    Abstract:
    In today's world, with the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, society is facing changes in the ways of communication, interaction, social relations, and the structure of modern society. This article analyzes the consequences of the introduction of artificial intelligence into everyday life and explores ways to improve its use. In an environment of information pollution, the introduction of artificial intelligence facilitates the acceleration and personalization of communication, expanding opportunities for interaction, but also spreads social fragmentation. The relevance of this topic lies in the need to understand both the positive and negative consequences of the introduction of AI into everyday life, as well as to find ways for society to adapt to the new realities associated with the integration of artificial intelligence into communication systems.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the current problem of integrating artificial intelligence (AI), in particular, large language models (LLM), into the educational process of training specialists in the specialty 02/09/07 "Information Systems and Programming". The purpose of the study is to analyze the potential of AI assistants as personalized tutors to develop programming skills and identify the associated ethical risks and pedagogical limitations. Based on the analysis of modern literature and the author's practical experience, key dilemmas have been identified: the reliability of the generated code and explanations, the risk of intellectual dependence, issues of academic integrity and digital inequality. The article offers a model for the balanced use of AI assistants based on the principles of pedagogical support, the development of critical thinking and the formation of digital hygiene among students.     Abstract:
    This chapter attempts to philosophically and ethically understand modern technologies that are rapidly transforming the education system in the digital age. The educational approach is not only a complex of instrumental methods for transferring knowledge, but also a space for the formation of values, meanings and the personality of the student. Analyzes the philosophical foundations of the concepts of «education» and «technology», as well as the ethical challenges that arise in the process of developing digital platforms, artificial intelligence and distance learning. Particular attention is paid to issues of international justice, confidentiality, alienation, as well as preserving the humanistic potential of education in a technologized environment. In conclusion, proposals are put forward for the ethical and philosophical support of educational practices and an emphasis is placed on the need to humanize digital technologies.

    Abstract:
    A socially oriented state, the Republic of Belarus, spends more than 20% of the country's budget on the healthcare system, as is known from the report of 19.12.2024 at a meeting of the Minsk City Executive Committee on measures taken to develop the healthcare system by member of the Council of the Republic for Education, Science, Culture and Social Development V.A. Kondratovich. The article presents an analysis of new approaches to the secondary prevention of one of the most common diseases of the endocrine system – diabetes mellitus (DM) in the activities of doctors and nurses in the primary medical and specialized medical care system, which can ensure the quality of life for patients. Aspects of the interaction of the doctor's team and the MS with such patients from the point of view of the benefits for work and life of biomedical ethics, philosophy and economics are considered.

    Abstract:
    This article presents a critical analysis of marketing strategies and ethical aspects of neurological coaching (neurocoaching) promotion within the Russian-speaking information space. Based on an examination of training organizations' materials, the study identifies key issues in marketing communications, including the use of pseudoscientific terminology, exploitation of the "seductive allure" of neuroscience, and unsubstantiated promises of results. The research reveals significant gaps between neuroscientific evidence and claims made in neurocoaching promotional materials. Recommendations are proposed for the ethical promotion of neuroscience-informed coaching practices that adhere to scientific accuracy and transparency standards. The findings contribute to the ongoing discourse on evidence-based approaches in coaching and highlight the need for greater scientific rigor in the application of neuroscientific concepts to coaching practices.

    The article examines the pedagogical conditions and joint work of subjects of the educational process in developing the competence of future teachers. The main attention is paid to the integration of modern educational technologies and methods, the creation of practice-oriented learning conditions, as well as an interdisciplinary approach in the training of teaching staff.     Abstract:
    The chapter examines the issues of teaching bioethics and the basics of law in medical higher educational institutions related to the causes of the formation of bioethics as a new direction of ethical teaching and conditions that have influenced close interaction with law. In modern bioethics and the foundations of law, the following research methods are applicable: theoretical, pedagogical experiment, observation, comparison, testing, method of scientific analysis, analysis of legal norms. The rapid growth in the number of declarations and documents not only of an ethical nature, but also normative legal acts, both laws and subordinate acts, complicate professional medical activities. It is often difficult for practitioners to navigate these constantly changing conditions, which inevitably leads to certain errors in the interpretation and application of these professional standards. The documents adopted by national and international professional medical associations have already led to the formation of medical legislation, which, in turn, determines the growth of interest in a new direction of legal science - medical law - one of the branches of bioethics designed to protect human rights in science and medicine, i.e. consideration of the problems of the ratio of bioethics and law as a new field of science. There is often a discrepancy between the relevant regulatory legal acts and federal ones, which leads to certain legal conflicts, and as a result, the unreasonableness of claims and even accusations against practitioners.

    The scientific and technological progress of the 20th century (book publishing, radio and television broadcasting, cinematography, etc.) created all the possibilities for the rapid transmission and dissemination of not only socially significant, scientific and other information, but also of artistic and aesthetic thought. The purpose of this article is to identify the main factors contributing to artistic borrowing in literary works, and the reasons why similar phenomena (plot, theme, problem, etc.) are identified in literatures that are not in direct contact. The question of the originality of the work of fiction in modern culture becomes relevant, because it is an indicator of the uniqueness of the national philosophy and aesthetics. National literature is not only or not so much the language of narration, but also the problems, characters, conflicts and ways of solving them, typical for a particular people. Certainly, artistic techniques also matter, which are more related to general literary and general cultural phenomena.

    Abstract:
    In their work, the authors reveal the applied role of the Latin language as an important propaedeutic discipline in the formation of professional ethical principles and moral qualities among students of the medical university, which they need both in the learning process and in future medical activity. The special influence of humanitarian comments on professional vocabulary and aphorisms of medical and general cultural content on the comprehensive development of students' personality is also considered. Significant aspects of this influence are orientation to humanistic values and self-development, increasing the level of general culture and education, understanding the essence and meaning of concepts, showing interest in science and language learning, improving oral speech skills and the ability to express their thoughts competently and intelligently, improving perception and memory training. In this paper, it is noted that the stereotype of the Latin language as an insignificant discipline, where its role is reduced only to the training of terminologically competent specialists, has long been outdated. The authors tried to present the Latin language not only as a narrow-profile subject for future physicians, but as the language of Antiquity and its great heritage, as the language spoken and written by famous philosophers, orators, poets and doctors, as a language that has provided and still provides cultural and spiritual influence on the personal formation of people. The conclusions obtained in the course of the work are of interest to the teaching staff of the Latin Language Department at the Medical University and medical students.

    Economists exercise power over those they serve by virtue of their intellectual monopoly on a subject of vital importance to society. Many economists today also wield considerable institutional power. Economic interventions, as a rule, bring both the expected harm and benefit. Economists work in a world of epistemic insufficiency, which implies the risk of unforeseen harm. Each of these statements does not cause any doubts. The chapter examines the problem of the fact that each proposal individually and, of course, all of them together imply the obligation of the profession to solve professional ethical problems that economic practice entails. The profession of an economist has too much influence today to allow its further resistance to serious interaction with professional ethics.

    The relevance of the material lies in its demand due to changes in the domestic economy under the pressure of various force majeure circumstances (COVID-19, various anti-Russian sanctions from unfriendly countries) and the search for ways out of the current difficult situation. In this way, the author sees the improvement of the project personnel management system to preserve the "human capital" and all its components as one of the target indicators. There is a search for new tools and models for "stitching bottlenecks" in the personnel direction. New vectors of development in the most promising areas are predicted. The methods of empirical research are defined: system analysis, comparative analysis, economic and mathematical methods, observation method and others. One of the main research methods is also the normative method, which allows calculating the main indicators of the use of labor resources in project activities on the basis of appropriate methods.
