  • Systemic transformation of the institute of mentoring in higher education institutions: models, problems and development prospects

    Abstract:
    The article considers the transformation of the institute of mentoring in the modern system of higher education in Russia. In the context of the rapid transformation of the labor market, the classical model of knowledge transfer is giving way to the concept of joint construction of meanings, where mentoring becomes a key mechanism for ensuring the quality of education and socialization of graduates. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the role, functions and models of mentoring, as well as identifying the prospects for its development, taking into account the integration of digital technologies. A comparative analysis of various models has been carried out, their strengths and weaknesses have been identified. A transition to a comprehensive, systematic mentoring model is proposed, including regulatory support, digital infrastructure, and a motivation system.
