    Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью переосмысления архитектурных моделей высшего образования в условиях экспоненциального роста информационных потоков и перехода к экономике данных. Целью работы является определение методологических основ построения адаптивных образовательных экосистем, ядром которых выступают технологии генеративного искусственного интеллекта. В статье анализируется переход от линейных образовательных траекторий к сетевым экосистемам, характеризующимся синергией, децентрализацией и клиентоориентированностью. Рассмотрена роль генеративного ИИ не только как инструмента автоматизации рутинных процессов, но как фактора формирования интеллектуальной среды, способной к персонализации обучения и адаптации контента в режиме реального времени. Определены риски внедрения, связанные с прозрачностью алгоритмов, утратой управляемости индивидуальными траекториями и безопасностью данных. Успешная интеграция ИИ требует смены педагогической парадигмы, где преподаватель трансформируется из транслятора знаний в модераторе и наставника, владеющего навыками промпт-инжиниринга и критического анализа.

    Abstract:
    This chapter examines trends in the development of industrial ecosystems in the current context of digital economic transformation. The relevance of this study stems from the pervasive trend toward digitalization in the Russian Federation, which encompasses a wide range of industries. The aim of this study is to identify trends in the development of industrial ecosystems and develop a standard model for the development and transformation of industrial enterprise ecosystems. The theoretical and methodological basis of this study is comprised of empirical (expert assessments, study of production experience) and theoretical (systems analysis, categorical analysis, comparison, generalization, and decision-making) methods. The paper describes the tools that support the functioning of digital industrial ecosystems and provides examples of their successful implementation. Based on an analysis of publications by Russian scholars, principles are formulated, development strategies are described, and a standard model for the transformation of industrial enterprise ecosystems is proposed.

    The chapter examines the principles of forming a commercial bank's ecosystem as a strategic transition from the role of an isolated financial intermediary to that of an operator providing comprehensive services for various aspects of clients' lives. The core principles include hyper-personalization, open APIs, modular architecture, and a high degree of customer centricity. Based on economic-statistical analysis, a comparative analysis of Russian bank ecosystems (Sber, Yandex, T-Bank), and a client survey, it is established that ecosystem formation is grounded in the principles of a unified digital platform, customer orientation, modularity, and security. The analysis confirms steady growth in the number of clients and revenue, but also reveals risks of monopolization and insufficient regulation. In the future, improvements to the regulatory framework are required, including the introduction of risk-sensitive limits.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the problem of protecting the rights of subjects in the digital ecosystem – an environment organized around a platform, where traditional counterparties are replaced by a multilateral technological construct. It demonstrates the inseparability of socio-economic and legal aspects: information asymmetry and bargaining power imbalances, network effects, lock-in, and algorithmic mediation devalue instruments designed for bilateral relations. The methodological framework includes systemic and functional approaches, formal-legal and comparative-legal analysis, as well as legal modeling. The result is a four-level protection model (normative, institutional, procedural-jurisdictional, and techno-legal levels), arranged in order of increasing specialization and automation. Barriers hindering the exercise of rights are identified – information asymmetry and bargaining power imbalances, opacity of algorithms, cross-border nature of conflicts, and user lock-in to the platform. Guidelines for improvement are outlined: priority of prevention and "protection by design," genuine accessibility of procedures, mandatory explainability of algorithms, co-regulation, and harmonization of international standards.

    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the impact of generative artificial intelligence on the transformation of the social ecosystem, understood as a set of interdependent institutions, norms, practices, social roles and communication channels whose stability is maintained through the coordination of expectations among its elements. Generative AI is considered an actor in terms of the consequences of its inclusion in social relations and a quasi-subject in terms of how it is perceived in communication, while being neither a subject nor an instrument in the traditional sense. The genealogy of the quasi-subject concept is traced through comparison with actor-network theory, the theory of social action and the concept of «other sociality». The crises of education, the labour market, law and science are interpreted as a system of ecosystem contradictions and ruptures arising from incompatible institutional requirements concerning AI use. The chapter introduces the concept of multiple local social consensuses, each representing a particular way of closing the AI «black box», analyses the mechanisms that generate trust in AI through the concepts of the black box and simulacra, and proposes principles for restoring coherence within the social ecosystem.

    Abstract:
    This study provides a conceptual and methodological justification for the formation of a sustainable development ecosystem for the agro-industrial complex (AIC) in the context of national economic transformation, the need to strengthen technological sovereignty, and ensure food security. It demonstrates the exhaustion of the traditional extensive AIC model, focused on raw material exports and fragmented subsidies. The authors have developed an institutional and production matrix linking the social (reproduction of human capital), economic (reduced transaction costs, sharing models, monetization of environmental externalities), and regulatory (land use regime) blocks. A transition from linear value chains to networked platform interactions is substantiated. A set of tools for increasing the investment attractiveness of the industry is proposed, including green bonds, tokenization of bio-assets, and the circulation of carbon units in the climate market.

Рассмотрена необходимость перехода от традиционных кадровых моделей к гибким экосистемам, основанным на навыках (skills-based organization). В качестве ключевого инструмента решения проблем верификации компетенций и обеспечения внутренней мобильности предложено создание децентрализованного реестра профессиональных достижений на базе блокчейн-технологии. Рассматривается механизм применения смарт-контрактов для автоматизированной и криптографически защищённой фиксации результатов обучения и проектной деятельности. Интеграция технологии позволяет корпоративным университетам трансформироваться в динамичные маркетплейсы талантов, снижая транзакционные издержки на оценку персонала и формируя среду объективного доверия.

    В статье рассматривается роль акселераторов как стратегических инструментов развития молодежного предпринимательства в условиях глобальной экономики. Авторы акцентируют внимание на том, как стартапы становятся катализаторами инноваций и экономических трансформаций. Особое внимание уделено международному опыту акселерационных программ, в том числе таких, как Y Combinator, 500 Startups, Techstars, а также российским примерам – ФРИИ, Сколково, Sber500. Анализируются ключевые принципы работы акселераторов, включая методологии lean startup, customer development, менторскую поддержку и глобальную направленность. Подчеркивается значение акселераторов в создании условий для масштабирования инновационных проектов и формирования новой генерации предпринимателей.

    В статье рассматривается проблема формирования интегрированной транспортной экосистемы на предприятиях нефтедобычи в условиях глобальной цифровизации. Неэффективная организация транспортных потоков ведет к корпоративным убыткам и негативным экстерналиям для регионов присутствия компаний. Целью исследования является разработка методологических основ интегрированной оценки и оптимизации транспортных бизнес-процессов с применением инструментов финансового аудита и комплексного бизнес-анализа. Автором предложена методика оценки эффективности, базирующаяся на синергии подходов ARIS, Lean, Six Sigma и сбалансированной системы показателей. Практическая апробация на примере реального отраслевого проекта продемонстрировала значительный экономический эффект, выраженный в снижении операционных затрат и росте чистой приведенной стоимости, а также подтвердила улучшение экологических метрик за счет снижения углеродного следа.

    Abstract:
    This article analyses the transformation of the educational environment under the influence of digitalisation of economic and social processes. It substantiates that the digital ecosystem acts not merely as a technological add-on, but as a system-forming resource for the formation and development of an educational community. The structural elements of the new educational ecosystem, its advantages and challenges are examined. Special attention is paid to the synthesis of technological equipment and the creative potential of participants in the educational process as a necessary condition for training personnel for the digital economy. The authors conclude that the effective functioning of a digital ecosystem is possible only with coordinated changes in teacher training approaches, assessment practices and educational policy.

Представленная модель интегрирует алгоритмы машинного обучения для многопараметрического анализа вокального исполнения в реальном времени, формируя уникальную методологию синтеза китайских и западных вокальных традиций. В работе концептуализирована «динамическая образовательная экосистема», где искусственный интеллект не просто дополняет, но качественно трансформирует процесс профессионального становления вокалистов через адаптивные системы обучения. Разработанная концепция «цифрового наставничества» гармонично сочетает виртуальные инструменты анализа с традиционными методиками вокального обучения, характерными для китайской педагогической школы, обеспечивая эффективную кросс-культурную интеграцию в музыкальном образовании.

    The true wasp species occurring in the territories of the Tashkent Oasis were identified as a result of studies conducted during 2024–2025. During the study, the occurrence of Antepipona barrei, Antepipona specifica, Eumenes mediterraneus, Euodynerus strigatus, Odynerus melanocephalus, Polistes dominula, Polistes wattii, and Vespa orientalis was recorded in this area. In addition, Polistes dominula, Polistes wattii, and Vespa orientalis were identified as widely distributed species in the Tashkent Oasis.

It is noted that the ecosystem approach helps to reduce starting barriers, optimize operating costs, automate non-core tasks and reduce commercial risks for small businesses. It is concluded that the ecosystem of VTB Bank (PJSC) has a positive impact on the formation and development of small businesses.

    Маркетплейсы услуг представляют собой перспективный инструмент расширения рыночного присутствия и повышения операционной эффективности компании, особенно в условиях высококонкурентной среды и цифровизации экономики. В статье обосновывается феномен маркетплейсов услуг, их отличия от товарных платформ, ключевые типологии и эволюционные этапы развития. Установлено, что маркетплейсы услуг активно развиваются как в B2C-, так и в B2B-сегменте, демонстрируя рост числа пользователей, исполнителей и расширение функционала платформ. Анализ отечественных и международных трендов показал устойчивую тенденцию к интеграции маркетплейсов в структуру цифровых экосистем.

    В статье рассматривается проблема роста числа детей с тяжелыми нарушениями речи (ТНР) и сопутствующими особенностями развития. Отмечается, что традиционные методы постановки, автоматизации и дифференциации звуков часто оказываются малоэффективными вследствие быстрого утомления и низкой учебной мотивации обучающихся. Автор обосновывает высокую эффективность интеграции визуально-тактильных моделей в процесс коррекции звукопроизношения у детей с речевыми нарушениями. Подчеркивается, что данный подход органично вписывается в концепцию инклюзивной образовательной среды дошкольного учреждения.

    The article examines leader creativity as a key competence that determines the innovativeness and resilience of an organization in conditions of digital transformation. Based on a meta-analytic review of 266 studies, it is shown that authentic, empowering, and entrepreneurial leadership styles demonstrate the strongest associations with team creative performance. The "leader's triangle" model (strategy — creativity — AI) is presented, describing the new role of the leader as the architect of a human-machine creative ecosystem. The connection between leader creativity and the author's fractal model of leadership potential is demonstrated, and the role of the author's art-coaching method as an instrument for developing creative competence is substantiated.

    Рассматриваются основные потенции, существующие на текущем этапе существования отечественной системы высшего образования для повышения эффективности обучения студентов элективным курсам по физической культуре. Основное внимание при этом уделяется возможностям цифровой образовательной экосистемы вуза. Базируясь на таких методах исследования, как изучение специальной литературы, педагогическое наблюдение и анкетирование, автор говорит о возможных затруднениях, которые представители современной учащейся молодёжи могут испытывать при интеграции в такую экосистему. Демонстрируется, что при отсутствии однозначно отрицательной оценки студентами её возможностей преимущества цифровой образовательной экосистемы могут и должны получать свою реализацию при освоении элективных курсов по физической культуре. Соответствующая деятельность будет особенно эффективной в случае совершенствования аппаратного, программного обеспечения и расширения «живых» контактов между участниками педагогического процесса.

    The article examines key trends in the digital economy and their impact on the emergence of new business models in an Arctic, resource-extracting region—the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (YANAO). Based on an analysis of the region’s strategic documents and materials from the Higher School of Economics (HSE University), the paper summarizes the characteristics of digital infrastructure, the degree of engagement of residents and organizations in the use of digital services, and the managerial priorities of digital transformation. It is shown that the high penetration of broadband access and the internet creates prerequisites for market platformization, the development of “data as an asset,” remote services, and service-based models in the oil and gas sector, logistics, and the public services sector. A typology of promising business models for YANAO is proposed, and recommendations are formulated to mitigate risks when scaling digital solutions.

    Abstract:
    Данное исследование продолжает работу, начатую при поддержке гранта Минобразования Новосибирской области в 2024 году, и посвящено прогнозу развития квантовых технологий в России. Сегодня страна активно реализует масштабную программу по их развитию, включая национальный проект «Экономика данных». Практические шаги, такие как создание квантовой сети между Москвой и Санкт-Петербургом, показывают, что стратегия нацелена на коммерциализацию технологий и выход на мировой рынок к 2030 году. Проведенное исследование основано на применении комплекса взаимодополняющих методов, обеспечивающих многоаспектный анализ развития квантовых технологий в России. Методологическая новизна работы заключается в интеграции количественных и качественных методов с инструментами системного моделирования.
