The description of one of the possible methods of achieving socio-personal results by blind teenagers is also given in the article. These activities help the students to obtain skills that allow them to successfully communicate with sighted adults and express their abilities on the same level with teenagers without vision problems.

    В рамках возобновившейся в историографии научной полемики вокруг историко-биографических штудий автор статьи обращается к анализу актуального состояния биографического изучения историографии. Опираясь на многолетний опыт историографической школы Казанского университета и принимая во внимание произошедшие в социогуманитарном знании культурные повороты, значительно расширившие возможности биографической историографии, автор предлагает обозначить пласт исследований, посвященных биографиям ученых-историков, термином «Personalia», который корреспондируется с «персональной историей», но имеет и некоторые особенности, позволяя совместить микро- и макроуровни социокультурного анализа истории исторической науки.

    The monograph deals with issues relating to research on the socio-psychological characteristics and life prospects of the educator’s personality - concepts, history of development, methods and techniques. In order to fulfill functions and achieve good results in professional activities, an educator, possessing a set of socio-psychological features and important qualities in terms of professional, should plan his activities. The educator needs to build a future perspective and fruitfully realize his life path. According to the results of the research conducted within the framework of social psychology, the conclusion was made: the life perspective of educators is subjective and determined by the characteristics of their socio-psychological characteristics, their psychological well-being, level of resilience, specific content characteristics of the awareness of their inner world «I», of their past, present, and future. The theoretical significance of the work lies in the fact that the study presents a theoretical justification for the definition of the concepts of socio-psychological characteristics, life and time perspectives of the educator’s personality. Some features of these concepts are revealed. Practical significance is to be identified within the framework of those aspects of the problem being studied, which the authors will solve in perspective. The work is addressed to students, graduate students, teachers, researchers and practitioners in the specialty «Psychology».

    Abstract:
    This article discusses the development of self-esteem in primary school age, its changes and factors of self-esteem in students from the first to fourth grades. The article gives the concept of self-esteem. The authors note that the primary school teacher should take into account the psychological, individual and differentiated approach to learning. Self-assessment of a junior schoolchild is an unstable phenomenon and becomes differentiated. This is manifested in the emergence of the emotional orientation of the general self-esteem and the child's ability to self-assess.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the problems of professional training of persons serving sentences in correctional institutions. Getting basic general education by convicted persons is an effective means of correction and contributes to the further re-socialization of the individual after release. The article deals with the features of the educational process in relation to certain categories of convicts (disabled, minors). The authors have analyzed the foreign experience of the use of educational and vocational programs in relation to prisoners (on the example of programs in the USA) and drawn conclusions about the possibility of using this experience in peal institutions of the Russian Federation. Based on the analysis of practical experience in the implementation of educational programs in the institutions of the penal system, the authors have proposed revisions and additions to the articles 108 and 112 of the Criminal executive code of the Russian Federation.

    Abstract:
    The article presents a comparative analysis of the nature and content of the concepts of risk and business reputation of the organization. The factors that may affect the process of digitalization of the economy in Russia are identified. The relationship between digitalization of the economy and the business reputation of industrial companies is defined. The refined definition of risk suggests considering risk as an economic phenomenon, which is an integral element of all socio-economic processes that occur in the organization, and is able to lead the system out of balance and, consequently, either improve its performance, or lead to undesirable losses, or destroy. The complete concept of business reputation is that it defines it as a stable representation in the minds of contractors of the organization (consumers, government agencies, suppliers, commercial banks) about the good faith of the fulfillment of its obligations, a high level of quality of the products of the efficiency of the implementation of business contracts. The interrelation between increase in business reputation and growth of competitiveness of the industrial organizations is shown. The quantitative index for assessing the level of goodwill by the dynamics of the revealed violations of the organizations in the industry is proposed. The dynamics of this indicator of industrial organizations of the Russian Federation in 2011–2017 is investigated. Such directions of reducing the risk of business reputation of the industrial organization of the Russian Federation as the development of tools for motivating personnel, the intensification of the use of professional psychological assistance for employees and management of industrial companies, the movement of their business reputation in social networks, the improvement of PR-companies of industrial enterprises, the development of self-regulatory organizations of the industry and the intensification of their activities in the management of the process of ensuring business reputation are revealed. The necessity of formation of independent qualified ratings of business reputation of domestic industrial companies formed in the context of sub-sectors of a particular sector of the economy and regions of the Russian Federation is shown.

The paper notes that the assertion of a constitutionalism model in society as a general social value is connected with the authority of fair legislation.

  • About the implicit variant of the affix of the third person of the category of possession of nouns in the Chuvash language

    The article deals with the spelling of nominal word combinations in the Chuvash language, the components of which are connected by an implicit version of the affix of the third person. The work points to the contradiction in the orthography of similar word combinations: кĕреке пуçĕ "toast-master", вăйă пуçĕ "head of the game", кĕтÿ пуçĕ "leader of the pack" (separately) – пирĕн çулпуç "our leader", гений çулпуç "brilliant leader" (in one word). The modern spelling dictionaries do not include a number of word combinations, which are identical in structure with the syntagmas represented in dictionaries in the joined-up writing. The author proves that a separate spelling corresponds to the orthography of all nominal syntagmas.
