    Abstract:
    В настоящее время стафилококковые инфекции – актуальная клиническая и социальная проблема здравоохранения. Staphylococcus aureus (золотистый стафилококк) – один из самых часто встречающихся микроорганизмов в составе нормального микробиома человека. Обладая разнообразными факторами патогенности – способностью к адгезии и противодействию защитным механизмам организма хозяина, полирезистентностью к антибиотикам и др., Staphylococcus aureus нередко вызывает развитие инфекционного процесса. В работе авторы изучали микробиом носо- и ротоглотки у пациентов с острыми респираторными вирусными заболеваниями, с идентификацией консорциума методом времяпролётной масс-спектрометрии, с последующим культивированием чистой культуры штамма Staphylococcus aureus. Выделенный штамм служил модельной тест-системой для анализа влияния антибактериальных препаратов (Азитромицин, Амоксициллин, Цефтриаксон) в различных концентрациях, морфологических показателей и индекса пролиферации клеток штамма. Выявлено, что концентрация АМП как угнетает, так и активирует пролиферативный потенциал Staphylococcus aureus.

    Статья посвящена изучению видового состава консорциумов бактерий-деструкторов в УМУП «Ульяновскводоканал». Выявлен консорциум микроорганизмов поступающей, осветлённой сточной воды и бактерий активного ила в аэротенках, осуществляющих биологическую очистку сточных вод. Среди бактерий-деструкторов определены доминантные виды. Определены микробиологические питательные среды, необходимые для выявления полного спектра консорциумов аэротенков.

    Abstract:
    The article considers the category of time as a phenomenon of language and literary text based on the story of Chingiz Aitmatov "The White Ship". The interest to the category of time is caused by the asymmetry of the semantics of time in the Russian and Kyrgyz languages in the works of Aitmatov, which plays an important role in the translation of the text from Russian into Kyrgyz. The purpose of the study is to analyze the functions of the past tense, especially the past definite/indefinite in the Kyrgyz version of the story. The analysis is based on the onomasiological approach. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows. In the Russian and Kyrgyz languages, when expressing the grammatical category of time, there is a structural and semantic discrepancy between the forms of past and future tense. But in both versions of the story the past tense lies at the central place. On the one hand, this is due to the non–subjection of the future to human nature, on the other hand, to respect for the past of ancestors as an experience that warns the next generation against mistakes. In the Kyrgyz version of the story, thanks to the various forms of the past tense, the translator was able to vividly convey the whole range of emotions of the boy when it came to the Mother Deer, and the translator was also able to show the importance of the ancestors for the boy.

    Abstract:
    The article raises the question of ambiguity of Future in the Past in expressing the future tense in the modern English language. The author of the article analyzes should/would + infinitive, its grammatical status and the expressed lexical meaning. The article notes that ambiguity of Future in the Past is mainly due to the homonymy of should/would + infinitive forms with the forms of the subjunctive mood. However, Future in the Past is a part of the verb system of tenses in the modern English language and it expresses assumption, intention or obligation to perform a future action from the past position.

    Abstract:
    In human culture, since ancient times, fiction has developed as a mirror of time. Therefore, a dual understanding of time is reflected in the poetics of the work: firstly, it is the time that is connected with the narrative and is developed in the plot of the work (artistic time), and secondly, it is the time, the epoch of writing the work itself (historical time). The artistic image of the time is reflected not only in historical genres, but also in all other genres and styles of literature. The historical era of writing a work can be captured in the thoughts and worldview of the characters, in the conflict being developed, the subject matter and the problems involved. The relevance of the study is related to the fact that the tragic periods of history depicted in the work must be analyzed through the worldview and moral standarts of the people. In this regard, the purpose of this article is to identify the philosophical and aesthetic connection between the artistic time continuum and the historical epoch. The subject of the research in this article is the novelette of the literary scholar and prose writer Georgy Fedorov “Ai, mantaran hir mulkaci” ("Oh, poor hare »). In the course of the study, the following results were obtained: in an artistic and philosophical work, the category of time becomes both a method of deepening the character's personality, and an indicator of the figurative model of the world, and the subject of research.

The author of the article analyzes the Future Continuous form, its grammatical status and expressed lexical meaning. The article assumes that unlike other continual forms of the English verb tenses system, the main meaning of which is the expression of an action’s duration or a process, the main function of Future Continuous is to designate neutral future actions.

    Abstract:
    Introduction. At the present stage of comparative linguistics, the study of the linguocultural specificity of phraseological units attracts the attention of modern linguists. In this regard, a large number of works devoted to linguocultural issues have appeared in science recently. Scientists of various directions in the last two decades have especially intensively investigated the problems of translating cultural meanings, namely, in phraseological units. But phraseological units with the meaning of time in a comparative terms, namely, in the Russian and Kyrgyz languages, have not yet been considered. Research methods. The article discusses the linguistic and cultural features of phraseological units, denoting the evening time of the day in Russian and Kyrgyz languages, in a comparative terms. So, with the help of phraseological units, an image of the evening time of the day is presented in Russian and Kyrgyz linguocultures. A comparative analysis was carried out in order to identify the features, similarities and distinctive features of the two studied languages. As an example, Kyrgyz and Russian phraseological units were selected from dictionaries and phraseological units were analyzed, such as «каш карайганда», «иңир талаш», «көз байлаган кез», «вечер жизни», «еще не вечер». Research results. In the Kyrgyz language, there are a lot of phraseological units denoting the evening time of the day, since since ancient times the Kyrgyz people led a nomadic lifestyle, being in the mountains, having neither a clock nor a calendar, perfectly navigated by the sun and used the solar calendar. Thus, the analysis of the presented phraseological units leads to the idea that the Russian language is inclined to more generalized designations, while the Kyrgyz language prefers more fragmented periods of time. And all this was influenced by the way of life.

    Abstract:
    Инфекционные заболевания женских половых органов, вызванные микроорганизмами, наблюдаются у большого числа пациентов гинекологических отделений, эти заболевания наносят урон здоровью женщин, нередко мешают или угрожают нормальному протеканию беременности и восстановлению организма после операционных вмешательств. Проведение локального микробиологического мониторинга возбудителей инфекционных заболеваний женских половых органов, а также изучение их антибиотикочувствительности способствуют разработке оптимальной терапии для пациенток с похожими случаями и содействуют изучению особенностей заболеваний женского населения в целом. В статье изучено видовое разнообразие микроорганизмов цервикального канала при гинекологических заболеваниях и проведен анализ антибиотикоустойчивости основных возбудителей бактериальных и грибковых инфекций.

    Статья посвящена исследованию нозокомиальной инфекции. Данные инфекции кровотока являются одной из важных проблем пациентов отделения реанимации и интенсивной терапии, т.к. увеличивают не только сроки пребывания больного в стационаре, но и приводят к повышению уровня смертности. Проведение локального микробиологического мониторинга микроорганизмов, вызывающих бактериемию и изучение их антибиотикочувствительности дает возможность проведения оптимальной антибиотикотерапии.
