions. The article "Cybersecurity in digital Education: Protecting the data of students and teachers" examines the main threats faced by participants in the educational process, including leaks of personal information, cyber attacks and fraud. Special attention is paid to data protection methods such as encryption, multi-factor authentication and user training in the basics of cybersecurity. Legislative aspects and standards governing the protection of personal data in the educational environment are also discussed. In conclusion, the article emphasizes the importance of creating a culture of cybersecurity in educational institutions, which contributes not only to the protection of information, but also to increasing the trust of students and teachers in digital educational platforms.

    This topic is relevant, due to the consideration of the problems of professional socialization in the scientific pedagogical literature separately, in this study the author considers them integrated and in general. Research problem: what are the essence and functions of pedagogical support for vocational and labour socialization of pupils of an educational organization on the example of students of a technical college, what are the content of the system of pedagogical support and the conditions for the effective organization of the provided pedagogical support? Research methods: theoretical: literature analysis, data synthesis; empirical: conversation, testing. The reliability of the research results is due to the choice of research methods and experimental base adequate to the tasks set, the careful development and justification of experimental designs, the representativeness of the experimental sample, the variety of collected experimental facts, and their number. The experiment showed the high efficiency of applying the personal-situational approach in the educational process with the developed process of vocational and labour socialization of students. The results of the experiment allow us to conclude that it is advisable to organize this process in educational organizations.

    The article attempts to provide a theoretical and empirical justification for the role of contextual technologies in the formation of an informationally and psychologically safe educational environment, which determines the formation of responsible behavior in the context of the socio-cultural context of multiple reality.     Increasing the human potential of teaching staff takes one of their leading places in identifying urgent tasks to improve the quality of general education as the main vector of development of state educational policy. The interrelation and interdependence of the processes of increasing the human potential of teachers and the quality of educational results of students are beyond doubt determines the relevance of the presented research. The purpose of this article is to identify the main directions of state policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human potential of teaching staff in the Russian Federation. The main materials for the study were federal and regional regulatory documents reflecting the main directions of state policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human resources of teaching staff in the Russian Federation, and the main research method in the presented work was the analysis of these documents. In addition, the study was also based on an analysis of the regional practice of implementing the main directions of state policy in the field of education on the example of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. As a result of the study, the main vectors of the state educational policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human potential of teaching staff in the Russian Federation were identified.

    This article presents the results of an experimental study devoted to the study of the features of the structural components of self-awareness in children aged 5–6 years in the aspect of child-parent relationships. Addressing the designated issue is associated with the presence of significant deformations in the system of child-parent relationships recorded in recent decades in modern families, which negatively affect the personal development of the younger generation. Particularly significant in this issue is the preschool period, when the fundamental foundations of the child's personality are formed, first of all, the ability to realize his or her Self. At the same time, despite the increased relevance of the designated problem, it can be stated that it has not been finally resolved. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the structural components of self-awareness in children aged 5–6 years in the aspect of child-parent relationships. The research methods are theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific literature on the research problem, ascertaining experiment, quantitative and qualitative analysis of the obtained data, methods of their interpretation. Results of the study: during the experimental study, the hypothesis was confirmed that the features of the structural components of self-awareness in children aged 5–6 years in the aspect of parent-child relationships are as follows: harmonious relationships between parents and a child in the family contribute to the formation of a higher level of the "I-image", a claim to recognition, a sense of gender identity, a sense of oneself in time, an understanding of one’s rights and responsibilities compared to disharmonious ones.

    Abstract:
    Formation of human resources potential is an important task at the current stage of economic development of Russia. Digitalization of the economy gives rise to problems, including the risk of reduced employment stability (due to the fact that artificial intelligence replaces human resources and reduces the number of jobs) and the need to retrain specialists both within the region and their migration to areas with a shortage of labor resources. The difference between supply and demand in the labor market is explained by many factors. This may be a national problem – an excess of graduates in humanities and social sciences, which leads to a situation where candidates are forced to look for work unrelated to their education. Or these may be regional reasons. This problem can be reduced by the sphere of additional education, which allows retraining and developing the necessary competencies for applicants. Identification of the complex effect of the influence of various factors on the successful employment of citizens; is a time-consuming, complexly structured scientific task, for which it is proposed to use cognitive modeling. Based on the constructed model, scenarios for the development of labor resources are determined, taking into account regional peculiarities; assessment of the needs of the region in training and retraining of personnel. Their analysis and selection of the most promising scenarios from the standpoint of minimizing the costs of retraining citizens, as well as the constructed functional models of the procedure for selecting candidates among unemployed citizens for additional training (a model reflecting the current state of the research object and models reflecting possible scenarios for the development of the research object) can become the basis for developing a methodology for selecting candidates for additional training for a program that meets the needs of the citizen and the existing offers in the region.

Both the positive and negative sides of their use are analyzed, including increasing motivation and student engagement, developing critical thinking and self-organization skills. Particular attention is paid to the risks associated with the deterioration of social interaction and the physical consequences of prolonged use of gadgets. In conclusion, recommendations are offered on the optimal implementation of digital technologies in the educational process to maximize the personal potential of students.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the theoretical aspects of the problem of the information literacy formation, as well as significant media qualities of studying youth’s personalities, and their socialization in the context of global informatization of education. Personality is understood as a complex, versatile, and voluminous concept of the inner and social essence of an individual. It is defined as a person who constantly develops his inner qualities in a social environment, manifested in the process of communication. The possibilities of the influence of media environment and media education on the formation of student’s personality and media literacy in architectural, artistic, and technological directions and design are investigated. The process, methodological features, and results of professional and artistic education in the media environment and the real environment were also explored in this article. The author concludes the importance of acquiring media information literacy, critical thinking in the formation of a student's artistic and professional personality, and his successful socialization in the media environment. Socialization in the media environment is viewed as a self-developing professional entry into a new information system with the assimilation of rules and acquisition of knowledge and skills, excluding social risks. The research methodology is based on the interdisciplinary paradigm, the principles of consistency and scientific nature, psychological and pedagogical concepts of personality-oriented education as well as the didactic concept of teaching via digital technologies. The educational technologies described by the author can be applied in teaching art students, architects, art-technologists, and designers.
