    Abstract:
    This paper provides a retrospective analysis of physical education, health improvement, and sports activities in a rural secondary school over a period of thirty-six years. It demonstrates the continuity of one of the main activities in the school from one physical education teacher to another, without compromising the quality of physical education for students and maintaining a high level of academic, extracurricular, and after-school activities. It has been shown that in rural areas with underdeveloped infrastructure and long distances from the city, physical education and health activities at a secondary school are a factor that not only contributes to the preservation, improvement of health, and socialization of the younger generation, but also to the development of the village. This chapter provides a description of the practice of introducing physical education and health activities in the rural Novo-Dmitrievskaya Secondary School in the Radishchevsky District of the Ulyanovsk Region, covering the period from 1963 to 2009, and the impact of physical education and health activities on the socialization of students, their physical fitness, and their athletic performance.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается вопрос совершенствования деятельности по физическому воспитанию и оздоровлению детей дошкольного возраста посредством сотрудничества педагогов и родителей. Успешная реализация предложенных методов взаимодействия в значительной степени определяется уровнем заинтересованности педагогов в проведении физкультурно-оздоровительных мероприятий, а также мотивацией родителей к активному участию в предлагаемых инициативах. Представленная программа мероприятий, проходящая стадию опытной проверки в дошкольном образовательном учреждении, призвана создать структурированную систему взаимодействия между педагогическим составом и семьями воспитанников в сфере физического развития и укрепления здоровья. Данная система предполагает совместную разработку индивидуальных и групповых программ физического воспитания, проведение тематических семинаров-практикумов для родителей и организацию спортивных праздников и соревнований с участием детей, педагогов и родителей.

    Abstract:
    The analysis of literature sources on the theory of systems and the system of physical culture and recreation activities in the conditions of a general education school is carried out. It is revealed that this system is a multi-component type of activity, including the staffing of specialists of physical culture and health and medical profile, namely, physical education teachers and medical personnel. Of great importance for the existence and development of the system is the material and technical base of the sports and recreation profile, the development of extracurricular activities with a sufficient set of sports sections and the conduct of extracurricular activities and sports competitions. The development of the human potential of the younger generation in terms of physical education should be based on taking into account the individual typological characteristics of schoolchildren. It is shown that half of the national projects directly contribute to the development of the human potential of the younger generation and their implementation through the introduction of a system of physical culture and recreation work in secondary schools will help to preserve and strengthen the health of children and adolescents, both at present and in later adulthood.
