  • Local history organizations in the study and preservation of the native language and ethnoculture of the Chuvash in the 1920s

    Abstract:
    The establishment of the Soviet power on the territory of the Russian empire led to a new system of values, activation of the population in all fields of the social life. In the sphere of museum building in the 1920s a noticeable role was played by such public scientific and educational associations as the Society for the Study of the Local Territory in Cheboksary (1921-1931) and the Society for the Study of Chuvash Culture in Moscow (1927-1931). The main aim of the article is to reveal the history of the formation and work of these organizations. The material is presented chronologically. Having established close contacts with scientific institutions throughout Russia and with famous scientists, the local history organizations with a wide network of branches and cells promoted an in-depth study and development of the economy and culture of the Chuvash region and the spiritual culture of the Chuvash, half of whose population lived outside the territory of the autonomy. The special attention these societies paid to the development of the native language and culture of the Chuvash people that allowed the Chuvash people to realize their national identity. During the first decade of the Chuvash Soviet autonomy some successes in the formation of local lore as a science were achieved. On the territory of Chuvashia local history institutions and organizations made a significant contribution to the study of nature, economy, productive forces of the region, as well as the spiritual life of the people. In this period it was the Society for the Study of the Local Territory in Cheboksary and the Society for the Study of Chuvash Culture in Moscow that promoted the preservation and development of the Chuvash language.

  • Social autonomy in the Tuvan ethnic group (experimental approach of social assessment of small communities)

    Abstract:
    In the work on the Tuvan material, the problem of loneliness is considered. The purpose of the study is to identify the social aspects of social autonomy. The study sets the task of determining the social prerequisites for social autonomy in the context of the role of the family as a small social group and its social function in the formation of the social inclusion of the individual with the subsequent formation of their own social relationships, family guidelines and family constructs. The research task is to determine the specifics, degree and nature of the manifestation of social autonomy in the context of the Tuvan ethnos as an example of a national community that has its own social history, specific traditional values, special national cults of the family, children, specific understanding of the social roles of family members. As a result of the data obtained, statistical estimates were made of the dependence of the main variables that contribute to loneliness or vice versa – reduce its risks. When studying the correlation estimates of the causes of loneliness in the choice of respondents and their answers to the question about the closest social circle, it can be seen that in the absence of their own family, respondents often see the causes of loneliness in the absence of a favorite thing or in the person himself, while the presence of a family forms for the respondents the sphere of employment and encourages them to be as involved as possible in the issues of family and children, thereby leveling all possible causes of feeling of loneliness. The study allows us to draw a conclusion about the importance of one's own family and children in the Tuvan ethnic group. The presence of a generic, cultural, historical understanding of the family, children in the lives of the respondents reflects the social orientation and social focus on the presence of this particular social field as defining for the majority of the respondents.

    Recent years have seen the rise of nudging in people management and business communications. Nudging is a theory that is implemented in a variety of spheres that influences consumer behavior and decision making, using choice architecture. Despite the effectiveness of such methods, concerns and critique of their policies remain. Some opponents describe nudging as manipulation and power abuse, while others support such behavioral interventions. Therefore, in this essay the review was conducted on ethical debates surrounding the nudging theory.

  • Typology of cause-and-effect relationships to the methodology "Composing a story based on a series of plot pictures" for preschool children with general underdevelopment of speech

    Abstract:
    The article describes the results of applying the theoretical research method - the method of analyzing scientific knowledge systems to study the possibilities of extending the previously developed typology of cause-and-effect relationships to the implementation of various options for the "Compilation of a story based on a series of plot pictures" methodology as part of speech therapy work with preschool children with general underdevelopment speech. Variants of this technique are described, their diagnostic and corrective significance is indicated. Further, in accordance with the previously formulated principles of cause-and-effect relationships, the distribution of didactic material is presented according to various options for conducting the methodology “Composing a story based on a series of plot pictures”. This material can be used to diagnose and correct verbal-logical thinking and coherent speech in preschool children with general speech underdevelopment.

Проведенное исследование показало, что каждая сказка способна вызывать определенные чувства и эмоции, способна воспитывать и помогать понять окружающий мир и отношения людей к этому окружающему миру и друг к другу. Главное – это правильный выбор сказки, который должен быть основан на теме, предложенной педагогом в рамках педагогического процесса, и подкреплять ее.

    В статье описан оригинальный авторский подход к изучению элементов порядковой логики (ПЛ) на основе обобщения основных операций: дизъюнкции и конъюнкции в бесконечнозначной логики БЛ. После обобщения дизъюнкцию БЛ можно рассматривать как r-функцию f(r) при r=n, а конъюнкцию БЛ- как f(r) при r=1. Так как многие значения логики (БЛ) к порядковой логике (ПЛ) для возможности блочного описания систем на основе понятий квазиматрица и её числовой характеристики – логического определителя, которые играют ту же роль, что и обычная квадратная матрица с её определителем для линейной системы.

    Abstract:
    The problem of an integrated approach to the ecologization of domestic education is important and relevant in the context of the formation of a sustainable development worldview in society. The inclusion of the basics of environmental education in the training program for drivers of various categories in driving schools is an important aspect of environmental education for adults. To date, issues related to the negative impact on the environment of vehicles and ways to minimize it are not included in the training programs at driving schools. In the chapter, using the method of ecological and economic assessment, it is proposed to assess what damage to the environment can be prevented if environmental issues are included in the educational programs of driving schools. Fostering a responsible attitude to the environment in the new generation of drivers is an important component of the development of ecological culture.

    Авторами статьи уточнено соотношение элементов в классификации автомобильных дорог на основе федеральных законодательных требований. Выявлена роль и функции управлений дорожного хозяйства Минобороны России в достижении планируемого роста доли соответствующих нормативным требованиям автодорог в рамках проекта «Автомобильные дороги Минобороны России». Уточнены отдельные аспекты финансирования дорожных работ и технического прикрытия автомобильных дорог оборонного значении в зависимости от дифференциации на автодороги общего и необщего пользования. В результате вскрытия особенностей дорожных работ по содержанию, ремонту и капитальному ремонту автомобильных дорог необщего пользования определены различия и схожесть с дорожными работами по реконструкции автомобильных дорог необщего пользования.

    В статье произведен анализ существующих проблем в автомобильной промышленности, возникших вследствие введения в отношении России нового пакета санкций. Были выявлены основные проблемы: закрытие или приостановка деятельности иностранных заводов, отсутствие технологического суверенитета автомобилестроения, а также кризис потребительского рынка. В рамках исследования были проанализированы данные «Автостата», позволившие отразить состояние автомобильного бизнеса РФ в настоящий момент. Рассмотрены государственные меры поддержки автомобильной промышленности и предложены пути решения выявленных проблем.

    В статье проанализированы результаты решения тестовых заданий шести видов, полученные методом экспертного моделирования. Модель тестируемого была представлена шестью уровнями обученности в зависимости от объемов изученного материала. Для каждого вида тестовых заданий определены вероятности угадывания верного ответа в зависимости от уровня обученности тестируемых. Проанализирована потенциальная устойчивость каждого вида тестовых заданий к ошибкам второго рода.

    Abstract:
    It is well known that sperm is a unique cell with a function to be done by itself outside the body and this function is second to none for species’ continuity. The sperm mission of reaching the ova and is affected by both chemical and physical factors influence its ability to survive, move and fertilize the ova. Vibration as an environmental external physical stressor that affect semen viscosity and accordingly semen velocity, is reported to be prevalent among drivers occupied in industrial jobs whose inability to produce natural sperm compared to other occupation will be reviewed in this paper. We will also review the effects of mechanical vibrations with a special attention to shaking semen samples in assisted reproductive technologies in vitro. The effects of whole body exposure to vibrations on reproductive indices will also be investigated.

    В статье исследуется индивидуальный стиль педагогической деятельности в связи с проблемой автономности личности преподавателя. Показано следующее. Во-первых, в основе индивидуального стиля педагогической деятельности находятся бессознательное и экзистенция личности педагога, что определяет индивидуальность стиля. Во-вторых, в силу данного обстоятельства индивидуальные стили педагогической деятельности не могут быть классифицированы исчерпывающим образом, т.к. останутся неподдающимися статистической оценке. В-третьих, индивидуальный стиль педагогической деятельности напрямую связан с процессом индивидуации личности и ее автономией: в процессе индивидуации формируется подлинно индивидуальный стиль, основанный на предназначении личности и ее истории.

Анализируются особенности построения композиции, её законы и наиболее эффективные варианты расположения элементов.
