    Abstract:
    Цифровые онлайн-платформы начали активно внедряться в учебный процесс еще в конце ХХ века, однако пик популярности пришелся на период пандемии. Появление вируса COVID-19 вынудило образование переходить в онлайн-формат. Изначально отмечались сложности разного характера, но постепенно стало появляться все больше решений для проведения дистанционных занятий. После отмены ограничений цифровизация не прекратилась. Стало очевидно, что это довольно удобный способ учебной коммуникации, что привело как репетиторов, так и учителей к созданию уроков на базе различных сервисов, позволяющих проводить занятия, создавать упражнения, проверять домашнее задание и т. д. Исследуя данный формат, автор раскрывает понятие онлайн-обучения, рассматривает его преимущества и эффективность. В статье проводится сравнительный анализ отечественных ресурсов (Сферум, ProgressMe, YutuClass) для проведения занятий с целью выбора наиболее комфортной платформы для организации индивидуальных и групповых занятий.

The issue of the need for a radical restructuring of the education system and the management of science and production for an innovative economy is also raised.

    Abstract:
    The study focuses on adapting successful metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate coaching used in the United States to the countries of the CIS, taking into account cultural differences (Golvy, 2019; Whitmore, 2020). The novelty lies in identifying and adapting metrics that consider the specifics of cultural codes and social identity in CIS countries (Hofstede, Hofstede, Minkov, 2019; Trompenaars, Hampden-Turner, 2020). Metrics are viewed as tools for assessment and methods to deepen client work, enhance awareness of the process, improve its measurability, and foster professional growth for coaches (Tajfel, 1979; Burns, 1978). The study examines international experience in measuring coaching effectiveness, with a particular emphasis on adapting American approaches to the corporate environment using online platforms, as well as analyzing results (Bass, 1985; Seligman, 2011).

    The author comes to the conclusion that the system of tasks contributes to the creation of educational situations that ensure a fruitful beginning, flow and completion of cognitive activity of students. Adequate training actions are clearly and clearly defined in the tasks, conditions for successful motivation of activity are created, complication of its operational side is envisaged, the process and results are adjusted, subsequent activities are predicted. Thus, the educational task of mathematical education – the formation of emotional intelligence of students is fulfilled by the presence of the cognitive side of this emotion, i.e. the joy of cognition, which ensures the systematic inclusion of the child in the process of independently building new knowledge and allowing.

  • The Phenomenon of Culture in the Philosophy of the French Enlightenment

    Abstract:
    The most relevant features of the French Enlightenment are studied in the article. One of the features is ambivalence, that was expressed in most of the theoretical judgments by representatives of the era. The main ideas of the French Enlightenment are presented through the prism of the historical formation of the basic concepts: nature, human brain, culture. It is emphasized that the main achievement of the enlighteners in the cultural reformation of society was to combat religious and moral prejudices. It is noted that the value of enlighteners is in their innovative attempt to create a progressive model of cultural development based on a naturalistic and mechanical and deterministic picture of the world. The philosophical and cultural analysis revealed the internal dynamics of the enlighteners' ideas from civilizational optimism to criticism of civilizational progress. It is concluded that the philosophical and theoretical legacy of the Enlightenment, in the framework of the development of a single paradigm, is integral, logical and actually complete, that made the most use of its methodological and heuristic potential.
