    Abstract:
    Показатели, характеризующие физическую работоспособность и физическую подготовленность, у современных юношей значительно (на 20–25%) ниже, чем у их сверстников 80–90-х годов, вследствие чего около половины юношей допризывного и призывного возраста не в состоянии выполнять нормативы физической подготовленности и адаптироваться к нагрузкам военной службы. Авторы посвятили свою работу изучению актуальной проблемы и предложили программу, направленную на улучшение физических качеств у юношей 16–17 лет. Проведен сравнительный анализ полученных результатов до и после педагогического эксперимента и раскрыта практическая значимость исследовательской работы.

    Abstract:
    Формированию профессионально-прикладной физической подготовки (ППФП) будущих специалистов различного рода деятельности придается год от года все большее значение в высших учебных заведениях [3]. Создаются учебные программы по курсу «Прикладная физическая культура (Элективный модуль)» с учетом ППФП. За последнее время авторы многих работ в той или иной степени затрагивают проблемы ППФП. Тем не менее конкретные вопросы организации и содержания в учебных программах дисциплин учебных занятий по курсу ППФП на местах недостаточно разработаны [2]. Нет четких методических указаний по организации ППФП в вузах. Поэтому на кафедрах физического воспитания даже в вузах одного профиля учебные занятия для развития профессионально-прикладной физической подготовки (ППФП) строятся по-разному, без учета особенностей и условий будущей профессиональной деятельности обучающихся.

    Авторы данной статьи изучают актуальную проблему, существующую в современном спорте, – это обеспечение сохранности контингента здоровых и результативных юных футболистов на начальном этапе обучения в ДЮСШ. В работе большое внимание уделяется вопросу повышения физических качеств футболистов средствами физической рекреации. Для решения указанной выше проблемы авторами подобраны комплексы упражнений из средств физической рекреации в рамках дополнительных учебно-тренировочных занятий по футболу и проведен сравнительный анализ результатов до и после проведения экспериментальной работы.

  • Assessment of the Strength Development of Students in an Agricultural University

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the role of the development of physical quality «strength». The value of strength for the health and training process is analyzed. The importance and necessity of the development of strength, strength abilities, which determines the level of physical health, functional capabilities, is substantiated. The importance of physical culture for comprehensive and harmonious development is revealed. The results of the control standards according to the requirements of the university, strength indicators in accordance with the requirements of the GTO standards are analyzed. The search for effective means and methods of physical culture in the physical training of students is analyzed. The article gives an assessment of the development of the strength of students of an agricultural university. Research methods. In the course of the study, a comparative analysis of the data obtained was carried out. The search, analysis, generalization of methodological literature was used, the method of control tests was used. The study was conducted for 3 years, from 2018–2021. The study involved 63 young men aged 18–24 years. The successful implementation of the control standards and requirements of the GTO standards was noted. The results of the study. The overall assessment of the development of strength among students of an agricultural university is expressed in positive dynamics. According to the results of the study, the average level of strength development was recorded, the average readiness of the subjects to pass the GTO standards, in particular in the aspect of strength training. Analysis of the results according to the GTO standards for strength showed that the majority of students pass for the gold and silver GTO badge, an increase in the results for the bronze badge was recorded, a decrease in the number of students who did not pass the standard was noted. The majority of students who passed by 5 and 4 points according to the university program were identified, an increase was noted in those who passed by 3 points, the presence of some students who did not fulfill the requirements of the university program. Conclusions. The level of readiness of students to fulfill the norms and requirements of the GTO complex at the average level. The average level of physical fitness was recorded. Regular physical education classes with the use of strength-oriented exercises contribute to the development and improvement of physical qualities, harmonious physical development, increasing the functional capabilities of the body, achieving a high level of physical fitness necessary for the successful fulfillment of the regulatory requirements of the VFSK GTO, university.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the problems of motor activity, the development of physical qualities and speed abilities of students. The importance of physical culture and physical fitness is revealed. The search for effective means and methods of physical culture in preparation for passing the GTO standards is analyzed. The features of physical training of high-speed orientation of students to pass the GTO standards for speed are considered. The effectiveness of the use of speed-oriented exercises, which are necessary for students to achieve the norms of the GTO complex for speed, within the framework of physical culture classes, is revealed. Research methods. In the course of the study, a comparative analysis of the results was carried out. The method of control tests was used. The overall assessment of the effectiveness of the above tools and methods is expressed in positive dynamics. The results of the study. According to the results of the study, there is a positive trend. The analysis of the results according to the table of GTO standards in the framework of physical culture classes allows us to note the growth of indicators for all established tests. Systematic classes using high-speed, high-speed and power-oriented exercises with a gradual change in the load, improving the technique of performing exercises, contribute to the development of the physical quality «speed». Conclusions. Regular physical education classes with the use of speed exercises contribute to the development and improvement of physical qualities, the achievement of growth rates of GTO standards. The level of readiness of students to fulfill the norms and requirements of the GTO complex at the average level. Affordable, effective means and methods of physical training make it possible to actively use the scientific and educational potential of the university. The purposeful organization of the educational process contributes to achieving the proper level of physical fitness necessary for the successful implementation of the regulatory requirements of the AR PCS Complex GTO.

    Abstract:
    The article reveals the topic of the influence of ski training on the development of physical qualities in students, since today there is a tendency to increase chronic diseases in young people, many diseases have become younger, which leads to the search for new types of activities or simply the introduction of proven improved techniques for decades, and skiing is one of the main types of activities in our region. A list of the main muscle groups involved in skiing is given, some exercises of ski training are presented as part of the program for the main department of the university, an experiment was conducted with students of the Perm State Technical University in order to identify the influence of ski training on the development of students ' basic motor qualities. Research methods. The method of pedagogical experiment was applied, and during the exercises a variety of effective methods used in practice were applied – variable, repeated, competitive, control. Conclusion. The obtained results are analyzed and compared, conclusions are made, as well as some recommendations are given, the positive impact of ski training on the basic physical qualities of students and health in general is revealed.

    The article deals with the problems of the development of physical qualities, physical fitness of future specialists of the agro-industrial complex. The significance of physical activity on the level of physical fitness is revealed. The assessment of the level of health of students, the level of physical fitness is made. The features of the activity of specialists of the agro-industrial complex are considered. It is stated that successful professional activity of specialists requires from graduates theoretical knowledge, functional stability, physical fitness, professionally important mental qualities. The results of the control standards for the requirements of the university are analyzed. The article gives an assessment of the development of the main motor qualities. Research methods. In the course of the study, the results were analyzed. We used search, analysis, generalization of methodological literature; we used a survey, a method of control tests. The results of the study. According to the results of the survey to identify the level of health, a high indicator was recorded, having any deviations in the state of health of a permanent or temporary nature. When passing the control standards of the university, the level of development of physical qualities and physical fitness was revealed. It is concluded that the average level of development of speed, agility, and strength is recorded. Endurance and flexibility have a low level of physical development. Physical fitness is an indicator of the general condition, level of health, physical development, development of basic physical qualities.
