  • Acquaintance with Digital Etiquette: Email Correspondence for Distance Learning

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the analysis of the rules of behaviour of communicants in the process of distance learning. The purpose of the study is to consider the main difficulties that arise when students and teachers communicate in the virtual space, to identify their causes and ways to overcome them. The author focuses on the rules of email etiquette. The data obtained during a survey of students and teachers of the Perm State National Research University is used by the author. The relevance of the topic raised in this article is due to the fact that at present it is an urgent need to teach students and schoolchildren the basics of digital etiquette, namely, polite communication in social networks, compliance with the etiquette of official email correspondence, etc. The methods used for research include analysis, description, observation, comparison. The results of the study showed that in the moving to distance learning, when students ' communication with the teacher becomes mediated, many students experience certain difficulties, because they do not know the rules of behaviour in cyberspace. In this regard, it is concluded that teachers should include the module " Acquaintance with digital etiquette " in the course of training in order to make communication with students more effective and develop the necessary communicative competence.

    В данной статье представлен сопоставительный анализ различных видов русских и английских междометий. По происхождению междометия обоих языков были разделены на первичные и производные. По функционально-семантическим характеристикам русские и английские междометия бывают эмоциональными, этикетными и императивными. Кроме того, были изучены структурные и этимологические особенности междометий, а также определены наиболее часто используемые виды анализируемых единиц в сопоставляемых языках.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the organization of educational work on the etiquette behavior skills formation in senior preschoolers, which is aimed at awareness and implementation of children's etiquette norms (appearance, table etiquette, speech etiquette, behavior in public places), contributing to the favorable entry of preschoolers into society and successful interaction with people surrounding them. The purpose of the article is to consider the model of methodological educational support of etiquette behavior skills formation in senior preschoolers in the conditions of preschool educational institution and family. Methods. A pedagogical experiment, in which 56 children of six years of the preschool educational institution №51 «Zorenka» of the city Khimki, Moscow Region took part, was conducted. Parents were also surveyed for interest in the etiquette behavior skills formation in children. Research results. In the course of the study, the average level of etiquette behavior skills formation in children was observed. The survey of parents showed little interest in etiquette behavior skills formation in children. For the purpose of successful formation of etiquette behavior skills in senior preschoolers in the conditions of preschool educational institution and a family the program of methodical support was organized. Conclusion. Repeated diagnostics of the level of etiquette behavior skills formation in senior preschoolers revealed a more pronounced positive dynamics in the level of etiquette behavior skills formation in children.

    Этикетное общение представителей разных народов, носителей неодинаковых культур в современном мире в основном происходит без особых конфликтов. Сама ситуация подобного общения должна исключать разные эксцессы. Но соприкосновение разнообразных культур не всегда происходит в форме диалога, иногда происходит конфликт (как в прямом смысле, так и в значении «несоответствие») на уровне индивидуального сознания. Некоторые причины возникновения подобного конфликта, способы их избегания, а также предполагаемые хронологические рамки диалога культур народов Волго-Уралья рассмотрены в предлагаемой работе.
