    Abstract:
    В статье кратко рассматривается круг проблем, характерных для обучения игре на духовых инструментах, в частности, формирование у начинающих духовиков навыков ансамблевой игры, использования симфонического репертуара. Как один из инновационных методов в детском музыкальном образовании в Китае автор предлагает использовать звукозаписывающие возможности цифровых музыкальных инструментов. С их помощью у учащегося активизируется целостный процесс восприятия и озвучивания акустического нотного текста, формируется высокая мотивация к занятиям и самому процессу игры в ансамбле, а также существенно повышается эффективность самостоятельной домашней работы.

    Abstract:
    In this article, from the linguistic and ethnoculturological points of view are analyzed Ukrainian texts of epigraphs in «The Fair at Sorochyntsi» by N.V. Gogol, included in the Russian-language prose, which is an integral part of Russian literature, culture and history. Purpose of the article: This work is an attempt to interpret Ukrainian conceptual symbols, images and metaphors used by the author to create a special atmosphere of Ukrainian identity. Methods: In the study the methods of contextual-pragmatic and lexical analysis are used. In particular, the subject of our study is the Ukrainian texts of the epigraphs to each of the chapters of the above-mentioned literary work, which, due to insufficient knowledge of the Ukrainian cultural context, are far from always deeply understood by the Russian reader and do not always evoke the same associative series as the bearer of the Ukrainian worldview, although close to the Russian one, but still significantly different from it. Results: As a result of the study it is possible to state, that here we deal with the problem of the difference in the cultural perception and understanding the original significance, laid down by N. Gogol in the text and the meaning of his work. It is concluded that the analyzed text of Gogol demonstrates not only the cultural similarity of the two peoples, but, which seems to be more important, the differences in the worldview and way of life of Ukrainians and Russians. The epigraphs in Ukrainian cited by the writer at the beginning of the each chapter serve as a kind of «textual marker», which helps the reader to delve deeper into the content of the text and try to understand not only explicit meaning but also implicit senses implied by the author in its structure.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to foreign language education which is more effective if a student becomes the subject of his own learning process. Modern information and communication technologies (ICT) contain an enormous potential for increasing the share of independent work in the educational process. ICT is everything that helps and allows you to collect, process, store and transmit information in an electronic form. Today, the traditional carrier of the electronic information is increasingly being superseded by cloud services, allowing you to create a virtual workspace. The purpose of the research is to study the educational potential of the modern Internet space, review the main educational online resources on the Internet in English, which can be used, both for teaching and self-learning a foreign language. In the process of the research, both empirical research methods (studying various sources of information, including the Internet, observation, interviews) and theoretical ones (analysis, synthesis, classification of the information received, the descriptive method) were used. The result of our study is a review of the main online services that can be used in a foreign language education. Digital tools for the formation of language skills (lexical, grammatical, pronunciation) and the development of speech skills in all types of speech activity (listening, speaking, reading, writing) are considered. It is concluded that in the modern Internet space there are huge educational resources in English for teachers and students that allow them to promote foreign language education. These resources are an important tool in the educational process and allow you to increase the level of students’ independence.

  • First Outcomes of Implementing the New Model of Continuous Education in the System of Further Post-Graduate Training of Doctors

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the consideration of the continuing medical education (CME), which is a supplementary vocational education carried out through the implementation of qualification and further post-graduate training programs. The basic principles of the CME development in the Russian Federation are defined in the article. Among them: continuity in post-graduate training; harmonization with international standards; partnership of the state and professional organizations; comprehensive training of medical workers, that is convenient for them; the use of innovative technologies; quality control and independence, the motivation of employees to improve their skills. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis, comparison and observation. The author of the article outlines that the current regulatory framework for the CME development is the federal laws in the field of healthcare. The results of the study. The majority of doctors accepted a new model as a principal one and registered at the CME website for training. It is concluded that the fundamental difference between the new educational model and the traditional one is that in the СME system an individual 5-year cycle educational plan is drawn up, including 250 credits (hours) of educational activity, which are evenly divided into 50 credits (hours) annually. It is also stated that during the process of implementing the model, certain problems arose: a significant increase in the number of students per year, the increase in the number of organizations accredited for training since it is difficult to control it at the first stage. The СME model needs to be improved and developed, relying on all the best achievements and developments of the traditional system of post-graduate training of doctors.

  • Executable Business Process Modeling

    As noted in the explanatory note to the «Information Systems Specialist» professional standard, the success of implementing information systems is largely determined by the accuracy of their adaptation to the business processes of the customer organization. Today, BPMN notation is often used as a tool for extracting requirements for information systems. BPMN provides executable semantics that make it possible not only to draw up a detailed specification of a business process, but also to model it with numerical estimates. The aims of this study are to choose tools for teaching students from the number provided by BPMN notation: descriptive, analytical and executable, which allow to implement the third level of modeling; to define a methodology for teaching business modeling, including the ability to execute business processes in the universal BPMN runtimes and as an add-on on the configuration of the information system. The following methods have been used: comparative analysis and testing of the functionality provided for the development of business processes in the Bizagi and 1C: Enterprise tool environments, including the creation of the data and presentation layers necessary for BPMN execution. As a result, the main stages of business modeling are formulated, a functional comparison of tools for working at the following stages has been carried out: development of a business process model; development of a data layer that supports the execution of the process; mapping data to process tasks – forms of user tasks; programming business rules governing the process; execution of a business process by user-performer. The peculiarity of 1C: Enterprise is that the business process is essentially a superstructure over the layers of data and representations of the finished configuration of a process-oriented information system. The authors believe that both the first and the second approach deserve attention in terms of the educational process at the university for students of 09.03.02 «Information systems and technologies» specialty.

    Abstract:
    В статье поднимается проблема возможного исчезновения наличных денежных средств в современном мире в связи со стремительным появлением других законных денежных носителей. С учетом постоянно развивающихся рыночных отношений в последнее время на смену наличным деньгам приходят безналичные денежные средства, что, в свою очередь, ставит под сомнение дальнейшее использование купюр и монет в качестве платежного инструмента. Цель работы заключается в анализе будущего наличных денег в качестве платежного средства на основе рассмотрения положительных сторон как наличных, так и безналичных денежных средств и последующем их сравнении. Результатом проделанной работы является вывод о том, что, несмотря на современную обстановку развития экономический отношений, нельзя категорично утверждать, что наличные денежные средства выйдут из денежного оборота и не будут участвовать в рыночных сделках. Однако вероятность их исчезновения в далеком будущем имеет место быть, что заставляет задуматься об этом уже сейчас.

Н.Я. Бичурина, лауреата Международной литературной премии им. М. Сеспеля. Раскрываются заслуги практика-хирурга, организатора здравоохранения, ученого и педагога в развитии медицинской науки и практики в Чувашии. Особое внимание отведено раскрытию сути открытия, за что ему и его коллегам в 1993 г. была присуждена Государственная премия им. Н.Я. Бичурина. Обосновывается необходимость восстановления данного вида премии для научных работников Чувашской Республики.

    Abstract:
    Работа посвящена исследованию особенностей этнокультурной идентичности столыпинских переселенцев, осваивавших территорию низкогорных районов Горного Алтая. Результаты изучения архивных материалов (материалов Всероссийской сельскохозяйственной переписи 1917 г.) рассматриваются в комплексе с полевыми материалами автора, собранными в 2010-е годы. Прослеживается установка на смену украинскими и белорусскими переселенцами своей идентичности на русскую. Ассимиляционные процессы, по мнению автора, обусловлены такими факторами, как преобладание переселенцев с Томской губернии (то есть уже поживших некоторое время в других районах Сибири), неоднородность населения переселенческих поселков по признаку губернии выхода, преобладание отсутствия семейных гнезд, небольшие размеры переселенческих поселков в условиях горно-таежной местности.

    На основе сравнения законодательства о введении новых податных принципов в Российской империи на рубеже XIX–XX вв. и Столыпинской реформы от 9 ноября 1906 г. проведен анализ влияния процедуры укрепления земельных наделов в частную собственность на улучшение условий определения фискальными органами налоговой базы при определении мирских и казенных платежей. Сделаны выводы об отрицательном влиянии этого процесса на желание части зажиточных крестьян выделиться из общины.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the concept of dialogue as a method of traditional cognition and a consistent semiotic instrumental expression of human culture, which explores the systems and ways of social communication in the society. The article focuses on dialogue as a special form of a cognitive process and mediation, having its distinct features, analyzed when the individual is included in many systems of sociocultural interaction at the level of functional integrity. Along with comparative and descriptive approaches, analytic and dialectic methods have been used. The significance of two historical stages of dialogue development as a method of cognition has been analyzed, as well as their distinguishing characteristics and comparative relationship. The method belongs to a group of ritual methods organically related to the art of human self-change as a person. Each of these stages bears its own specific features related to the human genesis, ethics, communication and the metaphysical world. It can be concluded that in the contemporary world, dialogue fully reflects the peculiarities of communication of presence, as well as the value principles of social perception of time and space in the context of the symbolic model of mediareality, which in turn is changing the typology, interests and character of the modern subject. The prospects for development of the phenomenon are also related to the semiotic ideas about the nature of a human, their conceptual apparatus and functional load in the symbolic organization of mental activity as such. Being under the control of consciousness of communicative strategies implies a controlling role of the worldview in relation to them.

  • Professor of the Imperial Medical-Surgical Academy V.M. Florinsky – Scientist, Teacher and Statesman

    The main periods of life, scientific and state activity of Vasilij Markovich Florinsky. The purpose of the article is to consider stages of V.M. Florinsky’s activity in the academy as a pupil, scientist and statesman and to show his role in the development of obstetrics and gynaecology, anthropology, ethnography, history of medicine and folk medicine, as well as his contribution to the formation of eugenics and medical genetics. During the study the following methods were applied: theoretical, analysis, biographical. V.M. Florinsky published more than 330 scientific works. He published about 30 scientific publications on various sections of obstetrics and gynaecology. The scientist proposed an original method to prevent ruptures of the perineum during childbirth, among the first in Russia he successfully used chloroform for anesthesia in childbirth, conducted various histological studies in the field of obstetrics and gynaecology. A significant part of V.M. Florinsky's publications is devoted to archaeological and ethnographic researches. Discussion: V.M. Florinsky's biography will arise interest in specialists of humanitarian and medical profiles, politicians and public figures. Conclusion: having considered the main periods of life, scientific and state activity of V.M. Florinsky, his significant contribution to the development of obstetrics and gynaecology, anthropology, ethnography, history of medicine and folk medicine and to the formation of eugenics and medical genetics can be noted. V.M. Florinsky as a reformer and administrator in the system of university education strengthened the domestic and international authority of Russian science.

    В быстро меняющемся мире, в эпоху обострения социально-экономических и этнических противоречий особую актуальность для любого социума приобретает сохранение своей жизнеспособности. Анализ официальной статистики дает основание полагать, что одной из острых проблем современности является увеличение количества деяний экстремистской направленности. Автор статьи акцентирует внимание на воздействии экстремизма на политический процесс. В ходе исследования использовались общенаучные методы (диалектический, логический, системный подходы). Автор приходит к выводу, что экстремистская деятельность трансформируется в сознательную деструктивную политическую практику.
