    Abstract:
    The authors outlines that a reliable choice of the appropriate customs procedure allows the customs authority, depending on the purpose, time of import or export of goods, as well as other circumstances, to apply various legal regulation tools to excisable goods. The authors come to conclusion that this allows to take into account more fully the needs and interests of participants of foreign economic activities, and ultimately contributes to the development of foreign trade in excisable goods, as well as other forms of activity directly related to international trade.

    Abstract:
    This paper investigates the possibility for using the proposed auxiliary equipment for processing the waste in sewing as well as knitting production and implementation of technology of reused yarn recycling, including using back winding of defective semi-finished products, spooling the thread with its simultaneous steaming and processing with emulsion to improve the properties of reused yarn. The main purpose of this article is to study the physical and mechanical properties of reused yarn in order to obtain high-quality products. The issue of ensuring the operational reliability of the developed auxiliary equipment for processing the waste in sewing and knitting production is considered.

  • Advantages of Growing Field Peas in Mixed Crops With Rapeseed and Mustard

    Abstract:
    In field experiences studies on growing field peas in single-component and mixed seeding with spring rape and white mustard were conducted in the Middle Urals. The crop capacity was increased by 10,8% as well as the total yield was increased by 2.3 times up to 2.14 t / ha by the use of spring rape as a supporting and compacting crop in sowng peas with a seeding rate at 0.6 million / ha. It was found out that crop productivity of peas was decreased by 19.4% when the seeding rate was established at 0.4 million / ha, and the crop productivity of spring rape remained at the level of pure sowing – 1.23 t / ha. The total yield, in comparison with the pure sowing of peas, increased by 2.1 times from 0.93 to 1.98 t / ha. Mustard is less suitable as a supporting crop, although it ripes earlier and does not thrive in contrast to spring rape. The total yield and ratio of land equivalents in a mixture with spring rape is higher than with mustard and ranged from 1.66 to 1.98. Peas accounts for the bulk of the total yield (LERab = 0.81...1.48). The coefficients of competitiveness and aggressiveness of the studied crops in mixed sowing indicate the dominant role of field peas in the pea-rape and pea-mustard agrocenoses. The awned and foliose morphotype of field peas when grown in a mixture with mustard showed themselves equally, their competitiveness and aggressiveness coefficients were in a close range – Crab = 2.37...4.57; CAab = 0.72...1.87. The awned morphotype of field peas had the greatest aggressiveness and competitiveness when cultivated in a mixture with spring rape – CRab=6.78...17.80; CAab = 3.35...5.79. The foliose morphotype of field peas occupied an intermediate position and had a good competitive ability with less aggressiveness towards spring rape – Crab = 2.64...2.66; CAab = 2.06...2.13.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the problem of preservation of Chuvash ethnic culture in the conditions of diaspora. The purpose of the article is to determine the prospects of preserving the ethnic culture of the members of the Chuvash diaspora in the framework of integration processes in the multicultural environment of the Moscow region. Methods. The author of the article conducted a sociolinguistic survey in the Chuvash diaspora of the Moscow region; the selective sampling included 100 respondents (85 respondents belong to the first generation of the Chuvash diaspora, 15 – to the second). One of the aspects of the survey was to study the respondents’ language loyalty, which indirectly manifests itself in in the knowledge and observance of ethnic traditions and customs. The respondents were asked questions concerning the criteria of their belonging to the Chuvash ethnic group, observance of national traditions and customs, features of the Chuvash ethnic culture, intergenerational transmission of ethnic culture. Based on their answers, tables on age cohorts for representatives of both generations were compiled. Results. More than half of the respondents in the sampling in the first generation (55%) observe Chuvash traditions and holidays, especially representatives of younger and middle cohorts; in the second generation, ethnic culture is somewhat fading (27%). More than half of the respondents in the first generation (58.6%) intend to transmit knowledge about their ethnic culture to children. Women in the sampling rather tend to transmit material culture, while men spiritual one. The author concludes that, despite the fact that living far from the small homeland affects the preservation of ethnic culture, however, at present, in the conditions of polycultural urban environment, the diaspora is the most demanded form of social adaptation, especially among the younger generation, among whom many demonstrate an active life position and involvement in the process of preserving Chuvash ethnic culture in the Moscow region.

    The experience of the urban secondary school on the development and implementation of its own model of the on-line multi-media library of environmental orientation as one of the clusters of multifunctional school information and library center is presented in the article. The purpose of the article is to consider the purpose, objectives, principles, expected outcomes of implementing this model, its structure, components, material and technical parameters and conditions of forming of networking cooperation between educational institutions, ready-to-use possibilities of multi-media library «ECO-school». The authors outline that in general, the multi-media library «ECO-school» is defined as a sphere of media education with special means and methods to ensure the educational process aimed at creating conditions for the implementation of students’ individual trajectories and expanding the digital space of extracurricular activities on the basis of networking cooperation. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis, observation, and comparison. The model developed by the MAEI "Secondary school №26" in Ulan-Ude of the Republic of Buryatia is considered in the article. It is based on the principles of introducing electronic resources based on the school library as a factor that directly affects the quality of education. It is concluded that on the one hand, the multi-media library provides remote access to information resources belonging to other subjects of the information space represented on the Internet. On the other hand, the multi-media library «ECO-school» forms information resources created directly at the school or by members of the network community. In addition, the article provides brief guidelines for the application of the on-line multi-media library resources in students’ extracurricular environment-related activity.

  • The Application of Pilates Exercises for Optimization of Functional State of Students’ Bodies

    The article deals with the study of the possibility of applying Pilates exercises for optimization of the functional state of students’ bodies by performing the basic principles of technology and its implementation in students’ educational process. The characteristic of basic Pilates exercises is given. Among those exercises are: twisting, body-rocking, and strain of the spine bone. Methods of research. During the study the methods that allow us to assess the dynamics of the functional state of the body (determination of heart rate, blood pressure (systolic and diastolic), hypoxic samples «Stange and Genchi», the Rufier tese, the Kerdo index, Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, assessment of general state, activity and mood) were applied. The results presented indicate the effectiveness of the Pilates exercises implementation in the program on the subject «Physical Culture» for optimization the functional state and improvement of bodies of female students at the age of 17-20 years. It is concluded that this set of exercises increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, physical performance, as well as reduce the level of state and trait anxiety, and the activity of the sympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system.
