    В условиях глобализации и геополитической конкуренции повышение эффективности внешнеэкономической деятельности (ВЭД) предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса Китая становится ключевым фактором укрепления национальной безопасности и технологического суверенитета. Несмотря на свою стратегическую значимость, многие предприятия сталкиваются с системными проблемами: раздробленным управлением, бюрократическими барьерами, ограниченной интеграцией в международные цепочки создания стоимости, а также риском санкционного давления и технологическими ограничениями. В статье авторы проводят поиск инструментов оптимизации внешнеэкономической деятельности предприятий оборонно-промышленного комплекса путем анализа современных практик и их адаптации к конкретным условиям оборонной отрасли. Делается вывод о необходимости особого внимания к цифровизации процессов: внедрению платформ прогнозирования спроса, блокчейн-решений для управления цепочками поставок и анализа рисков на основе искусственного интеллекта.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of legal conflicts arising in the context of judicial protection of exclusive rights to digital assets. The author analyses the peculiarities of qualification of such objects as cryptocurrencies, big data, 3D models and virtual game property, based on Russian and foreign judicial practice. The case of VKontakte v Double Data (2021) is considered, demonstrating the contradictions between the extraterritoriality of digital assets and the territoriality of jurisdictions. Particular attention is paid to the problem of distinguishing digital assets from intellectual property, as well as the dual status of virtual property. Finally, a classification of digital assets into three categories is proposed: protected intellectual property, virtual gaming property and crypto-assets. It emphasises the need to adapt legal norms to digital realities while maintaining a balance between innovation and protection of rights holders.

Учебное пособие предназначено для студентов, обучающихся по направлениям 09.03.01 «Информатика и вычислительная техника», 09.04.01 «Информатика и вычислительная техника», 38.04.02 «Менеджмент», 38.03.05 «Бизнес-информатика», а также аспирантов, обучающихся по направлению 38.06.01 «Экономика» (экономические науки). Представлены наиболее значимые вопросы теории и практики стратегического управления рисками на предприятиях авиастроения. Особое внимание уделяется анализу сбалансированной системы показателей и комплексной системы управления рисками. Дается системное представление подходов к риск-контроллингу с целью мониторинга показателей финансово-экономической деятельности авиастроительного производства.     The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that artificial intelligence and neural network chatbots are playing an increasingly important role in higher education; they often take over traditional methods of teaching a foreign language in non-linguistic universities. At the same time, the issue of the advantages of using artificial intelligence in teaching a foreign language remains open. The purpose of the chapter is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using neural network chatbots in the process of teaching a foreign language in comparison with traditional teaching methods. To achieve this goal, the author uses experimental teaching of English to first-year future culturologists. As a result of the study, it was found that the process of assimilation of foreign language material when teaching a foreign language using chatbots differs from the process of assimilation while teaching traditionally. Significant differences were noticed at the stages of formation of motivation, presentation of new foreign language material, comprehension and rethinking of the new lexical and grammatical material. Such phenomena as clip thinking, the Google effect, and the devaluation of students’ memory with the constant use of digital devices have a particularly strong influence on changes in the learning process. Techniques are proposed to neutralize the negative impact of neural network learning on students, when implemented, an increase in the effectiveness of teaching a foreign language using neural network chatbots is observed.

    A detailed study of the dialogues of Plato, the father of the fathers of philosophy and pedagogy, reveals that he considered leisure to be the central goal of education in the liberal arts. Schools should teach citizens not to avoid leisure by choosing excessive work, but instead to turn to virtue, embodied in the state in the daily practice of the liberal arts. But play was Plato’s method of education. Children learned best through playful activities that engaged their enthusiasm, that «turned the gaze of their souls» to the Good and the True. Likewise, play was the best way for adults to learn and practice philosophy, and it was the only way to discover new truth. Play was also central to the Socratic method. Plato found that dialogue at its highest and most serious level was a game for both teacher and student. Although the main thrust of playful education was to turn people to truth and to make them do philosophy for themselves, according to Plato, Being itself is in play.

Представляется, что применение обеспечительных мер служит гарантом эффективности арбитражного правосудия, в то же время система применения обеспечительных мер на сегодняшний день не совершенна, что требует научного осмысления ряда проблем в рассматриваемой сфере.

    В статье идет речь о технологиях искусственного интеллекта, таких как системы видеоаналитики, предназначенные для контроля ситуации на дорогах, «умные» пешеходные переходы, системы модернизации светофоров для управления транспортными потоками и др. Отмечается, что искусственный интеллект обладает рядом бесспорных преимуществ в сфере предупреждения дорожно-транспортных происшествий: способностью анализировать внушительный объем информации за минимальное время, обнаруживать места с наиболее высокой аварийностью, оповещать водителей об опасности и т. д. В числе рисков указаны возможность взлома систем и недостаточная точность алгоритмов, которая может привести к неверным решениям и прогнозам.

    The chapter is devoted to digital innovations and technologies that open up wide opportunities for agricultural production: management and monitoring of facilities in remote areas, herd management, monitoring of basic vital signs of animals, monitoring the accuracy of fertilizer application, forecasting adverse natural phenomena, maintaining distributed databases on land purchase and lease transactions, and others relevant directions. Industry 4.0 involves the active use of the latest digital technologies, tools and services in the daily activities of a modern agricultural engineer, agronomist, animal technician, veterinarian and other industry specialists. The author consider the process of active digital transformation of the agro-industrial complex industry as an inevitable way of forming a digital footprint, which can have a negative impact on the formation of the carbon footprint and the environment as a whole. Direct and indirect ways to minimize the carbon footprint by reducing the digital footprint in agricultural production are described. In conclusion, the conclusions are formulated that digital technologies contribute to improving the efficiency of modern digital agricultural production: presentation of information in various forms, automation of calculations, analysis of large amounts of data, decision support, etc. Limitations are also highlighted: uneven wireless coverage in agriculture, difficulties in maintenance and repair of robots and unmanned aerial vehicles, cybersecurity, lack of a legal framework, and a low level of digital culture.

    Ensuring environmental safety is a priority task for all countries. Sustainable development of the state, high quality of life and health of its population can be ensured provided that high quality of the environment is maintained. In Russia, the scale of pollution by production and consumption waste has reached a critical level, posing a serious threat to national environmental security. Large industrial regions of the country face the most serious environmental problems. The purpose of the study is to study regional problems of ensuring environmental safety. In the chapteruses such research methods as analysis of theoretical sources, study of official statistics, comparative analysis. The indicators characterizing the state of the environment of the Sverdlovsk region for 2021–2023 were analyzed. It was concluded that according to the National Environmental Rating in 2023 (autumn rating), the region was in last place, i.e. it was the worst region in the country in terms of environmental indicators. Despite the improvement of certain indicators for 2021–2023 (reduction in the volume of generated waste, the share of the population in cities with high levels of air pollution, discharge of polluted wastewater, etc.), the level of pollution of the atmosphere, water resources and soils in the region is very high. Success in solving environmental problems in the region largely depends on the implementation of an integrated approach, including economic (increased investment in environmental projects), social (increased environmental literacy of the population) and technological changes (digitalization and modernization of industry).
