The model incorporates a comprehensive approach, including play-based activities, personal growth training, group discussions, sports events, and creative workshops. The main goals of the model are to increase adolescent awareness of the consequences of bullying, develop constructive conflict resolution skills, and strengthen emotional resilience and self-confidence.

    The authors of the article note that effective protection of intellectual property rights on the Internet requires an integrated approach, including the development of international legal mechanisms, adaptation of national legislation to digital realities, the formation of an independent copyright protection infrastructure and the introduction of innovative tools for monitoring and recording violations in the online environment. The authors also pay special attention to the fact that it is advisable to develop international legal cooperation within the framework of friendly states and integration associations in order to develop common standards for the protection of intellectual property in the digital environment and the recognition of national legal regimes.

    В центре внимания работы находится теоретический анализ феномена военно-политического воспитания курсантов. В статье аргументируется, что интегральным итогом воспитательной деятельности выступает единство политической культуры и политической компетентности выпускника. Научная новизна заключается в разработке четырехкомпонентной модели диагностики, включающей когнитивный, личностно-психологический, ценностно-смысловой и деятельностно-поведенческий блоки показателей. Предложенный диагностический инструментарий позволяет перевести оценку воспитательного процесса из плоскости деклараций в плоскость верифицируемых результатов, что определяет практическую значимость работы для организаторов военно-политической работы в образовательных организациях Минобороны России.

Автором анализируются особенности преподавания дисциплины «Иностранный язык» и обусловленные этим сложности изучения языковых дисциплин, отражающих правовые, законотворческие особенности иноязычного общения в контексте овладения будущей профессией в целом. В то время как опыт использования даже отдельных элементов интенсивного обучения даёт положительный результат. Более детальный подход к интенсификации обучения предполагает осуществление своего рода синтеза различных методов обучения.

    В статье рассматриваются педагогические и психологические условия воспитания подростков. Описаны результаты практической деятельности специалистов по работе с подростками по гражданско-патриотическому воспитанию в системе дополнительного образования (на примере МУ ДО «Ровесник» г. Подольска). Показано, что базовыми условиями позитивной социализации подростка на протяжении всего периода взросления является значимый взрослый, поддерживающая семья, благоприятная развивающая среда, способствующая развитию жизненных навыков на основе духовно-нравственных ценностей и общих интересов. Сделан вывод, что сочетание этих условий способствует формированию личностной зрелости подростков.

    Авторы рассматривают рост числа детей дошкольного возраста с тяжёлыми нарушениями речи (ТНР) при отсутствии органических патологий, что связано с изменениями в речевой среде и дефицитом сенсорного опыта из-за цифровизации. В работе уточняются понятия кинезиологических и нейропсихологических игр и предлагается дифференцированный подход к коррекции речевых нарушений (I–III уровень ОНР) с акцентом на роль взрослого в коррекционном процессе. Подчёркивается переход от директивного подхода к фасилитации, помогающей ребёнку самостоятельно преодолевать трудности. Авторы подтверждают, что сенсомоторные игры и упражнения активизируют межполушарное взаимодействие и обогащают чувственный опыт, создавая нейрофизиологическую основу для успешного развития речи.

    Статья посвящена анализу механизмов влияния интернализованного образа родителей на субъективное благополучие супружеских отношений во втором поколении. Рассматривается феномен вертикальной трансляции паттернов взаимодействия в семейной системе как основы формирования матрицы ожиданий от брака. Автором обосновывается положение о том, что благополучие брака взрослых детей коррелирует не с объективными характеристиками родительской семьи, а с субъективной репрезентацией фигур матери и отца в сознании индивида. Анализируется вклад теории привязанности и концепции семейных сценариев в понимание генезиса супружеских дисфункций и ресурсов. Выделяется роль осознанной сепарации и рефлексивной переработки родительского образа как ключевого предиктора психологически зрелого и устойчивого брачного союза. Подчеркивается амбивалентность влияния как дисгармоничных, так и сверхгармоничных родительских моделей.

    Digitalization creates new opportunities for the formation of digital companies and platforms. Adaptation of antitrust legislation to the needs of the digital economy requires the development of legal instruments to counter anticompetitive behavior. The purpose of the paper is to summarize research and practice of developing effective legal remedies against abuse of a dominant position of digital platforms in light of their multifaceted nature. The research methods used are general scientific methods, analysis of global experience of antitrust regulation of digital platforms that abuse a dominant position. Changes in the contours of business models of digital platforms are identified, manifested in network effects, the use of collected data, pricing algorithms, artificial intelligence and leading to the establishment of market power and restriction of competition in the market through manipulation, discrimination against competitors, suppliers and consumers. Trends in the application of legal remedies for competition in digital markets by antitrust authorities are considered: emphasis on preliminary behavioral conditions at an early stage of cases; a combination of behavioral and structural conditions to achieve the maximum effect on competition; The study takes into account economic and legal analysis of platform abuse in the marketplace. The importance of incorporating restorative measures to protect competition into legal remedies that may require structural interventions in digital platforms is noted. The results of the study can be used in the practice of antitrust regulation of digital markets.

    The chapter provides a comprehensive analysis of one of the most pressing issues facing the modern audit services market: the shortage of qualified professionals. In the context of constantly changing legislation, the complexity of business processes, and increasing requirements for the quality of audits, the problem of a lack of competent personnel becomes particularly relevant. This study analyzes the causes and exacerbation of the staffing shortage in the audit industry. It examines both external factors, such as changes in educational programs and the attractiveness of the profession, and internal issues related to working conditions, motivation systems, and professional growth in audit companies. The study explores the consequences of the staffing shortage on the quality of services provided, the competitiveness of firms, and the stability of the financial system in Russia. It proposes a comprehensive approach to existing and potential solutions to the staffing shortage. The chapter discusses options for attracting and retaining young specialists by improving professional retraining programs, advanced training, and gaining foreign experience. The article also explores the possibilities of using modern technologies to optimize work processes and reduce staff workload. The purpose of this work is to develop a set of recommendations aimed at overcoming the staffing shortage.

    The chapter considers the regional education quality system as a complex social construct. Through the prism of a sociological approach, the interests and interactions of key actors (the state, educational organizations, teachers, students, parents, employers), institutional frameworks and value orientations that form ideas about quality are analyzed. Based on theoretical analysis and empirical data (questionnaires, interviews, document analysis), the latent functions of the system, social contradictions and risks are identified, recommendations are given on the development of an education quality management system, the authors propose a conceptual analysis model that can be used to develop targeted management decisions at the regional level.

    Abstract:
    The need to ensure Russia's technological independence and competitiveness in the context of geopolitical struggle and sanctions pressure necessitates the implementation of a well-grounded state scientific and technical policy based on the lessons of past experience. In this regard, the generalization of the Soviet experience in managing the «science–technology–production» system, accumulated during the scientific and technological revolution (since the mid1950s) – a testing ground for which was the Ural region – deserves special attention. The regionalization of scientific and technological progress actualized the formation of a regional component within the national scientific and technical policy. The aim of the study is to examine the experience of constructing a mechanism for implementing this policy in the late Soviet period, using the Urals as a case study. The authors offer their own interpretation of the problem based on the concept of regional development, with an emphasis on analyzing the reproduction of innovations and technological progress. The research employs problem-chronological, systemic, interdisciplinary methods, as well as the method of periodization.

    The relevance of the topic of the chapter is determined by the lack of alternatives to the proposed approach in the implementation of national projects, as well as the need for continuous improvement of the software for this process. Today, socio-economic development programs for territories are being implemented in a comprehensive manner as part of a number of national priority projects, which significantly improve the quality of life for the local population and enhance environmental and other system-determining factors. The research methods used in this chapter include analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, abduction, and classification. A multifactorial analysis allowed us to assess the current «bottlenecks» and the prospects for their possible resolution with a sufficient degree of objectivity. The subject of the study was the search for «bottlenecks» in the project’s software, using the indicators of the Chelyabinsk Region as an example.

    В статье исследуется проблема обеспечения инфляционной безопасности Российской Федерации в условиях беспрецедентного санкционного давления и структурной трансформации экономики. Инфляционная безопасность рассматривается не просто как ценовая стабильность, а как фундаментальный компонент экономического суверенитета, напрямую влияющий на доверие к национальной валюте, социальную устойчивость и инвестиционную активность. На основе теоретического анализа уточнен понятийный аппарат инфляционной безопасности. В рамках аналитического обзора выявлены специфические драйверы инфляционных процессов в России периода 2022–2025 гг., включая нетрадиционные факторы, такие как дефицит кадров и милитаризация экономики. Особое внимание уделено комплексному влиянию санкций на инфляцию через валютный, торговый, бюджетный каналы и канал рынка труда. Проведена оценка инфляции как индикатора структурных дисбалансов. В заключение обоснована необходимость перехода от реактивной монетарной политики к проактивной стратегии, сочетающей жесткое таргетирование инфляции с мерами по расширению предложения товаров и услуг.

    В статье исследуется трансформация механизмов страхования внешнеторговой деятельности под воздействием военного конфликта на Ближнем Востоке, нарушившего свободу судоходства в Ормузском проливе. На основе анализа динамики страховых премий, стоимости фрахта и изменений в маршрутизации грузов показано, что проявление военно-политических рисков привело к кратному росту тарифов на страхование морских перевозок (вплоть до 12 раз), аннулированию ранее оформленных полисов и переориентации транспортных потоков в обход Африки.

    В статье анализируются проблемы и причины переезда молодых специалистов из малых городов в крупные центры. На примере предложенной программы для одного из крупного российского банка «Возвращение в регион» предлагается модель удержания кадров, основанная на отсроченном трудоустройстве и привязке к родному городу. Выявлены основные препятствия: нехватка карьерных перспектив, слабая адаптация удалённых форматов для массовых позиций и низкая самоорганизация студентов. Предложены пути совершенствования региональной кадровой политики.

    В статье анализируются особенности управления пространственным развитием Краснодара в условиях ускоренного жилищного строительства и устойчиво высокой миграционной привлекательности города. Показано, что при опережающем вводе жилья приоритетной задачей муниципального управления становится согласование градостроительных решений с развитием транспортной, инженерной и социальной инфраструктуры. Выявлены ключевые проблемы городского развития: территориальная диспропорция, перегрузка улично-дорожной сети, нехватка мест в школах и детских садах, а также разрозненность общественных пространств. В качестве направлений совершенствования управления рассматриваются механизмы комплексного развития территорий, усиление инфраструктурного планирования, цифровизация градостроительных процессов, формирование полицентричной структуры города и расширение участия жителей в принятии управленческих решений.

Исследуется влияние ОЭЗ на экономическое развитие регионов, анализируются ключевые экономические показатели, такие как инвестиционная привлекательность, объемы производства, занятость населения и мультипликативные эффекты. Приводится сравнительный анализ регионов с наличием и отсутствием ОЭЗ, выявляются факторы успеха и неудач, предлагаются рекомендации по повышению эффективности зон путем учета региональной специфики и улучшения управления.

    В статье рассматривается, как меняются риски депозитной политики банка под влиянием цифровизации. Выделены три основных вида рисков, которые становятся особенно заметными при переходе на дистанционное обслуживание. Это киберриски (утечка данных клиентов), операционные риски (сбои в работе приложений и систем) и риски ликвидности (быстрый отток денег через онлайн-каналы). Отдельно рассмотрен вопрос о том, как повлияет на депозиты внедрение цифрового рубля. В заключение предложены конкретные способы снижения этих рисков.
