    In today's digitalized world, staffing is becoming the fundamental basis for effective transformation. Global digital transformation processes permeate all aspects of socio-economic development. A new type of specialist in demand in the labor market must meet the criteria that are formed in the context of national projects being implemented in the country – he is a creative professional who makes responsible decisions and creates a positive image not only of his profession, but also of the organization and the state as a whole. In the context of the transformation of the modern labor market, digital technologies are becoming the most important tool for training competitive university graduates. The chapter is devoted to the interpretation of the concept of «digital technologies in education», the disclosure of their essence and structural components. Digital technologies have advantages over traditional educational technologies: access to a variety of resources and tools, adaptability and personalized learning, as well as the development of digital skills needed in today's labor market. However, the introduction of digital technologies into the educational process is associated with a number of challenges, such as the need to ensure digital literacy among teachers and students, infrastructure development, and data protection. The influence of digital technologies on the formation of graduates' competitive abilities is manifested in their ability to effectively adapt to changing labor market conditions, meet employers' requirements and develop personal qualities, including critical thinking, creativity and readiness for continuous learning. The integration of digital technologies into the educational environment of a university requires a strategic approach focused on the development of a specialist's personality, the needs of the modern labor market and the requirements of potential employers.

Дефицит профессиональной идентичности может привести к ряду проблем, таких как отсутствие уверенности в возможности академической конкуренции и отказ от стремления к академической карьере. Теория идентичности, выведенная из теории взаимодействия структурных символов, исследует отношения между индивидами и обществом и является мощным инструментом для анализа развития идентичности. В статье профессиональная идентичность выпускников-аспирантов разделяется на идентичность двух ролей «исследователя» и «профессионала». Предложены пути развития профессиональной идентичности выпускников аспирантуры.

Эффект от инвестиций в высшее образование очевиден в случае, когда выпускники могут найти работу, связанную с их специальностями сразу после окончания вуза, чтобы максимально использовать навыки, приобретенные во время обучения. В статье рассмотрены текущие тенденции и политика развития перехода от высшего образования к занятости.

    This article defines the concept of professional competence of a bachelor's degree in "Applied Computer Science in Design". To fill the content of the components of professional competence of a graduate, the requirements of employers for specialists in the field of computer design are considered: graphic designer, web designer, UX / UI designer, combined in accordance with the component composition of professional competence - cognitive, activity and motivational. A job search site with a description of vacancies for the above positions is analyzed and the level of competition for the positions is identified. The main requirements of employers for candidates for the position are identified, which contribute to determining the content of professional competence of a bachelor's degree in the profile "Applied Computer Science in Design". Vacancy announcements for each of the design areas we selected are analyzed. The analysis allowed us to formulate requirements for applicants for the positions of graphic designer, web designer, UX / UI designer in accordance with the component composition of professional competence. The identified requirements can serve as a tool for assessing the level of acceleration of professional competence of graduates in the field of training, applied informatics, profile applied informatics in design.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются особенности проявления тревожности у детей начальных классов и детей уровня основного общего и среднего общего образования. В работе показаны результаты исследования школьной тревожности в первых, пятых и десятых классах, что связано в первом случае – с поступлением в школу, изменением ведущей деятельности с игровой на учебную, и во втором – переход с начальной ступени образования на уровень основного общего образования. С возрастом тревожность учеников снижается, но резко повышается у выпускников, сдающих экзамены. Старшеклассники проявляют тревожность, боясь за свои успехи, а также, боясь не соответствовать ожиданиям родителей и других взрослых. В данном случае тревожность проявляется либо в усердном изучении выбранного предмета, либо в полной отстраненности от процесса обучения. Обосновывается влияние школьной тревожности на процесс обучения ученика. В работе рассматриваются такие понятия, как младший школьник, школьник-подросток, школьная тревожность и тревога.

    Abstract:
    The authors summarize information on the methodological aspects of the application of the input-output method to analyze the socio-economic effects of tourism development in the regions. So far, the main practical problem remains the search for methods to optimize the assessment of the contribution of the tourism industry to the economy of the region, to identify the relationships between different sectors of the economy in terms of tourist demand. Systematic analysis and generalization of information were used as research methods. The results of the study allow us to conclude that the integration of the input-output method with econometric models and comparative analysis makes it possible to assess in more detail the multiplicative effect of tourist activity on the economy of the region, including an increase in production, employment and tax revenues.

    В статье рассматриваются особенности применения метода «затраты-выпуск» в сфере туризма, в контексте оценки экономического воздействия изучаемой отрасли на различные сектора экономики с целью разработки эффективных управленческих стратегий. Метод «затраты-выпуск» позволяет выявить прямые, косвенные и вынужденные экономические эффекты туристической деятельности, учесть взаимосвязи между изучаемой отраслью и другими секторами. Автор статьи выделяет и формулирует основные плюсы и минусы метода «затраты-выпуск», что позволяет оценить его потенциал для комплексного анализа и прогнозирования в управлении туристскими территориями. В статье доказана актуальность применения метода в современных условиях для оптимизации управленческих практик в туризме, создания устойчивой туристической инфраструктуры.

    Статья посвящена анализу актуальности применения метода «затраты-выпуск» для оценки социально-экономических эффектов туристско-рекреационных территорий и инфраструктуры туризма в России. Авторами обоснована необходимость исследования вклада туризма как драйвера экономического роста на базе представленной статистики развития отрасли на национальном и международном уровнях. Сформулированы основные проблемы (ограниченность статистической базы, недостаточная региональная детализация данных) и предложены направления совершенствования методологии анализа, направленные на разработку новых подходов к статистическому учёту туристов, расширение системы показателей, интеграцию данных организаций, входящих в туристические кластеры. Отмечена важность диверсификации экономики регионов и укрепления туристической отрасли в качестве одного из ключевых элементов устойчивого развития.

    Higher education is the most important factor in the country's economic development, meeting its needs for professionals trained in universities who are capable of implementing the strategy of technological leadership and making the national economy effective and competitive in the context of political and economic sanctions against Russia. Much attention is paid today by higher education authorities to organizing educational work in universities and involving students in various «activities», which is often done in universities even by removing students from classes. However, due to political and economic sanctions against Russia, the national economy is experiencing a major shortage of professional personnel, which can and should be replenished by university graduates. As a result, higher education authorities and Russian universities should currently pay special attention to the development of higher education as professional education. Unfortunately, administrative and economic methods prevail in matters of the content and organization of higher education in universities, reducing the effectiveness of the development of higher education, namely as professional education. This is due to the fact that the management of universities is forced to pay more attention to financial issues in order to optimize and reduce costs, receive (earn) money through grant activities, implement business contracts, change staffing by increasing the intensity of teachers' work, etc. The study of the situation with Russian higher education, including the method of included observation, allows us to identify problems in the field of training modern professionals in domestic universities. At the same time, the «new model» of Russian higher education, which is planned to be implemented in universities by higher education authorities in the near future, from the standpoint of its possible effectiveness raises many doubts that it will ensure the predictive development of higher education as professional education and will allow meeting the needs of the national economy in the professionals it needs. As a result, the issue of solving all the problems identified in the work, both in higher education itself and with higher education itself, becomes relevant. Based on the analysis, including the conclusions of experts and specialists in the field of higher education development, the needs of organizations for university graduates, a number of measures are proposed that allow, to a certain extent, to solve the existing problems in the area under consideration.
