  • Training of Foreign Citizens in Postgraduate Studies at a Pedagogical University: An Analysis of Practice

    Abstract:
    The internationalization of the educational sphere, the growth of international academic mobility, and the development of educational cooperation determine the identification of key guidelines in the system of training national personnel for foreign countries. The Russian Federation is among the top ten countries in the world for the export of education. Every year, an increasing number of foreign citizens are attracted to training in programs for the training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in the postgraduate programs of Russian universities, including pedagogical ones. The purpose of this study is to analyze the student body and the practices of training foreign citizens in the postgraduate program of a pedagogical university. The author analyzed the contingent of foreign postgraduate students at pedagogical universities in the Volga Federal District. The paper presents a system for training and supporting foreign postgraduate students, which allows them to more easily adapt to the new socio-cultural environment and master the educational and scientific components of the postgraduate program. The main problems of training foreign citizens in postgraduate programs are identified and areas of activity are proposed to improve the process of training foreign scientific and pedagogical personnel in the postgraduate programs of pedagogical universities.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the process of digital transformation in Russia, focusing on national projects aimed at developing digital competencies in the state, municipal, economic and social spheres until 2030. The analysis of existing approaches to the definition and classification of digital competencies is presented, key components such as digital literacy, culture and competence are highlighted. Attention is paid to the differences between digital and information competencies. Based on the analysis, the authors propose to identify three key categories in the classification of digital competencies: information, communication and technical skills. The importance of the formation of digital competencies for specialists in various industries and the need for their formation in the process of professional training in higher education institutions are discussed.

    Abstract:
    Статья рассматривает актуальность изменений в системе высшего образования и роль межличностного взаимодействия как ключевого ресурса качества образовательного процесса в условиях цифровизации, гибридизации и глобализации. Анализируются формальные и неформальные нормы, их влияние на мотивацию, вовлечённость, академическую успеваемость и развитие учебной идентичности. Оцениваются культурно-гендерные, возрастные и дисциплинарные факторы, влияющие на нормо-образование и модели взаимодействия преподавателя и студента (авторитарная, либеральная, партнерская, конструктивистская), а также характерные преимущества и ограничения каждой модели. Делается вывод о необходимости гибридной интеграции элементов различных моделей с учётом контекста, создание системного подхода к развитию межличностного взаимодействия через тренинги по коммуникации, наставничество, совместное целеполагание и оценку, а также развитие цифровых инструментов и инклюзивных практик. В статье подчёркнута роль прозрачности и справедливости в оценке, психологической безопасности и координации на уровне администраций, кафедр и наставничества как факторов снижения риска выгорания и повышения удовлетворённости образовательным опытом.

    В статье рассматривается вопрос трансформации системы научно-исследовательской работы студентов высших учебных заведений Чувашской Республики в начале 1990-х годов в условиях социально-экономического кризиса. Исследование охватывает ключевые аспекты реорганизации высшего образования в период перехода к рыночной экономике, включая сокращение государственного финансирования, введение платного обучения и изменение требований к профессиональной подготовке выпускников. Особое внимание уделяется анализу деятельности ведущих вузов региона: ЧГУ им. И.Н. Ульянова, ЧГПИ им. И.Я. Яковлева, ЧФ РУК и ЧСХИ. В работе подробно исследуются две основные формы организации научной работы студентов: учебно-исследовательская деятельность в рамках образовательного процесса и внеучебная исследовательская работа. Представлены количественные показатели вовлеченности студентов в научную деятельность, описаны методы организации научно-исследовательской работы, а также меры по её совершенствованию.

    В статье рассматривается вопрос студенческого спорта не как сопутствующей, а как интегрированной системы оптимизации образовательного процесса, способной корректировать психофизиологическое состояние, повышать устойчивость к стрессу и усиливать когнитивную эффективность. Анализируются физиологические и психолого-педагогические механизмы влияния регулярных физических упражнений на когнитивные функции, мотивацию и уровень энергии обучающихся. Отмечается, что физическая активность способствует улучшению концентрации внимания, памяти, снижению стрессовых состояний и повышению общей работоспособности. Особое внимание уделяется вопросам интеграции физических нагрузок в учебный процесс и формированию мотивации студентов к регулярным занятиям спортом как способу повышения качества обучения.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the study is to develop a structural and functional model for training young highly qualified specialists with the necessary knowledge, competencies and practical experience in the area of activity of the enterprise (organization). The theoretical and methodological basis of the study is made up of empirical (expert assessments, study of teaching experience, experiment) and theoretical (system analysis, historical analogy, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, decision making) methods. Also, when summarizing the research results, the method of statistical indicators was used, as well as methods of visual presentation of information. As a result of the study, analyzed literary sources and reviews of domestic and foreign authors on the formation and functioning of basic departments at enterprises. Based on the analysis, as well as in the interests of implementing the strategic goals of the basic department, the author proposed a three-level structural and functional model for training highly qualified specialists in the «school-university-enterprise» system.

    In today's digitalized world, staffing is becoming the fundamental basis for effective transformation. Global digital transformation processes permeate all aspects of socio-economic development. A new type of specialist in demand in the labor market must meet the criteria that are formed in the context of national projects being implemented in the country – he is a creative professional who makes responsible decisions and creates a positive image not only of his profession, but also of the organization and the state as a whole. In the context of the transformation of the modern labor market, digital technologies are becoming the most important tool for training competitive university graduates. The chapter is devoted to the interpretation of the concept of «digital technologies in education», the disclosure of their essence and structural components. Digital technologies have advantages over traditional educational technologies: access to a variety of resources and tools, adaptability and personalized learning, as well as the development of digital skills needed in today's labor market. However, the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process is associated with a number of challenges, such as the need to ensure digital literacy among teachers and students, infrastructure development, and data protection. The influence of digital technologies on the formation of graduates' competitive abilities is manifested in their ability to effectively adapt to changing labor market conditions, meet employers' requirements and develop personal qualities, including critical thinking, creativity and readiness for continuous learning. The integration of digital technologies into the educational environment of a university requires a strategic approach focused on the development of a specialist's personality, the needs of the modern labor market and the requirements of potential employers.

    This chapter presents the results of the study in English, which were previously published in Russian, for a wider range of readers, teachers and researchers. The work is devoted to the study of pedagogical technology of professiographic monitoring of the process of formation of the motivational component of professional competence. For experimental work, the study was conducted with the introduction of professiographic monitoring in the educational process of vocational training of naval university cadets in a blended learning environment. Professiographic monitoring is a little-studied technology; the result of the work is the definition of its functions, criteria for assessing the level of the motivational component of professional competence.

    Актуальность исследования обусловила тот факт, что внедрение инновационных технологий в образовательную систему является необходимым условием для успешной подготовки высококвалифицированных специалистов. В этом контексте особое внимание уделяется таким компонентам, как электронное обучение, смешанное обучение, интерактивные методы и применение искусственного интеллекта, которые на сегодняшний день становятся основным инструментарием в преподавательской практике. Интерактивные методы, направленные на вовлечение студентов в образовательный процесс, заняли ключевое место в исследовании, так как направлены на активное обучение и повышение мотивации. В статье авторы анализируют влияние инновационных технологий на качество образования, что позволило глубже понять, как цифровизация и искусственный интеллект смогут трансформировать образовательные процессы и в целом подготовку кадров для рынка труда. В исследовании освещаются ключевые темы, касающиеся тенденций электронного и смешанного обучения. Предложения по внедрению технологий в образовательный процесс помогут вузам эффективно выстраивать интеграционные решения в развитии образовательной среды. Критерии оценки качества образования и роль инноваций в конкурентной борьбе между вузами будет способствовать повышению качества образования.
