    Abstract:
    Лидерство, основанное на позитивном отклонении, играет ключевую роль в трансформации организаций, однако механизмы его формирования остаются недостаточно изученными. В статье анализируется уникальный вклад инструментов позитивной организационной психологии в развитие позитивного отклонения у лидеров через управленческий коучинг. Управленческий коучинг рассматривается как стратегический процесс развития лидерских компетенций, который позволяет лидерам выходить за рамки традиционных управленческих моделей и достигать нового уровня организационной эффективности. В исследовании рассматриваются ключевые инструменты позитивной организационной психологии, используемые в управленческом коучинге: коучинг, основанный на сильных сторонах, развитие устойчивости, осознанность и смыслообразование, качественные связи и лидерская энергетика, а также позитивная обратная связь и признание. Статья анализирует, как эти инструменты позволяют лидерам преодолеть ограничения традиционного управления, развивать инновационные модели лидерства и формировать организационную культуру, основанную на доверии и вовлеченности. Кроме того, исследуются сильные и слабые стороны этого подхода, включая эффективность позитивных интервенций и риск «токсичного позитива».

    Abstract:
    The role of coaching support in the process of making value-semantic decisions for potential substitute parents is described. The study aims to identify and analyze different candidate profiles. Specialized coaching modalities are given attention – narrative coaching, existential coaching, and value-based coaching, adapted to address the unique needs and value systems of potential substitute parents. The author suggests that aligning coaching strategies with the differentiation of candidates' semantic strategies can significantly increase trust in technological solutions and child-rearing outcomes. The results can be used by practitioners to support clients throughout the entire path to substitute parenthood, thereby significantly reducing the risks associated with value conflicts and cognitive dissonance. The study highlights the need for coaching interventions that take into account the hidden potential in different candidate profiles.

    В статье представлен анализ исследования семейных установок и отношений в системе личностных конструктов студентов вузов. Методологическую основу исследования составили диспозиционная теория личности В.А. Ядова, теория личностных конструктов Дж. Келли. Методом исследования были выбраны ролевые репертуарные решетки Дж Келли. Результаты показали, что данный метод позволяет более глубоко раскрыть содержание и условия реализации в поведении семейных установок и ценностей. На основании полученных данных были выделены некоторые характерные особенности систем конструктов студентов в отношении семейных установок, ролей, отношений. Так было установлено, что личностное принятие матери никак не связано в индивидуальных системах конструктов с отношением к себе. Для подавляющего большинства студентов характерно позитивное отношение к семье.

    The relevance of addressing this topic is due to the problem that has arisen related to the change in the requirements for the unified state exam in the Russian language in 2025 for a task with a detailed answer (work on a written monologue), which is an essay based on the text read (task 27), the need to provide methodological assistance to teachers in explaining the content of the exam the essay and its evaluation criteria. The main research method is the analysis of the logical, substantive, linguistic and compositional features of the text type of reasoning in the process of using the textual approach in teaching Russian in secondary schools. The paper contains basic theoretical information about reasoning as a functional and semantic type of speech and a text of the type of reasoning. The results of the study are related to the analysis of the Demonstration version of the Unified State Exam 2025 (Russian language) in part of task 27, a comment on the compliance of the exam essay with the criteria of its.

    На основе интерпретационного подхода в статье анализируется отечественный опыт и традиции управления процессами присвоения студентами ценностей педагогической деятельности. Исследованы и описаны основы нормативно-организационного и научно-методического обеспечения реализации аксиологического подхода в профессиональной подготовке студентов; выполнен анализ аксиологического потенциала ГИА в форме демоэкзамена. Сделан вывод о том, что системное решение задач присвоения профессиональных ценностей обучающимися направления «Педагогическое образование» является необходимым условием единства подготовки будущих учителей в современном образовательном пространстве Российской Федерации.

Выявлено, что респонденты с высоким уровнем жизненной удовлетворенности имеют цели в будущем, что придает жизни осмысленность, воспринимают свою жизнь интересной, насыщенной, считают ее продуктивной, способны не только сделать выбор своего жизненного пути, но и осуществлять сознательный контроль. Программа психологического сопровождения личности в данный возрастной период должна быть направлена на развитие личностного потенциала, поиск новых возможностей самореализации и саморазвития, обретения смысла жизни, усиления субъектности личности в построении своего жизненного пути.

The data obtained can contribute to the development of more effective strategies to counter modern cyber threats, emphasizing the importance of critical thinking in strengthening the culture of information security.

    Learning is working with a variety of educational texts based on reading, understanding, evaluating and interpreting information. To identify the result of reading an educational mathematical text and the quality of understanding the meaning of the text space created by educational materials, it is necessary to diagnose reading, namely, the level of semantic reading. In the modern study of reading, the PISA international monitoring, the concept of reading literacy, its components and levels are defined. The success of understanding more complex educational mathematical texts will depend on the level of reader literacy. If the levels of reading literacy have evaluation criteria and diagnostic apparatus, then how to assess the level of semantic reading? The article examines the relationship between the levels of reading literacy and text comprehension, models for assessing the semantic complexity of the text and semantic reading skills, various level structures for diagnosing the understanding of a mathematical educational text. Based on the studied scientific material, the complexity of the educational mathematical text "Triangle" was assessed according to criteria such as the number of words, simple words, scientific terms and their complexity, the number of mentions of scientific terms in each paragraph. Diagnostic material has also been created to check the understanding of this text, each task of which is aimed at determining the understanding of each information block and assessing the degree of development of semantic reading.

    The article provides a retrospective analysis of various approaches to the adaptation of students in an interactive educational environment. The characteristics of each of the analyzed approaches highlight the specifics of students' adaptation to the conditions of an interactive learning environment. The purpose of the article is to analyze the theory and practice of students' adaptation to an interactive educational environment. A comparative analysis of various scientific approaches to the adaptation of students to the educational process has allowed us to define pedagogical processes as synergetic systems in which unstable, unexpected and unpredictable situations are constantly created that require an adequate operational response from students. Consideration of pedagogical processes as synergetic systems leads to the need to use interactive educational technologies in the educational process. In an interactive educational environment, adaptation does not manifest itself in a traditional academic form, but takes the form of preadaptation, which requires students to quickly search, build and regulate their attitude and behavior, adequately changing the conditions of the educational environment. Based on the analysis of the dynamics of the development of interactive learning technologies in the study, meaning-creating educational technologies have been experimentally developed and substantiated, allowing creating conditions in the educational process for the openness of thoughts, ideas and meanings of students and the phenomena studied and knowledge about them. The educational technologies proposed in the article are a new direction in the development of an interactive educational environment, and their use in educational practice can significantly increase the adaptability of students to the educational environment.

    The presented article is devoted to the problem of human purpose in life as a psychological category. The importance of addressing the study of this issue is associated with the transformations taking place in society, leading to a sharp increase in cases of escapism and the desire for hedonism, as fundamental life guidelines of a modern personality, preventing a person from finding his true purpose in life, its meaning. However, despite the fact that interest in this issue has been growing lately, it is difficult to consider it finally resolved. The objective of this study is to determine the content of some aspects of the issue of human purpose in life as a psychological category. The method of this study is a theoretical analysis and generalization of existing scientific studies that reveal the main content of the category "human purpose in life", as well as related concepts. It has been established that a person's life purpose is a characteristic of the basic level of personality (the core of personality) and represents the initially given natural orientations of a person, his general life direction, expressing a predisposition to a certain type of functioning, style of activity, type of relationship with oneself, people and the world as a whole; a person's purpose is to become oneself, to self-determine in being, freely realizing (or freely refusing to realize) the plan for oneself. All individual callings of a person are particular ways of realizing the universal calling. The purpose of life for people gives vector certainty and programmatic nature to a person's life intentions, his ideals, dreams, life goals, life results. Values act as universals of the meaning of life, which crystallize in situations typical for society, humanity as a whole; the desire to search for and realize the meaning of life by a person is a need of a person and characterizes him as a subject of life activity. The meaning of human life is a complexly organized system of meanings, including multi-level semantic structures and functioning as a single whole.

    Upbringing is the basis of educational environment. During the modern information age upbringing as a social phenomenon stands as one of the essential sides of geopolitics, it forms the core of cultural and spiritual tradition and practice of education. Upbringing is as a rule the foundation for the creative attitude to the systems of life-affirmative values, yet it can become a tool for the reframing these systems into something else, sometimes absolutely alien to the spirit and nature of a human, his social and biological essence. Upbringing is much more than adaptive socialization; it is the social and cultural tool for keeping or rebuilding society and social relations. They feed up heroes, defenders, creators but the others feed up cowards, destroyers and parasites. Our world has entered the times of irreversible global changes with non-defined historical perspectives. Author of this book connects the problem schedule of modern education within the context of deep, truly revolution changes in human attitudes to the possibilities and spheres of adaptation of high technology to the high humanitarian strategies and ideas about human anthropology. He also connects these ideas and strategies with the geopolitical crisis of the modern world, global problems and global order where Russia has to not only self-define in the foremost 20-40 years, but also adopt leadership functions to elaborate a new spiritual vision of the moral world order. They should help to overdue its own symptoms and consequences of deep system social crisis and overcome such system threats of the inflicted insane world order, that is possible to lead humankind to the biological dead-ends of anthropogenesis, that is why it is necessary for the citizens to beat these tendencies back.     Многие люди в современном мире находятся в постоянной «погоне за счастьем». Понимание счастья – это фундаментальная основа поведенческих паттернов человека. От того, как человек понимает и от чего испытывает ощущение счастья, формируется стратегия и тактика всей жизни, определяются ценности и цели, строится жизненный профиль в целом. А это, в свою очередь, определяет позитивные и негативные психологические последствия. В коррекционной и терапевтической работе психолога невозможно достичь устойчивых результатов, воздействуя лишь на внешние эмоциональные факторы или на подсознательные программы. Только системное воздействие, описанное в статье, может изменить понимание счастья человека, а вслед за этим меняется вся иерархия основ личности, результаты всей жизни, уровень удовлетворённости и самого счастья.

Выявлена взаимосвязь между уровнем смысложизненных ориентаций и стадией сепарации молодых людей. В завершении даны рекомендации по профилактике негативных последствий психологической сепарации юношей и девушек от родителей.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of a study of the peculiarities of the information security culture of students of technical universities. The relevance is due to the globalization of digital technologies penetrating into all spheres of human life, both socio-political, state, professional and personal, which clearly determines the need for the formation and development of an information security culture. This issue is especially relevant in relation to students of technical universities – future specialists in the engineering industry, since they will work with technical systems and information that may be subject to various threats in the field of information security. The effectiveness of programs for the formation and development of an information security culture is largely determined by the study of the features and specifics of the manifestation of its components (technical, cognitive, behavioral, and value-semantic). The study was carried out in the form of a ascertaining experiment using the author's diagnostic questionnaire "The level of information security culture". 781 students of the Volga branch of MADI took part in the study. Based on the highlighted structure of the information security culture, the study established the specific features of the formation of its components among students of a technical university, namely, the results of the study revealed insufficient fixation in the minds of students of a technical university of the values of information security culture, a low level of patterns of safe behavior, with the general development of technical literacy in the digital space.

    Abstract:
    В эпоху постграмотности изменяется вид текстов, способы демонстрации для читателей. Электронные носители сменяют бумажные, корпус текста разбивается на малые части, которые несут в себе упрощенную для восприятия информацию. Чтение как разновидность речевой деятельности развивает личность, формирует мировоззрение и способность высказывать мысли. Из-за преобразования текстов для более быстрого восприятия у подрастающего поколения не развивается навык сфокусированной когнитивной работы для осмысления содержания. Ученик не вникает в смысл текста, следовательно, не формирует личностное знание. Перед учеными, педагогами существует необходимость исследования и создания практики формирования у обучающихся специальных стратегий и техник для рефлексивного, смыслового чтения. В работе представлен анализ понятий «чтение», «смысловое чтение», «грамотность чтения», «стратегия чтения», «технология развития критического мышления» с разных точек зрения. Выделены основные тезисы актуальности изучения и развития смыслового чтения в рамках российских и международных мониторинговых исследований, статистических и эмпирических данных. Акцентировано внимание на исследовании развития «смыслового чтения» при изучении математики учащимися основной школы.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются особенности смысложизненных, профессиональных ориентаций и субъективное благополучие руководителей учреждений образования, разделенных на две группы в зависимости от управленческого стажа – менее 10 лет и более 10 лет. Обобщенные характеристики представлены в описании ценностно-смыслового профиля каждой группы.
